## ๐ Summary
- Atarim released four workflow-focused updates to improve feedback quality and task management
- Key features include reviewer greetings, task remapping, integrated project settings, and guest mode for WordPress
- Updates target common pain points in client feedback workflows and prepare for upcoming AI automation features
- Particularly relevant for WordPress users managing staging environments and client review processes
- Bottom line: Small but impactful improvements that streamline the feedback collection and management process
## ๐ Main Content
Atarim's latest update introduces four targeted improvements designed to enhance feedback workflows. The reviewer greeting feature addresses the common problem of receiving vague or unfocused feedback by allowing project managers to create guided instructions that appear when reviewers first access a project. This can be customized with dynamic fields and saved as reusable templates.
The task remapping functionality solves the issue of "orphaned" tasks that lose their page position after design changes or element removal. Users can now manually reposition these tasks to maintain continuity in feedback threads.
Project settings integration brings configuration options directly into the collaboration interface, preparing the infrastructure for an upcoming "do it" button that will execute AI-powered changes on live websites.
For WordPress users specifically, the guest mode feature returns with improved accessibility, allowing anonymous visitors to leave feedback on staging sites without authentication requirements.

## ๐ฃ๏ธ Paraphrase
- Atarim introduced reviewer greetings that provide clear instructions to feedback providers, helping ensure more focused and useful comments on projects
- The platform now handles orphaned tasks better by allowing users to reposition comments when page elements are moved or removed during redesigns
- WordPress users regain access to guest mode functionality, enabling anonymous feedback collection on staging sites without requiring user authentication
## ๐ฐ Newsletter
Atarim just rolled out some thoughtful workflow improvements that WordPress professionals will appreciate! The standout feature is reviewer greetings - you can now provide clear, personalized instructions that appear when clients first access your project. No more vague "looks good" feedback when you need specifics about typography or CTAs.
For those managing evolving sites, the task remapping feature is a game-changer. When you redesign a page and comments lose their anchors, you can now reposition them instead of losing that feedback thread entirely.
WordPress users will be happy to see guest mode return - perfect for staging environments where you want quick feedback without the authentication hassle. Just remember to lock down access for sensitive projects!

[00:00] Another
[00:03] week, another update, and today I have
[00:05] four for you. Pretty cool ones, small
[00:08] but potent. Each one is leaning into the
[00:10] workflow a little bit further to make
[00:12] sure we streamline things even more than
[00:14] we are right now. So, let's dive
[00:16] straight in. Number one, reviewer
[00:18] greeting. If you want to get quality
[00:20] feedback from others, we need to make
[00:22] sure that we guide them into the right
[00:24] direction. So now if I'm going to go
[00:26] here to the side and I'm going to switch
[00:28] from uh AI review into a human task
[00:32] here. I'm just going to paste this thing
[00:34] in which is a little greeting message.
[00:36] Hey Dave, this is the new homepage.
[00:38] Would love to get your feedback
[00:39] especially on the following the text on
[00:41] the page, the images. I try to be
[00:43] creative but on how they're presented um
[00:46] the CTAs, the buttons to make sure they
[00:48] align with the goal and um giving them
[00:50] even instructions on how to give
[00:51] feedback here for page by notes. just
[00:54] comment right here below for specific
[00:56] items. Just click any part of the page,
[00:57] leave a comment where the request is.
[00:58] Right
[01:00] now, the magic here is that if I'm going
[01:02] to share this,
[01:07] going to open this in incognito,
[01:09] as I'm coming in to review this page,
[01:12] the first thing that I'm going to see is
[01:13] this greeting. Hey Dave, this is the new
[01:15] homepage. Would like to give feedback.
[01:18] So now I know what I'm doing as I'm uh
[01:20] coming in to give feedback. I have very
[01:22] clear instructions. Now, let's take this
[01:24] a step further. What I want to do is I'm
[01:26] actually going to uh click on here and
[01:28] save this as a canned response so that
[01:31] uh next time that I need to have this
[01:33] note
[01:36] reviewer greeting even more, I can
[01:39] change this from Dave to the contact's
[01:42] first name. If it will have it, it will
[01:44] use it. And if not, it will just keep
[01:46] that default. Let's put the hey there.
[01:52] That's it. We now created this as a
[01:53] canned response which means that every
[01:55] time that I'm going to go into any
[01:57] project,
[02:00] I will be able to pull this from the can
[02:02] responses and uh and deploy this
[02:05] whenever I need it.
[02:09] Next one, task remapping. So this is a
[02:11] pretty common thing where you leave a
[02:13] comment and
[02:18] which is uh pretty vague. So, we can see
[02:20] that Clero is stepping in here to uh fix
[02:22] my wonky message. But sometimes you want
[02:25] to move these tasks between different
[02:26] elements. And even more uh sometimes the
[02:29] position just can't be found. Maybe I
[02:31] moved this after a redesign of this
[02:33] page. I moved this text block or removed
[02:35] it completely and then this task becomes
[02:38] an orphan as we call it. So, if I'm
[02:40] going to click on additional details,
[02:41] you'll see that there's a new section
[02:42] here. First of all, we're telling you
[02:43] the element path just a bit of more
[02:45] context and this is also powerful from
[02:47] the AI perspective. Uh, but also as
[02:50] we're clicking on this little button, it
[02:52] allows me to position this in a
[02:54] different place on the page. Let's put
[02:55] it on this uh Cloudfest logo. And that's
[02:58] it. Repositioned.
[03:00] Now, if the task location is gone and
[03:02] it's only accessible on the home on the
[03:03] sidebar, you will also be able to just
[03:05] uh uh click from here and start
[03:07] positioning this where you need to. And
[03:10] the next one and before we're going to
[03:11] the last one which is the was requested
[03:14] by users. Uh in fact we're bringing back
[03:16] a feature that I thought wouldn't be uh
[03:18] as useful anymore but due to users uh
[03:21] demand uh we brought this back. Uh so
[03:24] I'll share that in a second. But before
[03:26] that I just want to share with you that
[03:27] we also brought in the project settings
[03:29] directly inside the collaboration
[03:31] experience. Why does this matter?
[03:33] Because if you want to set specific
[03:34] white labels or remove or stop the
[03:37] collaboration on this project, you can
[03:38] that do that from here. But also this is
[03:41] because uh we're preparing for the do it
[03:44] button. The do it button is going to
[03:46] take um requests that are coming on the
[03:48] page and going to give you the ability
[03:50] to click that button and execute that
[03:52] request uh through AI on existing
[03:54] websites. So this is coming pretty soon
[03:57] and this is the preparation for this the
[03:59] infrastructure so that we can uh uh help
[04:01] you connect this website into a project
[04:03] so we can do these types of uh cool uh
[04:05] work together. And then the last one is
[04:08] relevant to WordPress users. So as you
[04:10] know we rebuilt the plug-in from the
[04:12] ground up and uh we're now taking in
[04:14] feedback from users to uh align with
[04:17] what is expected and beyond. And so what
[04:19] you will see now that inside the share
[04:21] options if you go to manage access this
[04:24] uh guest mode option is back. It used to
[04:27] be inside the WordPress settings. Now
[04:29] it's done from here. So you can even do
[04:31] that globally directly from your
[04:33] dashboard from your adorim dashboard
[04:36] for example like here
[04:39] where I can click on this
[04:43] and manage this guest mode option. And
[04:45] what does this do? So, as soon as I'm
[04:47] going to turn this on, this is going to
[04:50] um allow anyone visiting this page to
[04:52] leave comments, which is true guest
[04:54] mode. This is great for staging
[04:56] environments and probably only staging
[04:58] environments where as soon as a user
[05:00] comes in, they can see the collaboration
[05:03] interface. Uh leave comments on this
[05:05] without any uh collab equals true in the
[05:08] query string or uh or or being logged in
[05:11] to uh WordPress or anything like that.
[05:14] True guest mode in this sense. Now
[05:16] there's one thing to keep in mind is
[05:18] that um here below you see we have
[05:19] everyone with a link. So if you want to
[05:21] lock access to uh to collaboration to
[05:24] your comments if this is a sensitive
[05:25] project then you can still do that. And
[05:27] as you can see as I turned it on uh
[05:29] guest mode was turned off so that uh
[05:32] because they conflict with each other
[05:33] along with this there's a bunch of bug
[05:35] fixes and small improvements to
[05:36] different elements. You probably also
[05:38] seen a quick preview into dark mode and
[05:41] a lot more is coming. So thank you very
[05:43] much and I'll see you on the next one.
