The speaker introduces a fourth option - Mañana's subscription service at $200/month for the first year, then standard hosting rates. The core argument centers on AI-powered website generation using WordPress, Astro Pro theme, and ZipWP tools. The presenter claims websites can be built in under 5 minutes, though acknowledges expert refinement is needed for quality copy and strategic positioning. Uh I want to show you how to build
[00:08] a professional growth focused site in in
[00:11] just a few minutes using AI using
[00:14] artificial intelligence. Uh and by the
[00:17] end of this you'll know exactly how to
[00:18] do it too. But this isn't about getting
[00:20] a website that looks good. It's about
[00:22] building a strategic tool designed to
[00:25] grow your business so fast it almost
[00:27] feels like you'd be cheating. Now, let's
[00:29] let's talk about the startup dilemma
[00:31] because if you're a startup business and
[00:32] you're watching this, you're you're
[00:34] coming to me from it says one, two, or
[00:36] or three kind of of positions, but but I
[00:39] want to want to introduce a fourth
[00:42] position. So, up until now, you've had
[00:45] pretty terrible options, right? So,
[00:47] option one, you could hire a big web
[00:50] agency, right? So, this gets you top
[00:52] quality, but it also comes with a price
[00:54] tag. It could be thousands of dollars
[00:56] and it could be months and months to
[00:58] launch your website. Option two, hire a
[01:02] freelancer. That's like spinning the
[01:04] roulette wheel and and and really trying
[01:06] to gamble or trying to use scratch offs
[01:09] to win the lottery. All right, you might
[01:11] find a rockstar or you could spend
[01:13] months back and forth emails and and
[01:15] just not spending money and not getting
[01:17] a product done, right? So, with a
[01:19] freelancer, you're you're kind of you're
[01:21] kind of just gambling. Now, option three
[01:24] is the DIY route, right? So, you say,
[01:27] "Hey, I'm just going to do this myself."
[01:30] And that's kind of what I'm introducing
[01:31] here is a little bit of a DIY model. I'm
[01:33] like, "Hey, there there's tools. There's
[01:35] a straightforward path that that you
[01:38] could use artificial intelligence in
[01:40] WordPress to and WordPress is a bonus.
[01:43] I'm not saying WordPress is like, you
[01:45] know, the bottom of the barrel. I think
[01:47] it's the top of the barrel, right?
[01:48] WordPress to me gives me ownership. It
[01:51] gives me freedom of design, the ability
[01:52] to scale, to add tools, uh, to be able
[01:56] to grow and expand with my business as I
[01:58] go. So, I'm a big fan of WordPress, but
[02:02] if you go that DIY route, like like I'm
[02:05] going to show you, hey, here's some
[02:06] tools. You could build this pretty
[02:08] quickly, right? Here, here's how you put
[02:10] in WordPress. Here's how you add a
[02:12] theme. Here's how you use this AI tool
[02:15] website. Okay, I want to introduce
[02:18] option four for you. Option four is
[02:22] pretty new at Mñana. At Mñana, we now
[02:25] have a website subscription model where
[02:28] people can pay us just $200 to get
[02:31] started. And so it's $200 a month and
[02:34] that gets you your website, your
[02:35] hosting, your maintenance. Uh we give
[02:38] you that that first launch with this AI
[02:40] product and you're going to give us $200
[02:42] a month for for the first year. Okay,
[02:46] after that first year, we're going to
[02:47] bump you down to our standard hosting
[02:49] and maintenance package. And so, we've
[02:51] got that illustrated directly on the
[02:53] Manana Noms website. Now, why is option
[02:57] four the best option that I've mentioned
[02:59] so far? Well, option four is going to
[03:03] help you get done quickly and on budget,
[03:07] but it's also going to give you the
[03:08] benefit of having an expert kind of
[03:10] oversee the process. Here's what
[03:13] happens. you you jump into AI, you throw
[03:15] in a paragraph, it generates the website
[03:18] for you. You have your homepage, you got
[03:20] your contact page, you got the about us
[03:22] page or your services page, and as a as
[03:25] a startup business, you focus on
[03:28] whatever it is your business is, right?
[03:30] Make you're a landscaper, you're a
[03:31] plumber, you're an electrician, you're a
[03:33] dentist, you're a whatever. You want to
[03:35] focus on what you do for a living, what
[03:37] you're an expert in.
[03:39] Hey, you're not an expert in making a
[03:41] website and you're certainly not an
[03:42] expert in digital marketing and copy.
[03:46] And the copy is the most important part
[03:49] of a website. A lot of people want
[03:51] something that looks fancy. Uh like if
[03:54] you take a look at the screen that we've
[03:55] got behind you right now, I think this
[03:58] website looks great. If I told you how
[04:01] quickly I built this website, I think
[04:04] your head would spin. I literally spent
[04:07] less than 5 minutes creating this
[04:10] website. Now, did the website stay the
[04:14] way it was when it was created in less
[04:15] than 5 minutes? No. No. No. I took my
[04:19] expertise. I went in here. I changed a
[04:21] couple of headings. I moved some things
[04:23] around. Now, this is just a sample
[04:25] website for us. This is one of the
[04:27] things that's a sample for us. So, we
[04:29] say, "Okay, well, let's take a look at
[04:30] the services page. Let's see what that's
[04:32] going to look like." And so we jump into
[04:34] the services page and we go, okay, we've
[04:36] got a lot of consistencies here. Website
[04:39] looks good, but it also has the right
[04:41] copy right here. We see the right tools
[04:44] and then a paragraph for that.
[04:45] Personalized coaching and the right copy
[04:47] for that. Community outreach and the
[04:50] right copy for that. Having the right
[04:53] copy to launch your startup business is
[04:57] some of the most important stuff that
[04:59] you're going to be able to do. And so I
[05:03] would really want to encourage you to
[05:06] jump in with Manana Tomas. We will help
[05:09] you get your website up quickly and on
[05:13] budget with our startup. I I I hate to
[05:17] say it like this, but it's like our
[05:18] startup website as a service platform.
[05:21] Now, let's put this on the on the front
[05:24] burner. This is the front burner. We're
[05:25] talking about getting you started,
[05:26] getting you launched, getting your
[05:28] message out there. It's a startup
[05:29] business. You just need something to get
[05:31] you going. Mñana Lamas is a full service
[05:34] agency. So, do you remember option one
[05:37] when we said option one or hire an
[05:39] expensive agency? Uh, I hate to say
[05:41] that, you know, we're an expensive
[05:42] agency, but we are a full-ervice agency.
[05:45] We focus on e-learning. We focus on
[05:47] community websites. We do stuff with
[05:50] ecommerce. We can do custom design for
[05:53] you in a completely different platform
[05:57] and package. like like we have the
[05:59] ability to build you, you know, a
[06:02] bespoke, wonderfully designed,
[06:05] lightweight, quick performing website
[06:08] and and really just blow you out of the
[06:10] water. Like like we just have a we have
[06:12] the ability to do that. But here's where
[06:15] I want to give you a different message
[06:17] than some other messages you might be
[06:18] seeing online.
[06:21] Do I want to say lickety split uh make a
[06:23] website in 15 minutes or less and and
[06:25] you're ready to launch like like that
[06:27] Squarespace ad? No, I don't. I don't
[06:29] want to give you that. Do I want to
[06:31] promote that DIY message and say, "Hey,
[06:33] we're going to use WordPress, Astro Pro,
[06:35] Windzip, and and not Windzip, uh ZipW,
[06:39] and uh poof, you know, you've got a
[06:41] website." And that's b our basic our
[06:44] basic menu our basic recipe is that you
[06:47] know WordPress Astro ZipWP we have
[06:51] licensing for all of these things and so
[06:54] when you come to us and you host and you
[06:56] build with us you're not going to pay
[06:58] for the hosting and then pay for those
[07:01] the themes and the plugins and all that
[07:03] stuff. When you come to Mñana as we're
[07:06] we're going to give you the hosting, the
[07:09] theme, we're going to build the site
[07:11] with you. We're going to do the
[07:13] maintenance for you. We're going to
[07:14] update the core plugins all the time.
[07:16] We're going to take care of the website
[07:17] for you. So, all you have to do is focus
[07:19] on running your business. And we can
[07:22] jump in and we can show you how to
[07:23] change the headings and change the
[07:25] pictures and change the copy, but we
[07:27] want to go through it with you before
[07:29] you launch and make sure that it kind of
[07:31] matches what you want to do with your
[07:32] business. Over time, you're going to
[07:34] want to change a couple of things. We'll
[07:35] show you how to do that. Again, we're a
[07:38] full-ervice agency. Maybe you have this
[07:40] website for six months, a year, two
[07:42] years, and then you say, "You know what?
[07:44] We've grown. We want to scale. We want
[07:46] to add features or we want to do a
[07:49] custom design." That's when Mñana is
[07:51] here to work with you as you grow and
[07:53] scale. That's why we say our message is
[07:56] a little bit different than the normal
[07:57] agency. You see, if you listen to
[07:59] professionals in the space, like for
[08:01] instance, there's a new page builder
[08:02] coming out called Etch. I understand
[08:05] you're not watching this because you're
[08:07] a web expert. You're watching this
[08:08] because you're a startup business. But
[08:10] there's a new platform called Etch that
[08:12] works in WordPress and helps us build
[08:15] custom, bespoke, well-designed,
[08:17] well-developed websites.
[08:19] Now, the people that have released Etch,
[08:23] if they heard the message I was saying
[08:24] about launching your startup with this
[08:26] quick AI tool, they'd want to hang me
[08:28] out to dry. And and justifiably so,
[08:31] because their market is completely
[08:34] different. But as the owner of Manoan
[08:37] Noms, I have realized different clients
[08:40] fall very much into different use cases.
[08:42] And I want to make sure that as the
[08:44] owner of Mñana and as an agency that's
[08:47] built on on ethics and meeting you where
[08:49] you are at, I want to offer you the
[08:51] product that meets your budget and your
[08:53] needs at the time. Can we grow and scale
[08:56] with you as you grow and scale and
[08:58] develop? Absolutely. But let's get you
[09:00] launched. We can help you build the
[09:03] first draft of your website in less than
[09:06] 5 minutes. I mean, literally less than 5
[09:08] minutes. We can put you into our hosting
[09:10] package. We can assign a hosting
[09:12] package. We can install WordPress. We
[09:14] can put the basic tools in place. We can
[09:16] put a the basic information about your
[09:18] project in and boom, we can pick a
[09:21] layout. We can pick the colors. And as
[09:23] long as you are with us and you're fired
[09:25] up and you're drinking your coffee with
[09:26] us, we we can knock this out. Uh I want to show you how to build
[00:08] a professional growth focused site in in
[00:11] just a few minutes using AI using
[00:14] artificial intelligence. Uh and by the
[00:17] end of this you'll know exactly how to
[00:18] do it too. But this isn't about getting
[00:20] a website that looks good. It's about
[00:22] building a strategic tool designed to
[00:25] grow your business so fast it almost
[00:27] feels like you'd be cheating. Now, let's
[00:29] let's talk about the startup dilemma
[00:31] because if you're a startup business and
[00:32] you're watching this, you're you're
[00:34] coming to me from it says one, two, or
[00:36] or three kind of of positions, but but I
[00:39] want to want to introduce a fourth
[00:42] position. So, up until now, you've had
[00:45] pretty terrible options, right? So,
[00:47] option one, you could hire a big web
[00:50] agency, right? So, this gets you top
[00:52] quality, but it also comes with a price
[00:54] tag. It could be thousands of dollars
[00:56] and it could be months and months to
[00:58] launch your website. Option two, hire a
[01:02] freelancer. That's like spinning the
[01:04] roulette wheel and and and really trying
[01:06] to gamble or trying to use scratch offs
[01:09] to win the lottery. All right, you might
[01:11] find a rockstar or you could spend
[01:13] months back and forth emails and and
[01:15] just not spending money and not getting
[01:17] a product done, right? So, with a
[01:19] freelancer, you're you're kind of you're
[01:21] kind of just gambling. Now, option three
[01:24] is the DIY route, right? So, you say,
[01:27] "Hey, I'm just going to do this myself."
[01:30] And that's kind of what I'm introducing
[01:31] here is a little bit of a DIY model. I'm
[01:33] like, "Hey, there there's tools. There's
[01:35] a straightforward path that that you
[01:38] could use artificial intelligence in
[01:40] WordPress to and WordPress is a bonus.
[01:43] I'm not saying WordPress is like, you
[01:45] know, the bottom of the barrel. I think
[01:47] it's the top of the barrel, right?
[01:48] WordPress to me gives me ownership. It
[01:51] gives me freedom of design, the ability
[01:52] to scale, to add tools, uh, to be able
[01:56] to grow and expand with my business as I
[01:58] go. So, I'm a big fan of WordPress, but
[02:02] if you go that DIY route, like like I'm
[02:05] going to show you, hey, here's some
[02:06] tools. You could build this pretty
[02:08] quickly, right? Here, here's how you put
[02:10] in WordPress. Here's how you add a
[02:12] theme. Here's how you use this AI tool
[02:15] website. Okay, I want to introduce
[02:18] option four for you. Option four is
[02:22] pretty new at Mñana. At Mñana, we now
[02:25] have a website subscription model where
[02:28] people can pay us just $200 to get
[02:31] started. And so it's $200 a month and
[02:34] that gets you your website, your
[02:35] hosting, your maintenance. Uh we give
[02:38] you that that first launch with this AI
[02:40] product and you're going to give us $200
[02:42] a month for for the first year. Okay,
[02:46] after that first year, we're going to
[02:47] bump you down to our standard hosting
[02:49] and maintenance package. And so, we've
[02:51] got that illustrated directly on the
[02:53] Manana Noms website. Now, why is option
[02:57] four the best option that I've mentioned
[02:59] so far? Well, option four is going to
[03:03] help you get done quickly and on budget,
[03:07] but it's also going to give you the
[03:08] benefit of having an expert kind of
[03:10] oversee the process. Here's what
[03:13] happens. you you jump into AI, you throw
[03:15] in a paragraph, it generates the website
[03:18] for you. You have your homepage, you got
[03:20] your contact page, you got the about us
[03:22] page or your services page, and as a as
[03:25] a startup business, you focus on
[03:28] whatever it is your business is, right?
[03:30] Make you're a landscaper, you're a
[03:31] plumber, you're an electrician, you're a
[03:33] dentist, you're a whatever. You want to
[03:35] focus on what you do for a living, what
[03:37] you're an expert in.
[03:39] Hey, you're not an expert in making a
[03:41] website and you're certainly not an
[03:42] expert in digital marketing and copy.
[03:46] And the copy is the most important part
[03:49] of a website. A lot of people want
[03:51] something that looks fancy. Uh like if
[03:54] you take a look at the screen that we've
[03:55] got behind you right now, I think this
[03:58] website looks great. If I told you how
[04:01] quickly I built this website, I think
[04:04] your head would spin. I literally spent
[04:07] less than 5 minutes creating this
[04:10] website. Now, did the website stay the
[04:14] way it was when it was created in less
[04:15] than 5 minutes? No. No. No. I took my
[04:19] expertise. I went in here. I changed a
[04:21] couple of headings. I moved some things
[04:23] around. Now, this is just a sample
[04:25] website for us. This is one of the
[04:27] things that's a sample for us. So, we
[04:29] say, "Okay, well, let's take a look at
[04:30] the services page. Let's see what that's
[04:32] going to look like." And so we jump into
[04:34] the services page and we go, okay, we've
[04:36] got a lot of consistencies here. Website
[04:39] looks good, but it also has the right
[04:41] copy right here. We see the right tools
[04:44] and then a paragraph for that.
[04:45] Personalized coaching and the right copy
[04:47] for that. Community outreach and the
[04:50] right copy for that. Having the right
[04:53] copy to launch your startup business is
[04:57] some of the most important stuff that
[04:59] you're going to be able to do. And so I
[05:03] would really want to encourage you to
[05:06] jump in with Manana Tomas. We will help
[05:09] you get your website up quickly and on
[05:13] budget with our startup. I I I hate to
[05:17] say it like this, but it's like our
[05:18] startup website as a service platform.
[05:21] Now, let's put this on the on the front
[05:24] burner. This is the front burner. We're
[05:25] talking about getting you started,
[05:26] getting you launched, getting your
[05:28] message out there. It's a startup
[05:29] business. You just need something to get
[05:31] you going. Mñana Lamas is a full service
[05:34] agency. So, do you remember option one
[05:37] when we said option one or hire an
[05:39] expensive agency? Uh, I hate to say
[05:41] that, you know, we're an expensive
[05:42] agency, but we are a full-ervice agency.
[05:45] We focus on e-learning. We focus on
[05:47] community websites. We do stuff with
[05:50] ecommerce. We can do custom design for
[05:53] you in a completely different platform
[05:57] and package. like like we have the
[05:59] ability to build you, you know, a
[06:02] bespoke, wonderfully designed,
[06:05] lightweight, quick performing website
[06:08] and and really just blow you out of the
[06:10] water. Like like we just have a we have
[06:12] the ability to do that. But here's where
[06:15] I want to give you a different message
[06:17] than some other messages you might be
[06:18] seeing online.
[06:21] Do I want to say lickety split uh make a
[06:23] website in 15 minutes or less and and
[06:25] you're ready to launch like like that
[06:27] Squarespace ad? No, I don't. I don't
[06:29] want to give you that. Do I want to
[06:31] promote that DIY message and say, "Hey,
[06:33] we're going to use WordPress, Astro Pro,
[06:35] Windzip, and and not Windzip, uh ZipW,
[06:39] and uh poof, you know, you've got a
[06:41] website." And that's b our basic our
[06:44] basic menu our basic recipe is that you
[06:47] know WordPress Astro ZipWP we have
[06:51] licensing for all of these things and so
[06:54] when you come to us and you host and you
[06:56] build with us you're not going to pay
[06:58] for the hosting and then pay for those
[07:01] the themes and the plugins and all that
[07:03] stuff. When you come to Mñana as we're
[07:06] we're going to give you the hosting, the
[07:09] theme, we're going to build the site
[07:11] with you. We're going to do the
[07:13] maintenance for you. We're going to
[07:14] update the core plugins all the time.
[07:16] We're going to take care of the website
[07:17] for you. So, all you have to do is focus
[07:19] on running your business. And we can
[07:22] jump in and we can show you how to
[07:23] change the headings and change the
[07:25] pictures and change the copy, but we
[07:27] want to go through it with you before
[07:29] you launch and make sure that it kind of
[07:31] matches what you want to do with your
[07:32] business. Over time, you're going to
[07:34] want to change a couple of things. We'll
[07:35] show you how to do that. Again, we're a
[07:38] full-ervice agency. Maybe you have this
[07:40] website for six months, a year, two
[07:42] years, and then you say, "You know what?
[07:44] We've grown. We want to scale. We want
[07:46] to add features or we want to do a
[07:49] custom design." That's when Mñana is
[07:51] here to work with you as you grow and
[07:53] scale. That's why we say our message is
[07:56] a little bit different than the normal
[07:57] agency. You see, if you listen to
[07:59] professionals in the space, like for
[08:01] instance, there's a new page builder
[08:02] coming out called Etch. I understand
[08:05] you're not watching this because you're
[08:07] a web expert. You're watching this
[08:08] because you're a startup business. But
[08:10] there's a new platform called Etch that
[08:12] works in WordPress and helps us build
[08:15] custom, bespoke, well-designed,
[08:17] well-developed websites.
[08:19] Now, the people that have released Etch,
[08:23] if they heard the message I was saying
[08:24] about launching your startup with this
[08:26] quick AI tool, they'd want to hang me
[08:28] out to dry. And and justifiably so,
[08:31] because their market is completely
[08:34] different. But as the owner of Manoan
[08:37] Noms, I have realized different clients
[08:40] fall very much into different use cases.
[08:42] And I want to make sure that as the
[08:44] owner of Mñana and as an agency that's
[08:47] built on on ethics and meeting you where
[08:49] you are at, I want to offer you the
[08:51] product that meets your budget and your
[08:53] needs at the time. Can we grow and scale
[08:56] with you as you grow and scale and
[08:58] develop? Absolutely. But let's get you
[09:00] launched. We can help you build the
[09:03] first draft of your website in less than
[09:06] 5 minutes. I mean, literally less than 5
[09:08] minutes. We can put you into our hosting
[09:10] package. We can assign a hosting
[09:12] package. We can install WordPress. We
[09:14] can put the basic tools in place. We can
[09:16] put a the basic information about your
[09:18] project in and boom, we can pick a
[09:21] layout. We can pick the colors. And as
[09:23] long as you are with us and you're fired
[09:25] up and you're drinking your coffee with
[09:26] us, we we can knock this out. And in
[09:28] less than five minutes, we can have a
[09:30] first draft. Now, you're going to take
[09:33] that first draft and you're going to sit
[09:35] with me for a little bit and we're going
[09:37] to make some notes. And we're going to
[09:39] take those notes and then we're going to
[09:41] work on creating better copy and better
[09:44] images to fill in that first draft.
[09:49] But our our package $200 a month for the
[09:52] first year and then we bump you down to
[09:54] a standard hosting and maintenance
[09:56] package. I don't think you're going to
[09:58] be able to do much better to launch your
[09:59] startup. And we're here to help. If you
[10:01] want more information, go to mñana.com.
[10:04] That's m an a n a n o mas.com.
[10:11] mñana nomomas.com.
[10:14] I would love love love to have you
[10:16] there.
