At the pyramid's apex sat Jesus as "most holy," with Branham positioning himself as the "Elijah" figure just below Christ. ### Historical Church Ages Framework Branham taught that different gospel messages applied to different historical periods: - Paul's message for the early church age - Luther's gospel for the Reformation period - Wesley's message for the Methodist revival - His own message for the final "Laodicean age" The speaker notes this created a system where followers believed they possessed superior knowledge from all previous ages, making them "33rd degree Branhamites" - a deliberate parallel to Masonic degree systems. ### Masonic Connections Alleged The analysis presents several claimed historical connections: - Branham held early meetings in Masonic halls - Church founders and members belonged to Freemasons and Independent Order of Odd Fellows - His ordaining minister was allegedly "second in command of the Klan" - A pentagram symbol (associated with Eastern Star Masonic order) appeared above the Tabernacle door - Branham's sister belonged to the Eastern Star organization ### Modern Influence Claims The speaker alleges this hierarchical system continues through: - Chris Reed at MorningStar displaying Branham's diagrams while teaching similar doctrines - New Apostolic Reformation movements adopting comparable structures - Secret language and progressive revelation systems that mirror fraternal order initiation practices ## ๐Ÿ—’๏ธ Notes #### โฑ๏ธ [00:00:00](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oh7kuWCPq-0&t=0) Introduction to Fraternal Order Problems - Fraternal order concepts incompatible with Christianity according to speaker - Focus on Rick Joyner's MorningStar connections to Branham #### โฑ๏ธ [00:00:30](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oh7kuWCPq-0&t=30) Branham's Stature Doctrine Explained - Hierarchical pyramid with progressive holiness levels - Connected to "manifested sons of God" doctrine - Jesus at top, Branham as "Elijah" figure below #### โฑ๏ธ [00:02:00](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oh7kuWCPq-0&t=120) Church Ages Teaching - Different gospel messages for different historical periods - Claims about Luther vs. Wesley era doctrines - "Laodicean age" as final period before Christ's return #### โฑ๏ธ [00:04:00](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oh7kuWCPq-0&t=240) Modern NAR Connections - Chris Reed displaying Branham's diagrams at MorningStar - Reintroduction of hierarchical systems to contemporary audiences #### โฑ๏ธ [00:05:30](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oh7kuWCPq-0&t=330) Masonic Doctrine Claims - Great Pyramid of Giza as ancient Bible - Light bearer (Lucifer) symbolism in teachings #### โฑ๏ธ [00:06:00](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oh7kuWCPq-0&t=360) Historical Mason Connections - Early church founders as advertised Freemasons - Independent Order of Odd Fellows involvement - KKK ordination claims #### โฑ๏ธ [00:08:00](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oh7kuWCPq-0&t=480) Eastern Star and Pentagram - Sister Delores in Eastern Star organization - Pentagram symbol above Tabernacle door - Meetings held in Masonic halls #### โฑ๏ธ [00:09:30](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oh7kuWCPq-0&t=570) Cult-like Structure Analysis - Secret language among members - Progressive revelation system - Comparison to fraternal order initiation practices ## ๐Ÿ“š References - William Branham's recorded sermons and teachings - Historical newspaper records (mentioned but not specified) - Speaker's website research on Branham's background - Eastern Star organization documents - Freemasonry structural comparisons ## ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Paraphrase A religious critic examines William Branham's spiritual hierarchy system, arguing it borrowed heavily from Freemasonry structures. Branham taught that Christians could progress through spiritual ranks, with different gospel messages applying to different historical periods. The speaker claims Branham had extensive personal and institutional connections to Masonic groups and the KKK, influencing his theological framework. This allegedly created a cult-like system with secret knowledge, progressive initiation, and hierarchical authority - elements the speaker argues are antithetical to authentic Christianity. The influence reportedly continues in modern movements like MorningStar and the New Apostolic Reformation. ## ๐Ÿ“ฐ Newsletter **Spiritual Hierarchies vs. Gospel Equality** This week's deep dive examines claims about theological systems that create spiritual "ranks" among believers. A critical analysis of William Branham's influence raises important questions about how church authority structures can drift toward cult-like characteristics. Key takeaways for church leaders: - **Transparency matters**: Secret knowledge systems create unhealthy power dynamics - **Historical awareness**: Understanding how past movements influence current practices - **Gospel clarity**: Maintaining biblical equality among believers regardless of "spiritual maturity" Whether you're involved in charismatic movements or traditional churches, this analysis offers valuable insights into recognizing and avoiding hierarchical distortions of Christian community. ## โœ… Action Items #### Community - And in many ways, if you
[00:10] really think about it, it is
[00:12] incompatible with Christianity.
[00:15] William Branham had this, and I've got
[00:16] it on the screen if you're watching the
[00:18] video version of this, but he had this
[00:21] doctrine called the stature of a perfect
[00:23] man.
[00:24] And what it was essentially, if you
[00:26] understand the concept, it was the idea
[00:30] that there was a hierarchy, that a
[00:33] pyramid of sorts that was being created
[00:36] where a person could become a little
[00:39] more holy over time, and you could rise
[00:42] through the ranks, and at the top of it
[00:44] was Jesus who is the most holy. It was
[00:47] directly tied to the manifested sons of
[00:49] God doctrine. And he [clears throat]
[00:51] started with Paul, who he said was the
[00:54] early church age messenger, he he
[00:56] claimed. And he had this this other
[01:00] drawing where he would show there's a
[01:02] little bit of light, and then a lesser
[01:04] light, and then a greater light, and
[01:06] there's a period of time in the Dark
[01:07] Ages where there was no light. And what
[01:10] he was essentially saying, if you
[01:11] understand Freemasonry, was that
[01:13] Lucifer, the light bearer, was going
[01:17] dark, and then in the end time there
[01:19] would be almost no light,
[01:21] and [clears throat] then Jesus would
[01:22] come. Well, what he was saying is that
[01:24] essentially there's there's this pecking
[01:26] order, and the Holy Spirit has different
[01:29] levels and tiers in which you can
[01:31] develop the Holy Spirit. And he would
[01:34] say things like the the gospel in the
[01:37] days of Luther would not work in the
[01:39] gospel of days of
[01:40] Wesley. Which is really absurd if you
[01:43] understand what the gospel is, which I
[01:45] don't believe that he did. And he would
[01:48] say things like there are people who
[01:50] were born at the end of their age, say
[01:52] the age of Luther, who went into the
[01:54] Wesleyan age, and they had a different
[01:57] doctrine. They actually came in under
[01:58] Luther. So, during the Wesleyan age,
[02:01] then they could be saved by the message
[02:04] of Luther Luther, not the message of
[02:05] Wesley. Really, really
[02:08] absurd things, right?
[02:10] But, what he's [clears throat]
[02:10] essentially doing is he's taking the
[02:12] idea of a fraternal order
[02:14] pyramid, hierarchical pyramid of perfect
[02:18] man, and saying that there is a level of
[02:21] these things that you can build up to.
[02:23] And of course, he put him in the He put
[02:25] himself as the so-called Elijah at the
[02:28] top, right under Jesus.
[02:30] So, [clears throat]
[02:31] in this pecking order, and there's
[02:32] different versions of this if you read
[02:35] through his sermons,
[02:36] it is establishing much what the
[02:39] Freemasons would call as as some sort of
[02:42] a hierarchical pyramid that you can go
[02:45] through the different levels and finally
[02:47] get to Jesus.
[02:49] It is quite different if you understand
[02:51] the Freemasonry and how you can go
[02:52] through rituals and get there. He was
[02:54] doing it through time,
[02:56] but [clears throat] essentially, it's
[02:57] the same thing. We prided ourselves as
[03:00] being part of the Laodicean age, the
[03:02] last one before Jesus comes, because we
[03:05] had all of the knowledge of the prior
[03:08] ages. In other words, we were the 33rd
[03:11] degree Branhamites, if you look at it
[03:13] like this.
[03:15] Where [clears throat] it becomes really,
[03:16] really problematic whenever you think
[03:18] about it,
[03:20] if [snorts] you look at what is
[03:22] happening in the New Apostolic
[03:24] Reformation, they have many of these
[03:25] same structures in different ways.
[03:29] Except for if you go to Morningstar,
[03:32] look through their history, and you find
[03:34] Chris Reed, who has Branham's diagram,
[03:37] an exact replica of Branham's diagram,
[03:40] on the wall behind him as he's preaching
[03:43] about Branham's stature of a perfect
[03:44] man. So, he is reintroducing this type
[03:47] of hierarch hierarchical system to the
[03:50] people of Morningstar.
[03:52] Where this becomes really interesting is
[03:54] the fact that if you understand the
[03:56] gospel, if you're in that middle crowd
[03:57] that I talked about, the ones that
[03:59] aren't the conspiracy theorist outside
[04:01] looking in, or even the left crowd,
[04:04] maybe you're Christian and you you just
[04:06] see this whole thing as absurd. Well,
[04:08] think of how more absurd it gets.
[04:11] Branham is teaching this Masonic type
[04:14] doctrine, and he's doing things like
[04:17] saying the Great Pyramid of Giza was a
[04:19] Bible written by the ancients. He's
[04:22] saying things that are very, very
[04:23] Masonic.
[04:25] >> [clears throat]
[04:25] >> And if you look through his history,
[04:27] which I have done on my website,
[04:30] in his
[04:31] historical background leading up to him
[04:34] becoming the leader of the post-World
[04:36] War II healing revival,
[04:38] he was deeply influenced by people who
[04:40] were known and advertised as Masons.
[04:43] There were people who were in his church
[04:46] who were found early founders of the
[04:48] Branham Tabernacle, what would become
[04:50] the Branham Tabernacle, who were
[04:52] advertised in the newspapers as as
[04:54] Freemasons or being of some type of
[04:56] fraternal order. Another order was the
[04:59] Independent Order of the Odd Fellows,
[05:01] which I thought mistakenly was a Masonic
[05:03] order because of their rituals and
[05:05] because of their structure, but like the
[05:08] Knights of Malta, it's just a different
[05:10] fraternal order. They all seem to share
[05:13] the same attributes.
[05:15] Go back even further, he was ordained by
[05:19] the second in command of the Klan. Well,
[05:21] the Klan itself was a fraternal order,
[05:24] and it was
[05:25] it was basically created in the same
[05:28] hierarchical structures that the Masons
[05:30] were, and many people who were in the
[05:33] Klan in leadership were also Masons. I
[05:35] think in even including Davis.
[05:38] So, Branham is mentored by a person who
[05:40] is a Mason, who is a starter of multiple
[05:45] white supremacy groups that are created
[05:47] as fraternal orders.
[05:49] He is
[05:51] his his church is being led by people
[05:53] who are either Masons or other fraternal
[05:55] orders.
[05:56] And then he openly admits that he is
[05:58] beholden to both the Klan and the Masons
[06:02] in various ways. You can go through his
[06:04] life stories and you can understand
[06:06] this, but he has no problem really
[06:08] against Freemasonry or the Klan. In
[06:10] fact, supports them.
[06:12] Many members of his church were Klan
[06:14] members.
[06:15] His sister Delores was a member of the
[06:18] Eastern Star,
[06:20] which their symbol is a pentagram
[06:22] slightly tilted. And if you want to
[06:25] think Luciferian, this is talking about
[06:27] the light bearer, the Eastern Star. That
[06:30] order was established for the Luciferian
[06:32] purpose.
[06:33] And above the door of the Tabernacle
[06:36] during its early years, there are some
[06:38] photographs that still exist with this,
[06:41] the pentagram tilted just like the
[06:43] Eastern Star
[06:45] is above the door. So,
[06:47] uh and and he even mentions this in his
[06:50] early
[06:51] years as before the uh planting of the
[06:54] Branham Tabernacle, he says, "We were
[06:55] holding our meetings in the Masonic
[06:58] Hall." So, he's openly declaring these
[07:00] things. He is deeply influenced by,
[07:04] affected by, led by, trained by,
[07:08] mentored by, and ordained by people who
[07:11] were involved with fraternal orders.
[07:14] >> [clears throat]
[07:14] >> And to the extent he had no problem
[07:16] putting the Luciferian pentagram above
[07:19] the door. And I'm using Luciferian much
[07:22] like you would in the Latin. It's
[07:23] talking about the Eastern Star, the
[07:24] light bearer.
[07:26] So, [clears throat] if you understand
[07:27] all of this, you begin to understand why
[07:30] he would think it's okay to create a
[07:34] religion that is shaped like a fraternal
[07:36] order.
[07:37] And you have you have this. We had our
[07:39] secret language that only we understood,
[07:42] and that's how we would recognize a
[07:43] message member from a non-message
[07:45] member. We didn't have a secret
[07:47] handshake like a Mason did, but we had
[07:49] our own loaded language. And so
[07:52] therefore we had our set of secrets.
[07:54] We also, if you came in as a rank and
[07:56] file member into the cult,
[07:59] whenever we would recruit somebody, we
[08:00] wouldn't openly tell them all of our
[08:02] secrets.
[08:03] You had to join, you had to become a
[08:05] part of this, and as you rose up through
[08:08] the tiers of knowledge to become a
[08:10] stature of a perfect man, it was only
[08:13] when you reached the top that we would
[08:15] tell you the secret most things of our
[08:16] cult.
[08:17] That's much like a fraternal order. If
[08:20] you want to compare Luciferian to the
[08:22] clan or to the message to the NAR,
[08:26] that's the thread that binds them all
[08:28] together. It's very, very similar. ๐Ÿ“„ **Full text:** ![[Full Document Contents/Articles/MorningStar, Branham, and the Pyramid of Spiritual Power.md|MorningStar, Branham, and the Pyramid of Spiritual Power by YouTube]] ## Highlights - more holy over time, and you could rise through the ranks, and at the top of it was Jesus who is the most holy.
