loaded questionrightso uh the when we started instead WP we we had a very basic thing in mind it'show to make launching uh WordPresssimpler or easier and one click rightthat was our goal and then it becamesomething else and thenuh people started using it for clientprojects and then using it fordelivering client projects uh a lot ofagencies I mean and then slowly the theproduct has taken shape in a way that uh which is appreciated by agencies moreand then when I met you uh we had no uhI think intention of doing anintegration in the futureuh it was just like a friendly talkbecause you you are friendly I am alsofriendly we are both friendly not surewhy I'm saying thatso anyway so but it's true it'sdefinitely true that's true and we arefriends also so uh so so cut to long story short uh whatI'm hearing from agencies isthey need uh a stack of some kind rightthe stack which me which saves them timefor both from a task management or a ora collaboration perspective which isafter him and then again from likeactually delivering projects inWordPress right uh which is instead ofWP when they come in combination intandem the the the wedding is beautiful right uh everybody loves it yes and thenthere is the there's the two things thatuh really gelled for me on thiscollaboration which is umum our both of our kpis because uh evenon your website it says it very clearlyyour goal is to allow uh users to loadup WordPress instantly right yeah soyou'll you're um and our main kpi withinadoram is speed to collaboration so um we're trying to bring it as quicklyas possibleumto allow people to start working ontheir own websites and working withtheir clients and their stakeholders andwhile on your end it speeds to Wordpresswhich is basically one click and you'recoming into that experience so I want toshowum just quickly we're gonna show what wedid together then we can talk a littlebit about the two apps as well and howthey really connect um uh to each other so let me share my screen and we'llstart with um uh with the insta WP letme even zoom in a little bit so it'snicer for people that are watching thereum on their phones and stuffand really right now I'm inside the HWPdashboard and on this end we did like atwo-way integration from your sideum to serve what what our kpi is andwhat we're trying to do for our userswhich is speeds to collaboration we now have this little comment icon that isavailable on all of the differentwebsites that once I click on itwithin a few seconds it goes from instaWP to adorem and it's gonna start oh I'mnot logged in let me log inand then it's gonna bring me into thatuh into that experience so we can startcollaborating on this website straightaway if it wasn't already added toanother uh place let me see if if thedemo gods are gonna be on my side youknow this is our uh they will be I pray to them alreadyso we'll I will be able to but this isthis is a natural uh thing actuallymeans when I show this to peopleum like our users and they it is kind ofan aha moment for them right like then Ican literally I did something once I cancomment on a page visually and then talkto my customers where was this tool allthis time right so that that is whatImpressions which I've got so far that's the it's it's one of those things thatwhen people sometimes see this they'relike um why didn't I already have thisuh like you know ages ago uhand um and I think that this is one ofthe cool things about like havingum creative ideas and that's the samething when I saw your solution as welland so this is how we kind of came inand we're gonna walk through a littlebit more of this later on this broadcastbut this is how we came in we clickedone button and that's it and this is the important thing thatit's one click and that's it you knowfor all of those different uhexperiences that's exactly right solet's see what we did on our end as wellso if I'm gonna click here and it'sgoing to take you to our project screenyou can see that there is a little instaWP icon right here on top and if I'mgonna click on thatand um it's gonna load upbasically do the same thing but oppositeright it's gonna create a brand new um insta or WordPress website so that Ican start working on yeah you can sayinsteadyesum and you know start installing anyplugins that I need or anything likethis but it's super fast super to thepoint and I have a brand newinstallation that is mine to do whateverI please with but then this is alsosorry to interrupt veto this is alsoadded just just to add on your commentthis is also added both on Atrium side and also on HWP dashboard so thatbecomes as I said earlier that becomespart of your stack right so if you havethese two together to these two toolstogether in your like Arsenal this uhthis becomes like a really reallyefficient tool to deliver projects yesbecause it's just onboarded the wholething to both sides instantly yeah anduh really that's that's really what wetried we tried to do first of alllooking from the user's experience how can we make sure that uh we Empowerusers and speed up their day-to-day andyou and I know we've been in WordPressfor uh for many years yearsum you need an instance just like thatto show all kinds of different thingspretty much on a daily basis uh I'vebeen an avid user of insta for a coupleof years now since you guys startedum and uh and I use it daily you know sothat's why it's really cool to bringthat experience into into our dashboard as well exactlyand so um with this in mind becausemaybe you can share your screen and uhwhile you're doing is I'm gonna do aquick walkthrough for the folks thatdon't know what adoram is all about andthen we're gonna talk a little bit aboutwhat insta WP is all aboutum and we're going to like really rapiddemos of of the two systems so thatpeople can see really what um what we'vebeen working on over the past few yearsand so while you load up the screen you can already do that uh through here onstream on uh on the street yeah I'mgoing to do that nowum basically other women right now we'reinside the adorima dashboard uh the wayto get started there's a few ways reallyyou can drop in a link to any website inthe world whatever it may be and we'regonna do it one we already see we Iloaded one up to make two uh just beforethe broadcast but we're gonna use thatas an example your website and um and you don't have to own the websiteyou can just drop up in a link to adomain or even a specific page whetherit's a pricing page that you want tocollaborate on whether it's a blog postthat you want to share and they'll givefeedback on images or pieces of text youcan just drop in any link directly inhere and it's going to add this within afew seconds the other way is theWordPress plugin which is where westarted we started this uh WP feedbackback in the day if you remember because and then this plugin basically is uh sowhile this is the quick solution theplugin is the Deep solution it's fullyintegrated into the front end and to theback end of Wordpress so you can leavethe comments and collaborate rightinside the admin screens of Wordpress uhas well inside Gutenberg and anythinglike that as well as of course on thefront end also and then the last one isthe image based Solutions which is greatfor mock-ups or if you're doing logos or anything like this right so let's gointo here and we're gonna use this asthe exampleum and uh you know what I'm actuallygonna add this one more time just sothat we get that experience in real timehere yeahyou got itum so again we're gonnaum pray for the demo Gods you knowbecause when you're showing stuff I things are always uh drinks right thenyeahum but it looks like we're good and thenwithin a few seconds we can startcollaborating on this and um and andnavigate between the different pagesum add comments on this like uh thisshould be brokendown to multiple[Music]all imagesrather than one big oneis that an actual comment for our team that's for you because we'll uh thankyou thank you for the feedback the thingin this uh this one uh only number two[Music]yeah I wish I can go back in time butyeah soon we will have another productand launchI I I'm kidding this is uh this is ahuge achievement to get this uh on thefirst on the first time as well and uhreally here I can leave this uh here andsay like I love the background and so on right and so what is reallycool here is that while I'm leavingthose comments in the background we'retaking an automated screenshot thatmarks each one of those requests so whenI'm gonna go and work on these tasksinside my inbox I can actually see theuh the requests that were made in realtime uh only number two and it's goingto give us the the markings andeverything on there so I have a clearview of what the other side was talking about we have screen size browserversion I can push this to any differenttools that I'm using whether it's jiraclick up slack Trello base camp all ofthese guys we can change the statuswhich the cool thing is that it's goingto notify clients immediately when Imake this uh this change in here so Idon't need to go back to email andthings like that uh start a timer totrack my time as well as assign this todifferent team members if they areassigned to the different projects thatI've been working on and then quicklywe're going to go through the uh the board system which is more for so thecollaboration is more for the actualstakeholders clients people that leavefeedback the inbox is more for theagents the developers the designers thatneeds to execute on the work efficientlyand the boards are more for projectmanagers product managers uh agencyowners people like you and me that needsto see or to oversee the operation andsee that things are actually moving inthe right direction but I can also dragit into here if I need it everything isgoing to be notified uh immediately and click through and do the same thing thatwe did in other places also here andfinally which is brand new because it'sour forms system saw your announcementyep yes so this is still in beta but butI'm very excited about this and the theidea is to doum uh is to create a flow from theintake from the discovery all the way tothe support through our email supportdesk and everything in between so we nowwith this we accommodate the entireworkflow of our project delivery website create product creation and things likethatand it's super super slick you know theteam did a great job here on uh on theform system we can drag in an imagepicker here and that we can modifyhowever we please we can have like asignature pad and then once we save thiswe can evenum uh preview this and see how this isgoing to look like in real time you knowvery very cool and yeah there's a lot more but I'm gonna stick to that andbecause I'd like to give you also thethe stage to Showcase a little bit aboutuhum insta WP where you guys started wherethis is going and what are the mainfunctionalities that inspire you to dothis because you've been in WordPressway longer than when than create thecreation of this product so that's rightwhere is this goingso instead WP started to solve my ownage right means I wanted to it was I think two years ago when I thought it isstill 2021 and it is not like we don'thave a way to quickly launch a WordPressmaybe to test something or to showsomething to somebody and that's wherewe started instead of loopy as a petproject uh I used to do plugins themesuh we still do that uh on the othercompany but uh now this is the mainfocus and instead WP is where we means we envision a feature where you can justsimply click on click on a button andget a WordPress site that's it and youget you you get your domain set up youget a SSL setup you everything is onlineit's on servers so you can actuallyshare your links to anybody so you canslowly that becomes a kind of a stagingarea if you will where people can createprojects uh for client delivery onthings like that and they can movearound between their local environment their hosted environment so it becomeslike a workflow tool right so that'swhat we are doing right now we our usersand our customers are using it in a waywhere they they saw their workflows so Iwill just do a small demo of what theseworkflows are and how you can as anagency as a freelancer or as a as aproduct company can can utilize theseworkflows so this is my dashboard when Ilog in and when I want to get a site very quickly I just click on add newand I can choose from a bunch of pluginsif I want to or if I have a stack I cango to the from templates Tab and then Ican choose a template and you can startfrom a from from a particular stack butif I just want a plain WordPress sitewith a particular WordPress versionparticular PHP version if you want it inLondon I think that's where you livevideo rightand just create site so that's it it's within few seconds you should have aWordPress site which is exactly what youwanted and we have inbuilt code editorso you can just open it up editsomething and then uh just you don'thave to push online everything is onlinerightyep and you can click on Magic loginjust go inside the WordPress admin paneljust like that these things look verynormal right now but it was it was not very normal when before we started rightof course and there are some small handyshortcuts which you can do so let meclose this off so for example you candrag a plugin do your dashboardsorry I just left the plugin so you candrag it on drop it on a particularinstallation and that's it so if you goback to your dashboard and then thisplugin will be installed for you and youwait for a second this will be activated for you as wellso it's that easy right and you cansimilarly drop a zip file as well if yougo to uh let's say WordPress atWordPress plugin directory and if youwant to let's sayum try a plugin for example so ourChrome extension enables you to have alaunch button which will launch aWordPress site with that plugininstalled so that helps you like allthese are like small workflows which helps you on day to day so let's let'stalk about a little bit more detailedworkflows for example I am building aclient project what I can do is just goinside and I can do a performance testright right then and there and this willgive me a page speed insideuh I have done that for a for anotherclient let me open that up and I'll showthat to you right nowso go to the performance Tab and thenyou will see uh the the pages I write inside your panelsimilarly you can map a particulardomain where you can show it to a clientyou can enable SFTP in one click so youdon't need to like mess around withconfiguration just click on a button andyou have all the details you can alsoenable SSH using similar approach sothese are all like Advanced tools if youneed when you are building an advancedproject not only that you can actuallycombine with Git so you add a repository and then whenever you do a push to a Gitit will automatically update the siteum so these are some of the basic thingswhich you can do once you are donebuilding a project uh you can actuallyclick on Migrate and then migrate thissite to uh to a hosting provider rightuh you just need to install a blankWordPress site or recently we havelaunched connections with varioushosting providers so we support runcloud cloudways and pressable and now we are going tosupport rocket.net and other providersso you can just do a one-click push towhichever hosting provider you wantthat's great that's a great uh placebecause we're we're also working with alot of the hosters to to make sure thatthe workflow is seamless from thecollaboration aspect and so I think andI think that it's really smart becausethat you're going in that directionum because going into the hosting dashboard is um is fine for superadvanced stuff but the day-to-daydoesn't happen over there usually yeahit happens on on our daily tools thatwe're using whether it's the the inboxor where all the communications are likeus where I'm creating uh where I'mactually creating those sites which isgoing to be which is exactly here rightthat brings to my next point because youcan actually uh see all your hostingaccounts which you have added and then actually go inside and see on the siteswhich are there and if you connect themthat means if you install our connectplugin which one click you can actuallymanage them remotely right and that willbe shown in the connects tab so allthese things have built in and availablefor any agency one last thing which Iwanted to show you is if you have alocal site or a site anywhere in theworld you can bring that into insta WPwith one click which is our insta WPconnect or staging plugin right available on the paper so just installthe plugin connect your insta WP accountin one click you have a bunch of optionsquick staging full staging with quickstaging we can actually skip the mediafolder so if it is like 100 gigabytesize site you don't need to copy thewhole thing so we skip that and then wejust create staging so these are justlike couple of clicks right yesI think the demo gods are not helpinghere but but you get the point right so at the end of the day you will get astaging site uh which will beum let me try this again on a new tabbut which will be uh a copy of yourlocal or a production site and that goesuh right back into your insta WP accountand you can go to the sites folder andthen see that again it will appear inthere yes it will appear in there youcan mess around with it you can show itto somebody and it becomes like aninstacidethat's amazing um well that's perfect so definitely wecan see the two the two connectionsbetween the systems for one is focusingmore on the technical aspect of thingsand how uh how I'm actually creating thewebsites and the optimizing my workflowon um on the tech side and then while onthe other side with uh with adore himwe're focusing mostly on thecollaboration uh Communications andreally the work that happens after orduring the build with other individual stakeholders and clientsso yeah perfect pairing and I'm reallyexcited about this we're gonna do somereally
