When a user submits a question, its category is automatically detected and it's routed to the proper branch in the workflow. If it's a sales inquiry, a sales bant analysis is done and the prospect is automatically emailed back a personalized email according to priority. And then a central spreadsheet is updated for sales associates to monitor and take it from there. We saw this in lesson four. If the question is instead a support question, it's routed to the support branch. From there, we subcategorize the request into requests that require authentication and those that don't. For those that don't require authentication, product questions, we use an AI agent to automatically answer the user's question. We saw two different ways to do this. In lesson five, we saw how to use Digital Ocean's agent builder to easily scrape a website, create a knowledge base, and then connect an agent to answer these questions. In lesson six, we saw how to use N8N's built-in nodes in order to create an AI agent that can answer this question, including an in-memory vector store where we upload documents. Finally, for account specific questions that require authentication, we use magic links to authenticate users using a subworkflow for authentication that securely returns the authorization status to the main application.
