The survey development process involved initial meetings and a workgroup. After the survey is completed, proactive outreach through email, text, and phone will be used to communicate with all students. The survey will be targeted to all first-time in college students, with a focus on the 1,200 Promise Students enrolled in Fall 2019. Results will be integrated into web ISIS and used to prioritize and provide proactive outreach for at-risk students.
