and or for most of myprofession actually in 1995 I built myfirst website using just HTMLthen finally got to a point where I gotto use a WordPress saving me so muchtime and money uh stepped in around 2006version 204 WordPress called Dukethen I wanted to go deeper and have morepossibilities so I looked into the wholeadd-on and plug-in ecosystem of Wordpress I found this plugin calledcode snippet and I loved it so much Igot into deeper into that became theco-owner after it was not was launchedin 2012 I think I became co-owner in2015 and I started building up that as asmall company while later on stillworking at Elementor in fact I startedwith Elementor using the product andbeing part of the community in 2016 whenElementor was still a beta version 0.31 the image Carousel was only justlaunched and I immediately fell in lovewith it gave me so much possibilitiesum fast forwarding to this year I am nowthe head of developer partners thatmeans if youum contribute to the Elementor ecosystemin any way either your plug-in supportsElementor specifically built forElementor it could be a plug-in a theme kits templates any of those if itcontributes to that ecosystem please docontact hasbeen growing in the past two years howmany more people we have so some of youmay know me from WordPress and Elementalcommunity events which is amazing and Iwill be more active on the community aswell as on the uh social media uh I've started using Wordpress back in 2010 uhjoined WordPress community in 2018 16and 2018 I've started using Elementorand uh about two years ago I startedworking in Elementor as a customerexperience technical support engineernow from this year we are planning tobring customer experience closer to ourcommunity as well as our social media uh so let's talk a little bit about ourcustomer experience agents we have about120 Agents from all around the world wehave open offices in Serbia as well asin the United States in Miami uh we havebeen building a better process uh forthe past couple of months and uh we areready to bring a better support so youcan expect that uh in in this year and Ican tell you that the overallsatisfaction rating during the last yearwas about four out of five um customer satisfaction now this is thelatest survey uh for every 10 customersyou get about seven excellent experienceuh as you can see here emojis butcustomers of course good experience weare rated about one of out of 10 timesand we still do have 2 out of 10negative experiences and this issomething we want to change movingforward uh again we did uh a lot ofchanges to make this process better about me and what is next in this yearis that I will be helping our communityfor any questions that are not answeredby the community I can jump in I willjump in and and help any anytime uhsomebody is left without an answer onour groups as well on social media youcan also tag me so if you for any reasonhad a bad experience with our supportyou can tag me and if you are not very excited and you'reabsolutely great a perfect fit for thejob with the connections and the passionthat you have as well and of course youwon't be doing that by yourself whydon't you that's correct so uh manypeople aren't aware but there's quite alot of key team members at Elementor whoare already contributing to Wordpress invarious ways and even some from before when Elementor was founded so forexample Elementary's CTO and co-founderArielle clickstein has been contributingsince before Elementary was founded andother key developers like Rami and Yakirand Ohad and others are contributing toWordpress in various ways like to coreplugins themes translations all of whichare important to the development ofWordpress so I'm excited to be takingthat to the next level in this roleright that's very interesting and alsoof course there's a lot of bigresponsibility right because Elementor is a big part of the WordPress ecosystemand so very interesting to see how we'regoing to take on that relationship sinceit's very very important for usum so thank you very much for sharingthat with us and where can people findyou so I can be found in a number ofplaces first of all I will be in can't wait to see themabsolutely thank you very much Adas Ireally am also excited to see uhsubmissions for this next shelfcompetitionforeign [Music]before we dive into our product Focusfor 2023 and reveal our first quarterlyroadmap it's essential to pause and lookback at the past year we'll take amoment to evaluate the foundations we'velaid for growth and expansion and howthey connect to our main areas of focusfor the upcoming year so let's welcomeGabriella our senior product marketingmanager who will give us a quick rundownof the past year Gabby the floor isyours thank you ziv so before we jump ahead into 2023 it's really important tolook back at 2022 and some of what we'vedone and some of what we've donetogether so if we look at 2022 we cansee that Elementor is now used on over12.7 million live websites two and ahalf million of those are new websitesbuilt this year just this year aloneit's really a lot that's a lot meaningthat close to eight percent of theworld's internet is built without amentor that also means a lot ofresponsibility because we have a lot ofdifferent types of websites different configurations different plugins so whenwe think about Innovation we think abouthow can we innovate responsibly and howcan we introduce new features withoutbreaking all these websites rightum so part of what we've done in 2022Elementor has been around for over sixyears now so part of what we've done in2022 is we have worked a lot on buildinga stronger Foundation we had to revisitthe code to make sure that it is morecompatible with the Innovation we wantto introduce in 2020 and Beyond we alsohad to lay a new foundation for technologies that are going to accompanyus in the upcoming future so we startedwith flexbox container which has alreadybeen released and it's in beta and it'simportant to understand why it's stillin beta right so we said we had a lot ofdifferent websites a lot of differentconfigurations we can't just activateflexbox containers on all websiteswithout taking that into account rightwe want to give you the opportunity theweb Creator the opportunity to decidewhen they are ready to activate flexboxcontainers on their website I don't alsomake sure it doesn't break any previousconfigurations they may have had another Foundation We Lay is the foundation foran acid element so you may have seen inthree points and we introduced tabs andwe're going to introduce we're going toexplain more about that a little bitlater today but tabs is the firstfeature we're introducing with nestedelements we're going to do more of thoseand upcoming features we also focus alot on performance in the past year weintroduced over 10 new performanceimprovements and this is really toenable you to build websites that loadfaster and we have Shiro who's going totalk a little bit more about that latertodayum another thing we focused on in the past year was more reliable releases wedid have a few tricky releases this pastyear and it was important for us toreevaluate how we test and the processeswe have in place to make sure that weare releasing versions that don't breakyour websites that we are compatiblewith our third-party add-ons so we'veeven taken it a step further and startedtesting our own plug-in against ourpopular third-party add-ons to make surethat they are compatible with us beforewe we release the version right andanother alongside all of that we also introduced 26 new features last year sowe introduced The Loop Builder that'sbeen long awaited for also flexboxcontainers that I mentioned woocommerceenhancements and many many moreand the foundation relay in 2022 enablesus to accelerate our innovation in 2023so you may have noticed in the last fewmonths in 2022 we've increased ourfrequency and we're going to continuedoing that in 2023 and now we can reallysay that we're ready for for 2023 all right thank you very much Gabbythank you for having me thank you verymuch for sharing that with us thank youall right now it's time to dive into ourproduct Focus for 2023 and unveil ourfirst quarterly roadmap we've beenreceiving many requests for a roadmap sowe've decided to share a detailed one onour website where you can stay up todate on the latest developments you canvisit it at any time at elementor.comroadmap and as you can see with someexciting features planned for theupcoming releases also soon we'll give you a sneak peek on some of thesefeatures we received many featurerequests every day and choosing whichones to focus on should reflect ourcommunity's needsfor example in our December survey wegot over hundreds of requests for theMega menu enhanced forms for additionalwoocommerce featuresenhanced Dynamic content capabilitiesnested elements and broader designcapabilities so it's clear that theseare areas our users are looking to seemore development in and we'll continue to work on incorporating these requestsand more into our roadmapwe encourage you to share your featurerequests with us through our GitHub pageand participate in our surveys yourfeedback is crucial in shaping ourdevelopments and also the roadmap and tomake sure that our product meets theneeds of our communitynow let's move on to the five main areasof focus for 2023 which are Elementalcore performance Advanced editinge-commerce and marketing and hosting let's begin with hosting and to guide usthrough this topic thatrequire boosted resources the next newtwo plans that we're going to introduceare multi-website plans grow with up tothree websites and scale with up to 10websites these plans are great forcompanies who need more than one websiteand for web creators who create websites for their clients and they want to offermultiple websites well we we willcontinue to adjust the and add morefeatures plus Elementor Pro website builder and hello theme you getthe best WordPress hosting for Elementorstarting from 9.99 a monthyou can get your website up and runningin no time in a hassle-free environmentyou can focus on what's matter creatingamazing websites so stay tuned and seeyou soonright and that's going to be starting uhJanuary 30th right exactly all right thank you very much Assaf okay that'sreally great news thanks thank you forhaving me now let's continue withElementor core Gabby could you pleasegive us a breakdown and share with ushow we'll be focusing on advancingElemental core in 2023 yeah yeah ofcourse so I mentioned earlier thatElementary's been around for a littleover six years that's over a hundreddifferent releases during these pastyears and when you look at the featureswe released six years ago the depthrequired six years ago is very differentfrom the depth required for wages and features in the later years and eventoday so it's it's natural when you lookat it that there's a little bit of adifference between the features thatwere released six years ago and thosereleased you know more recently thedepth is a lot greater when we look atfeatures today so part of what we'regoing to be doing in 2022 is aligningum all the different features so goingback to the basics going back to thefirst features we introduced back in2016 making sure that we're consistentall the way throughout an extent andextending those capabilities so if we go back to the fundamentals we are going tobe enhancing existing features werecently introduced the ability todisable Google fonts which is reallygreat for gdpr compliance but you canalso use your locally hosted fonts tomake up for that we introduced an newcustom option in the uniselector and wehave introduced and we will becontinuing to introduce new pop-up rulesso we're expanding the pop-ups we'regoing to be working on providing a moreconsistent UI and functionality so if Imentioned that the earlier features havefewer functionalities maybe because theydidn't need as much we've added Dynamic content everywhere so we've you knowaligning that need across the differentwidgets we've already done that we'regoing to be doing more of that in thefuture we've also introduced customicons everywhere another thing we'regoing to be working on is fixing missingbasic functionalities so we're going tobe introducing a 311 and we'll discussthat a bit later responsive backgroundimage selection we've already introducedthe read more alignment for the buttonand post and also the add to cartalignment where we're also going to beworking on the alignment for the icon list that you've been waiting for for along time we're going to be rearrangingthe element tabs so some of you may havenoticed that there are a fewinconsistencies between the differentwidgets when you look back at olderwidgets compared to today so we're goinggoing to be aligning those and alongsideall that we want to be improving theuser experience so one of the things werecently introduced is the ability tosave as a default which will accelerateyour workflow so you can take thedefault of a widget up to all itsstyling and settings and then save thatas your new default but we're also going to be introducing In Theater 11 theability to copy paste between domainswhich is going to really change yourworkflow a lot yeah yeah and finallyalongside all of that we also want tomake it more intuitive to to beginnerson the one hand but also to make iteasier for you to deliver your websiteto a client so we've introduced theability to choose a new exit to locationwhen you leave the editor but we're alsogoing to be introducing a new way tostart new pages in Elementor coming up so that's going to improve theintuitiveness of the productand as we do that I want to invite youto take part in shaping what the productexperience is going to look like sogoing forward once a month of even Ashare going to be discussing in thecommunity different aspects of theproduct to see how we can improve theproduct experience and you can helpinfluence what that looks likewow that's really great thank you verymuch for sharing that with us yeah yeahand I'll be back soon all right see you see you all right next on the agenda isand we have Shiloh a product leaveperformance and how we're working hardto enhance it for our users chill outthe stage is yours thank youso performance is a top priority forasset Elementary we work tirelessly inthe last year to improve the performanceand provide you with high performingwebsites building experience but inorder to understand what is performanceand why sometimes we see comments such as this about performance in Elementorwe need to understand what performanceconsists of basically performanceincludes two main pillars the first oneis performance improvements which meanswhat we as Elementor can Implement inthe editor itself to improve theperformance so the server can respondsfaster and output more a lightweight waythe second one is the best practice asyou as a website builder web Creator canImplement when creating your site those can be such as implementing smallerimages or lazy loading elements and soonwhen talking about performance weshouldn't only talk about the speed orthe size of the assets being loaded butin the overall experience that ourvisitor experience and in the past yearwe've been working with Google Chrometeam to map out how they scoreperformance and how we can improve our general performance scores out of allweb vitals that Google introduces thereare three main Kobe files the first oneis LCP largest contentful paint whichstates how long it takes to the page toappear when did the user felt that theycan interact with the site the secondone is FID first input delay which meanswhen could they interact with the webpage when I'm scrolling the web page theinitial click how long it took to the browser to respond to the site torespond to me the third one is CLSwhich means how stable was the thestructure of the websites how shaky itwas during the browsing itself thesethree metrics cover the actual browsingexperience and they are measured in theactual field data because we can load apage real quickly without it beinginteractive which leads to bad visitorexperience we should talk about thosethree metrics in 2023 we're going to keep on improving those areas andimproving those scores so make to makesure you have the best performingwebsite so in terms of our Elementalhosted websites offering we are going tointroduce post caching using cdns whichwill improve your time to First buydramatically or in addition we're goingto boost our infrastructures to servebetter performance in terms of databasesfile storage and so on in the editorArena we are going to make additionalimprovements how Elementor generates its output so for example we're going toimprove our asset loading we're going toextend the lazy load performanceexperiment to include more assets we'regoing to improve our server responsetime and to encourage you as a webCreator to use and utilize the bestpractices there are there just toemphasize and to understand what is itand what we're going to uh to show whichroad we took from to 20 000 to 22 to this day we're going to compare version3.5.3 which was the latest version thatwas released in 2021and we're going to compare it to thelatest version that we have currently sowhen looking at a site that includesthose uh versions you can see that wehave a page that we've created withcarousels images background images EtcGoogle Maps and so on the results aren'timpressive enough but in the last yearwe worked hard to improve those scoresthat come out of the box so if only you just take your site and improve yourversions activate experiments and someother settings that wepresent here you can see here that we'reupdated the version to the latest oneand then go ahead to the settings makesure that the experiments are active theperformance experiments that are markedwith performance and those can be inlineCSS inline SVG funds improved CSS load lazy load background images Etcand make sure the Google font load isturned to swap this helps us improve thescore in addition we're going toactivate performance lab plugin whichcreated by a WordPress performance teamand tick all the media relatedfeatures that they introduced there it'sgoing to enable webp support which werecently integrated fully within Elementor we're going to regenerate allthe thumbnails to make sure the imagesand the assets are being served at thenext gen webp which is lightweight andgoing to go over the page and adjust therelevant carousels to be lazy loadedwe're going to adjust the make sure thatthe video that is self-hosted isactually being bloated efficiently withmetadata preload and not the full onethat helps us serve the requested data more efficientlyand here are the the results you can seethat the LCP improved dramatically theTBT total block time which indicates thescript time also improved and this thisis what we did in 2022uh we're going to keep on doing this onuh the upcoming year and hopefully uhwe'll meet here again and next year andtalk about these absolutely well thankyou so much Sheila that's reallyimpressive stuff very excited so thankyou for joining thank you a fourth area of focus for 2023 ise-commerce and marketing let's hear fromGabby about how we plan to enhance thesemarketing tools available to our usersthank you Zeb so I actually want tostart with a quote by our CEO YoniLuxemburg he says stop building websitesbuild businessesand when you think about it this quoteactually makes a lot of sense because atthe end of the day we're not building awebsite for the sake of having anotherwebsite out there we're building awebsite so that we can generate more awareness to our business that we cansell the products that we can collectmore leads so when we create ourwebsites we need to make sure that youhave the tools to to close that Loop sothat you have the marketing tools andthe e-commerce tools and you can seethat throughout the years we'veintroduced some of them so in 27 in theend of 2016 we introduced forums andthat's been enhanced in 2020 withmulti-step forums and then the abilityto collect lead submissions in 2021 andadditional enhancements for forms same with e-commerce with the firstintegration of woocommerce in 2018 butsince then we've added more enhancementso we've added the PayPal button in 2021we've added the strike button widget in2022 we've also added full customizationoptions for the transactional pages forwoocommerce in 2021um so we've been enhancing more and morefeatures also the landing page and thepop-up Builder we've introduced in 2020anyone but those have also been enhancedthroughout the years and because we wantto give you the ability to buildbusinesses we want to enhance thosecapabilities in 2023 so those are things we're going to be introducing in 2023we're going to be focusing on giving youmore e-commerce capabilities more pop-upBuilder where you've seen new ruleswhere I'll introduce more we're going toenhance the form Builder and we're alsogoing to give you more capabilities withthe landing pagesthank you very much for sharing thatwith us thank youwe're excited to share with you ourfifth area of focus for 2023 Advancedediting our product manager Aviv andCommunity content manager Ash will be joining us to give updates on thedevelopment and progress of thesefeatures as well as demonstrate some ofthem and we'll also get some insightsinto how they are planned in ourquarterly roadmap and Beyond so withoutfurther Ado I've even Dash the stage isyours great thank you very well so wehave a lot to cover and what we aregoing to do is to see our upcomingfeatures and to see what we done untiltoday and what we are going to do andbut let's start from we have a lot ofour better start from the basics let's do it yeah so what is the version ofwidgets it's a big sentence but this iswhat we are in Elemento thinking it'sgoing to be so we'll start we startedwith visual widgets like at the endingthe unlimited headline we continue toembed widget like the video oncommenting in Socialum we continue in functional widgetslike the form the checkout widget and soon continue to Dynamic widgets like theytook out we added a lot of dynamic content throughout the whole editor butnow we're focusing on the content areawidget this will allow the user tocreate whatever they want inside whichmeaning that we can Nest widgets insidewidget and we can see it in thecontainer we can see it in the nestedelements we can see it in the loop andmany more to comeumso let's focus what we are going to showtoday we are focusing on the tree maintopics the containers the nestedelements and the loop Builder and wewill cover every one of them and understand what we need to do in generalwhat we did in 2022 is to improve theinfrastructure for all of them to laythe foundations so we can make sure thatwe are ready to release those featuresso let's start with the containersflexible containers are a new layoutstructure in Elemento that allows you tocreate a Pixel Perfect responsive designand highly Advanced layouts quickly andwith less markup what does it meanreduce Dom outputs and improveperformance the containers allow you to Nest containers inside containers sowhat is the status of the container nowit's a better status feature we need tounderstand that the move to Containersfrom sections and columns is gradualit's not a simple move it's a hugechange one we believe in we keep in mindthat over a 12 million users are usingsectional columns and we need to do thechange carefully and ensure we are readyfor this big change change to actually to activate the containerdefault to all new sites and existingsites it's an effort from alldepartments product l d educationcommunity and of course support we willsee in the following slides the steps tomake it happenwe want to help our users start workingwith containers with confidence one wayto do it is to create a dedicatedcontainer based full website kitstemplates and blogs after activating theexperiment user will get a complete setof container templates to help them create their pages and website andeducate them about building containerlayoutsAsh will show us the amazing newcontainers based templates go Ashthanksso just to confirm with the containerexperiments activated if we visit thekits library now in the templatessection we'll see an updated selectionof kits for you to choose from now we'vegot some old favorites in here we've gotthe wireframe kits but we also see a whole selection of new kits and mostexcitingly we now have these newone-page shot kits as well and we'lljust quickly preview on here this one isfor uh for books although you couldcustomize it to be for anything that youlike but you'll see that it's just areally nice one-page design it utilizesthe stripe and PayPal buttons okayinstead of woocommerce so if you don'tneed an entire e-commerce platform youcan just use those stripe and PayPalbuttons and these kits have beenspecifically created just for that purpose so check it out it's a great newlibrary fully updated full containerbased back to you a bitthanks Ash so let's summarize it wechange the container feature status toBeta which means you can use it freelyon your website we are working onactivating on new sites created withelemental and to help us in the processwe introduce a CSS grid layout optionnow let's continue with nested elementsNissan elements Empower you to place any element inside another widgets thisunlocks full design flexibility andenhance where you're capable of doingwith each widgets in terms of what itlooks likes and what content it includesthe nested elements work with thecontainers and now when the containersis stable we can revamp and create newwidgets with nesting capabilities wework on the nesting infrastructure in2022 which allows us to introduce a newway to create a layout with combinationof containers let's view benefits of nested elementsfor example let's compare the old andnew tabs widgets previously we allowedyou to add content in the text area andthat's it now with the nestingcapabilities you can drag in any widgetand elevate your design and creativitynecess tabs or as we call it tabs willreplace the current tabs widgets don'tworry we are not deleting your all tabsbut when dragging a new tabs widget tothe canvas you will get a completely new set of tools let's see it in action Ashthis is your timethanks Davidso let's just jump over to uh one of thepages that I've set up for you for thisdemonstrationjust let this loadand if I just hide a panel and scrolldownokay we now see this uh this tab barrierhere now historically with tabs okay we had we didn't have as much control as wehave now with this uh with these newnested tabs okay if we wanted to havecomplete creativity Freedom we wouldprobably have to design a template firstand then copy and paste that short codeover into the old tabs widget but withthe new tabs widget you'll see that eachtab okay can be completely differentthese are all a fairly similar layoutbut I'll demonstrate how we can chop andchange this as much as we like shortlyso here is the tabbed area that we'regoing to build today okay so I'm just going to remove this for now and thenwe'll drop in a new tabs widgetunderneath this header okay and we nowhave lots and lots more customizationaloptions and that's configuration andstyling and the first thing you'llnotice okay in the tabs area here is thedirection at the bottom here so we canwe're not just tied to those tabs beingon top we can position them on thebottom we can go either side if we wouldlike to we can also say if we would likethem to be at the start in the center at the end or Justified so lots and lots ofcontrol with that there and we also haveadditional responsive settings as welland if I drop this down to mobile viewyou'll see that that tabbed areaconverts into an accordion so mucheasier for somebody on a mobile deviceto navigate that and we can change thatif we so wish so I could change that totablet for example and if I drop to thetablet you'll see that that displays asan accordion as well so let's uh let'sbuild out our tabs area okay so we'll build out the first one first tab onefirst even so we're going to call thisone organic each tab item can haveum an icon which is a great addition sowe can drop an icon in like so we'lldelete these two for now because we'llduplicate and reuse some of the settingsthat that we do on this first tab wehave lots of controls here so we canspace the tabs apart we can say how far we would like the tabs to be away fromthe content and then we also have lotsof styling controlsthe typography colors that type of thingI'm just going to jump back actually andlet's drop in some items into this tabso that we can really see what we'redoing as we as we amend those Styles sowe can drop in anything that we likeinto this tab area so here is a headingand then we can also drop in some textunderneath like so we could drop in a list and some of these I have saved asdefault just to kind of speed upthis process for you guys and we've gota tab there and then I also want todisplay an image on the right hand sideso let's drop in a containerand then I think if we arrange this tobe a rowum like so and then I just want to dropthese into this container that I just addedjust to neaten this up a little bitand then we'll add an imagewhich needs to sit outside of thecontainer I'm just going to make gooduse of the Navigator here like so theimage will update to say this one okayand then we can also now we've got acontainer here we can align these itemsokay so just sit in the middle therelike this and then if we jump back overum into the style tab of the tabs widget we can just yeah we can configureabsolutely everything that we would liketo uh to do so the normal State let'sduplicate a couple of these so that wecan see exactly what's changing herewe've got normal hover and active Statesokay so we can change all of these tothe normal state will set as the samecolor as the background make sure Ichoose the right color the hover Statewe're going to set to this gray and then active to this gray as well we can setorder radius if we would like to sowe're going to apply just a uh one pixeloh sorry one pixel called a widthand then the Border radius we're goingto really round those Corners like soand then we can also amend the paddinglike this as well if we so wish so lotsand lots of control okay when it comesto configuring um all of the items hereat the topum what's next so let's minimize the tabs we can now change the the text inthe titles so each of these can beconfigured so we can set font size theway okay all of the normal stuff that wewould expect to seeum in the typography settings here andthen we also have all of those States aswell so normal colors hover colorsActive colors etc etcum next up we have the icons so we canposition the icon um wherever we like really okay we canposition it on the right hand side I'mactually going to leave this on the lefthand side we can set the icon size likeso we'll just make this one a little bitbigger as well as the space sing as wellokay so lots of control here and againwe have those normal hover and activestates there and this one's reallyimportant okay so this can this um thisallows us to define the styles for thecontainerum and this is carried across each tab um so here we're going to add a borderwe're going to give it a color we'regoing to round off those Corners like soI guess a bit too much let's go to a 30and then we can also add padding here aswell so as we switch tabs you'll seethese are all the same content at themoment but as we switch tabs you'll seethat those Styles have been carriedacross now the great thing now is we'renot completely tied to what we've justdone there in this second tab for example the first thing we're going towant to do is change the text of the tabto recycling we can update the icon thatis associated with that tabum but most importantlyit can change the content that is withinthe tab okay so we can changeanything that we liketype this in I won't update this textjust because it would take too long but we can change the image that's in thatTab and this time round okay we couldsay that we would like the image to bedisplayed before the content like thisokay and then if I minimize this screenyou'll see that when we switch fromorganic to recycling okay we've gotcompletely different layouts which isjust going to give us complete controlwith uh with our design freedomokay and that kind of sums up the the tabs Widget the new nested tabs widgetuh back to you Avivthanks Ash great demo so let's continuefor our nextum nested elements so similar to thenested tabs we introduce the new cursorwidget with nesting capabilities we'llprovide differentiality of a cow celland you can create any layout inside noneed to use a pretty fan cousin layoutwith no option to change the structureso let's continue are we ready for this Mega menu it's cool uh we can talk aboutnesting elements without talking aboutthe mega menu the mega menu allows youto create a menu with nestingcapabilities as before create a menu anddecide where to enable a Content areainside the content area you can placeany widget that fits your menu designare you ready for a sneak peek Ash thisis your timethanks Aviv okay let me just open up the header template so we can give you asneak peek at the new Mega menuokay so disclaimer before we start thisum this is still in production okay soum I don't have all of the optionsavailable right now but I can definitelygive you a preview I'm just going toremove the existing uh navigation barand as you can see on the left here I'vegot this new Mega menu widget which I'mgoing to drop into my headerthe first thing I'm going to do is just adjust the width so that it feelsum the available space and as you canseeum very much like with the nested tabswe now have this container and all ofthese items now if I expand one of theitems you can see the options that wehave here in the content screen we canchange the name of the item and sorry myscreen we can change the name of theitem we can apply a link to the item wecan also tell that to just be a link so if for example we do just want thisfirst tab to be a home link we canremove the mega menu feature we can setthis to home like so and then you'll seethat we don't have a drop down arrowanymore but if we switch to item numbertwoum this is this has Mega menu enablednow it's important to note that this isin the Elementor editor so we do see thedrop down on the front end of thewebsite would need to interact with themenu for this to appear and this is just here for us to be able to build the uhthe actual layout we have lots ofcontrols okay we can obviously add andremove more items to the menu if wewould like to we have width controls wehave layout controls item positioncontrol so we can position them in thecenter at the end or we can stretch themout let's put them at the end we canupload or change the icon that'sassociated with each item the drop downeffect okay this defines how the the mega menu appears for the user so onhover or on click we also have menutoggle options as well I think I over Ithink I skipped that if I just go backto the to the layout tab in the itemlayout we do have horizontal or dropdown and you can see if I select dropdown it changes like so so back to themenu toggle so we can Define normalhover and active States for all of thosemenu toggles and then we have responsive controls as well so if you had morebreak points enabled they would allappear in this list and you can tellElementor where you would like that menuto break now I am a little bit limitedon style options but we'll come back tothat shortly let's just add some itemsto our container and as you can see it'sas easy as just dragging and droppinglike so now I'm going to create a threecolumn layout so I'm just going toduplicate this container three times make some adjustments to the padding andthen set this to display as a row andnow I've got three sections that I candrop content into just like with anyother section on the website I can draglike so so let's set this to 50 percentthere we are and in this First ColumnI'm going to add an imagelet's select an image I think this oneI'm going to add some text underneaththis image and then in columns two and three I'd like to add an iconlike so in fact let's just copy andpaste we'll update this second iconto this shirtgonna add a headerand again we'll copy and paste justbecause we want the layout of these twoto be exactly the same even though thecontent will be different and then we'regoing to add a list which is going to act as navigation to several of ourproductslike so now with the container sorrywith the mega menu selected if I go tothe style tab as you can see the menuitems is currently blank the menu toggleis currently blank and so is the dropdown menu this will obviously all beupdated in due course we do however havethe content available so what we can dohere is Define a background color like so we can say if we would like it tohave a border for example I'm going toleave that off in this instance and wecan apply padding like this and if Ijust minimize the panel there you cansee that if we're obviously on the Hometab it disappears then if I click ontoitem two the design that we just createdcomes up and then on item three I couldcreate a completely different design sothis one could just haveum text displayed for example so we could add a header we could add an imageokay anything that we like so each tabis completely different and allows us tofully customize that Mega menu howeverwe like okay thanks back to you Vivamazing Ashum okay so I think it's time tosummarize the nested elements we work onthe infrastructure of the Nissanelements and guaranteed it would workwith container as accepted we releasedthe nested tabs and walking on the highly anticipated Mega menu next wewill complete the circle on nestedElements by creating the nested Carouselnested accordion and content Switcherokay so let's switch to the loop Builderwe are getting to our exciting featurewhat is the loop Builder the loopBuilder allows you to have full controlover the layout and style of yourarchive page you can design the mainitem template and we will create themagic and archive based on your design we are providing you with completedesign freedom and flexibility to createyour look if you can check our postwidget we decided how an archive shouldlook title on top description and buttonwith the log grid you can control thelayout and style of your items they lookgreen widget allows you to create a gridarchive to populate with your post youare designing the main item templatestyling the way you want and usingDynamic content create custom post types and change the source data to presentthem we also support creating loops withwoocommerce create a product archivewith all Commerce widgets and dynamiccontent it's a good time to demonstratethat the loop grid widget Ash back toyouthanks Davidokay so let's jump over tothe demonstration pageLukeslip this load and this is the layout that we're going to create today okay sothis uses the new Loop Builder whichgives us complete design flexibility andcontrol which is great to see and I'veeven made use as you can see of thenested tabs widget here as well eventhough we don't have any content inthose second items there so let's uhlet's delete this and let's build itfrom scratch so in this first emptycolumn I'm going to search for Loop andI'm going to drop in the loop gridwidget like so now when we do this okay it basically prompts us to create atemplate before we do that though I justwant to quickly show you this so thefirst thing that we're going to want todo is choose the source isum by default it's selected as postswhich is directly linked to our blog butobviously if we were building forwoocommerce we would choose products sowe can choose a template here if we'vealready created one but actually we'rejust going to create one from scratch solet's do that now we're going to clickcreate we're going to save our changesand then it's going to reload the page okay so we can still see our layout butwe're actually in the loop Builder rightnow now this worksum in the same way as any other sectionin Elementor okay we can drag incontainers as many widgets as we likeokay whatever we want to add to thissection we can do so the first thing Ilike to do is drop in all of the widgetsor most of the widgets at least that Iknow I'm going to use so the first oneis going to be the featured image sothis will dynamically pull in the imagefrom the blog post and always remember that if you want to change this image ifwe go to settings and preview settingsokay we can change which product showsup here soum we could choose trying to think ofanother product I have on here whitebread like so apply and preview and thenit will update okay and it will show usa slightly different productum so with the featured image addedwe're also going to add the post titleand we're going to add the host excerpthere we go we need a read more button so we'regoing to drop inum a heading for that just down hereum we are also going to add the categorybut we'll do that last of all now withthe majority of our items in here I'mjust going to style the container firstof all so we're going to apply just alittle bit more paddingum like so so 20 pixels we're going togive the container a background color of gray I think this might be the wrongGraythere we go that's the right one theimage we are going to set to 100 so weknow that it always fills the widthum of the of the uh of the widget thereum and then we're going to style some ofthe typography so this should I do be aH3 I thinkum and then we can change the typographyhowever we like so I'm actually going to deviate away from the global fonts thatI haveumconfigured at the moment so we're goingto set this here we're going to tell itto be uppercase some letter spacing I'mgoing to reduce the thickness the wayeven ever so slightly to hereum and then the text underneath will dothe same so we'll Styleand log text and the font we want here is called justlike so I'm going to make that justthis size here a little bit thinnerand there we are we can justify that aswell and then the read more buttonwe will changejust like we did in fact let's copy theStyles here and paste themthe speed and we do just want to adjustthe size here ever so slightly and thefont weightand the spacing okay great so we'remaking pretty good progress uh the nextthing I like to do is apply links so ifwe select the image first of allum in fact the featured image isautomatically linked oh sorryum my apologies it's not at all so wecan set a custom link hereum which will set via the dynamic tagsand we'll choose post URL here and we'll do exactly the same for the title sowe'll set Dynamic tag and then post URLso it will take the user straight tothat post and then we'll finally doexactly the same for the read morebutton at the bottom here which I needto updateokay and then we're going to add anarrow at the bottom here as wellso I do have this uploaded already thisArrow SVGum and now obviously we if you rememberthe uh the design before this Arrow sat next to the read more so if we selectthe container and in layout if we changethis to row and then wrap and because weset the image to be a hundred percentum in fact we'll just double check andset that to full width we'll do the samefor the heading because we always wantthese aspects to fill the widthum and now we have the read more whichwe can try to align like so and there we are so that's the majority of our postsconfigured our image had a curve so inthe style tab we're going to unlinkboard a radius and we're going to givethis quite a big curve like so I thinkwe want a little bit more in fact okaythat's great and then the last thingwe're going to do is add the categoryum which is going to sit on top of thisimage so I'm going to do this with aheading tab so let's duplicate thisand we'll change the HTML tag we'll just change this to a p for now and thenwe'll change the fontto justfont size will make a little bit biggerand we are going to assign a backgroundcolorsome paddingforeignborder radius we just need to update the color of thetext so we can actually see it like sowe'll align this to the middle now toget this to situm on top of this image I'm going tochange the position to Absoluteand in fact this shouldn't be justifiedso let me just removeoh here we go some full width that's whyso we now just need to move this down sowith it Set uh to Absolute we can just applysome sizing here I think we need alittle bit more so maybe 35on each and obviously it's justdisplaying text at the momentum and we need this to displayum the category I just realized Iduplicated the actualum post so I can just copy those Stylesand adding a heading insteadand if I paste those Styles okay you'llsee we get the same thing now what we need to do because we don't want to justdisplay text here is select the dynamictags and then under post terms we cannow choose the categories so this willdynamically pull through the category ofthis product and this white breadhappens to be in The Beginner's productI think we need just a little bit morepaddingumon the left and right hand side so we'lljust add five pixels more padding likeso and now if we update and then press the save and back buttonyou'll see that ourblog grid is now updated with the designokay and each of these is a link thatwould take the user to the blog postall right back to you Avivamazing Dash so let's continue to ournext feature of the loop doesn'ttemplatesum in the loop will allow you to changethe design of the specific item insidethe loop or insert it in between the main source of data also we'll give youthe option to change the layout of theother template to spread over severalcolumns and really to create a complexlayout from one Loop green widget usingdifferent templates so this is the alarmtablet let's continue to the filter bowwe will integrate the filter bar insidethe loop grid widget as we have today inthe portfolio widget with more optionand flexibility now let's switch to the loop Council Widget the loop Councilwidget is the next step after creating agrid widget we are providing thefunctionality of a Carousel and loop allyou need to do is to create the mainitem template and we will create therest create a loop Carousel with postproducts and custom post types Ash it'syour timethanks again Avivokay so let's jump over to our home pagethis time just let the elemental editorload okay and if I hide the panel and scrolldown you can see that we have thisproduct gridum at the bottom here which allows usersto either go to the product page or adddirectly to their cart and as you cansee it is a carousel so we can scrollback and forward like so so how do we dothat let's take a look so as alwayslet's delete this and I will try my bestto recreate it as closely as possible soif we search for Loop we now see a new Loop Carousel option if I drag this intoour empty container okay just like wesaw with the blog shortly ago and we arenow prompted to either create or orselect a template as I mentioned in thatprevious demonstration and the firstthing that we must always do is choosethe source okay soum by default it does display as postsbut we want to create we want to createa product grid so we'll choose productsokay and now we can create our template data so we're just going to savelike solet this load okay and then we see avery similar layoutum that we select just like we saw withblog so we're going to add the featuredimage in first of all for the productand again if you'd like to change theproduct you can do so in settings andthen preview settings we'll actuallyleave this oneum for now so with the product imageadded and we'll set the links as we gothis time so under link we can set custom URL and then we can say where wewould like that to go so we'd like it togo to the product page so the post URLthe next thing we're going to do is addthe product title so we're going to dropin the product title widget and it'sgoing to dynamically pull through thename of that uh of that title of thatproduct title and then we need theproduct price so we'll drop that inunderneath there and then the last thingwe need is an add to cart button so we'll drop that in underneath the pricelike so so let's just style thesequickly so we've got the title we'd liketo bring that font size down slightlyand just give it a little bit of lesserspacing and then with the price I thinkwe can leave that as it is the add tocart we actually want to remove thequantity we just want the uh the add tocart option so we're going to hide thatand then we're going to style thebuttons we'd like it to be in the centerand we're going to set the fonts like so I'm gonna give it some size andjust a little bit of weightand then the colordown the bottom here and this buttonwe'd like to addum a border radius too so we're going toselect solid as the Border type just onepixel for the width and the Borderradius will be 30um and then if we justify that button it will fill all of the available space nowby default the background color we wantthe background of the website you showedthrough so we'll set it as transparentbut then we can change the hover colorto something elseum maybe this old color like thisis the other old color just there withme there we go that's perfect okay nowthe last thing we need to do is positionthe price okay so it's in line with theuh with the product title here so if weselect the container we'll choose horizontal row and then we'll set thisto wrap we'll make sure the image is setto a hundred percent in the width fieldand then we'll also set it to full widthso that it always displays as full widththe button will do the same so we'll setthat to full width so it sits underneaththe product title and the price and nowwith the container selected again we'llset all of the items to space betweenwhich will stretch them out and then toCenter so that they sit in line with one another like so and there we go sothat's the actual design created if weupdate this and then save and go backour product grid will now update withour products now let's take a look atwhat options we have with this Carouselso here we are back in the content tabwe've created and assigned our Looptemplate we can tell Elemental how manyslides we would like to show so if wewant to only want to show four we can say four slides to display we're goingto set as two we can tell it how manyhow many products we would like it toscroll okay and then we also have all ofthese query options as well now bydefault it will show the latest productsand that's actually what we want to doon the home page here but as you can seewe have a whole host of options here sowe can even manually select products andwe can search for in this area here andwe can also exclude them as well so alot of options there to really fine tune these uh these Loop carouselsif we keep scrolling down we havesettings for the the animation that'sdisplayed so we can say whether it autoplays Scrolls we can say what speed we'dlike it to be should it pause on thehover should it pause on interactionshould it do an infinity scrollum should it go from like right to leftand then we have navigation options aswell so if we select the navigation okayI've got the arrows showing I can turn them off if I would like to so they'vedisappeared now I'm going to leave themon and we can even change the icons thatare associated with the uh with thenavigation arrows now these are similarbut they're a little bit thinner and dofit in with our website a little bitmore and we have pagination at thebottom here as well so you can have dotsfractions or progress and we're actuallygoing to switch those off for thisparticular design and in each of thoseaspects okay we have lots of stylingcontrols as well so we can control the gap between the items there and then wehaveum styling options for the navigation aswell now I'd like these to sit on theoutside like so and I don't want anycolor showing through so we're going toset them as transparent and if I want toI can obviously change the size of thosenavigation items as wellas really is as easy as thatback to you of itthank you Ash great demo so let'scontinue with the next feature of loop we want to help user create the firstLoop item as in many places in a mentorwhen creating a template we offer apredefined layout to start from we willdo the same in loop with templatesLibrary it will show them the creationtime and educate you about how to createa loop templateI think that we are ready to summarizethe loop Builder feature so we releasethe loop green we are working on theloop cow cell and we start working onthe alternate template filter bar and template Library exciting featuresokay so we'll continue with theelemental editor new technology newexperience better performance new designcapability in a new UI as part of ourefforts to improve our products we arealso working on a new UI andinfrastructure for the editor theinfrastructure include moving data toreact it will allow us to more to bemore flexibility and quality product italso aligns with WordPress movement toreact data will get a complete overall but as I mentioned before it will be insteps
