Okay? And again, I'm not uh I'm not a one of those folks that's mad at the Pope and and mad at Catholics. We got a lot of Catholics that watch this channel, but he just put this out several days ago uh while he's going through Algeria, which is in Africa, and he put this statement out. Communion between Christians and Muslims take shape under the mantle of our lady of Africa. Okay. Um, here in Algeria, the material love of Lal Miriam, I think that's Mary, gathers everyone as children within our rich diversity in our shared uh, aspirations for dignity, love, justice, and peace in a world where division and war so pain and death. Living in unity and peace is a compelling sign. Now, here's just as a as a as as just like a follower of Jesus, the part that I find really frustrating about this is the fact that he can say something like communion. And I'm not sure in which sense he's using the word communion. I think it's wild that the pope can say this while the Catholic position of communion is that Protestants don't have a valid communion. We don't have a valid Eucharist according to them being the one true church. uh they will acknowledge that Eastern Orthodox and oriental Orthodox have valid communions, but they won't even acknowledge that Protestants have valid communions. So here he's talking about communion. Again, maybe he uses the word different. My Catholic viewers, you could educate me on this. Here he's using the word communion between Christians and Muslims take shape under the mantle of our lady of Africa. And I think he's saying, you know, under Mary, which that's a whole another conversation on the Mary and dogmas and all that sort of stuff. And uh this is just wild. And then redeem Zoomer rightfully so chimes in. Are you serious? Catholics are being martyed every day due to Islam. Spain did not spend 500 years reclaiming Christendom from the Islamic empires just for you to say stuff like this. Shout out to uh Redeem Zoomer. I I think he's absolutely right. If you guys didn't know, the initial crusades were in response to everything uh that happened with Islam and the spreading of Islam with the sword. Philip Anthony Mitchell unpacked that rightfully so. Um, and so now the Pope is saying stuff like this while he's in Algeria walking through mosques. So this is a video of him walking through the largest mosque uh space proper to God apparently and then he is signing a a book that is um inside of a mosque. Okay. And I think this book has significance as well. Um, Pope Leo is receiving massive criticism after appearing to promote an alliance between Muslim and Catholics during his trip to Algeria. Not only going shoeless and signaling the golden book in citing the golden book inside Algeria's Grand Mosque, but also declaring it space proper to God. Space proper to God. Okay. And so this is him talking about his visit to a mosque. I think the visit to the mosque was significant to say that that although we have different beliefs, we have different ways of worshiping, we have different ways of living, we can live together in peace. >> Can live together in peace, man. You tell that to the Christians in Nigeria that are uh losing people right now, right? And so this is a another cardinal. Uh I think this dude may have been in the running for pope and a lot of people are saying this was the the better guy uh for the job. Christians and Muslims can live together and be friends. So this is the other cardinal and this is his explanation. This is a Catholic guy as well, right? So it's not it's not all Catholics, but this pope and some past popes have definitely had some very uh loose and wishy-washy views on Islam. Okay, so this is in French. She asked, "And what view should the church have on Islam? At least Muslims remind us of these things. We've asked to go to mass a week on Sundays. Do we do it? And >> yes, I think it's a spur taken as God is important in your life. God counts in your life because for us it's important. Prayer is important. Putting God at the center of my life is important. And that's where they remind us. But of course, if we see them as a danger, for sure they are a danger because if faith doesn't matter to us, if God doesn't matter to us, then of course they'll take over. Okay? This isn't a Catholic thing, okay? Because this is a Catholic cardinal. It seems to be a pope thing. It's is it's interesting he what he is saying sounds eerly similar to what Philip Anthony Mitchell said in that earlier clip that we discussed. Okay. So somebody uh put together this which is Pope Leo we should perhaps be a little less fearful of Islam. Okay. And then you have a uh African this a Nigerian describing losing someone. STAND FOR US. >> WE ARE you save our lives. >> Yesterday one of my colleagues Reverend was slaughtered with his wife and his children. We have nobody. Everybody we are now ready to do the last prayer. We have NOBODY TO STAND. WOMEN ARE DYING every day. Men are dying. WHAT DO YOU WANT US TO DO? PLEASE, PLEASE, I'm begging you. >> Please stand for the helpless. >> Stand for the helpless. Then you got the pope saying we should perhaps be a little less fearful of Islam. What a mess. So this is him signing uh this is him signing that book. Uh Pope Leo just signed the golden book into Algeria's great mosque, openly forging the Vatican Islam super alliance. Okay. Okay. And this is him walking through that mosque barefoot acknowledging that um this is a sacred place. And this all goes back to Vatican 2 uh which the the Catholics believe that they worship the same the same God basically in a in a they nuance it. But this is still pretty wild to me. Um especially in light of everything that's happening with with Islam in Africa right now as he's going to Africa. And then you have goofs like Tucker Carlson posting stuff like this. The people in charge don't want you to know this, but Muslims love Jesus. Islam reveres him as a major prophet and messenger of the Lord. Believes he performed miracles and states that he will return to earth to defeat the Antichrist. That's why Donald Trump's painting depicting himself as the son of God offended the president of Iran. It was an attack on his religion as well as Christianity. This dude is so cooked. This dude is so cooked. So now you got a bizarre alliance between the far left and the I would call the woke right which is the Tucker Carlson the Candace Owens. Read below. Yeah, this dude is cooked. This dude is cooked. And so this is this is so impactful uh in terms of how many people are completely fried to this sort of brain rot. This takes us to Revelation 13 11. It says, "Then I saw a second beast coming out of the earth. It had two horns like a lamb, but it spoke like a dragon. It exercised all authority of the first beast on its behalf and made the earth and its inhabitants worshiped the first beast." So this is making the entire earth worship the first beast whose fatal wound had been healed and it performed great signs even causing fire to come down from heaven to the earth in full view of the people. Because of the signs it was given power to perform on behalf of the first beast. It deceived inhabitants of the earth. It ordered them to set up an image in honor of the beast who was wounded by the sword and yet lived. The second beast was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast. so that the image could speak and cause all who refuse to worship the image to be killed. It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast uh or the number of its name. This calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man, that number is 666. So the idea of the beast creating a one world religion forcing everybody to worship forcing everybody to get the mark unless uh they get the mark they will then be killed. It's a lot of, you know, end end of days tie-in and it has a lot of people rightfully so confused with regards to this bizarre holy union be between or holy in quotation marks between Islam and Catholicism uh going all the way to their own second Vatican council. I just want to come back here for one second. Uh this calls for wisdom. So if we hit wisdom, we go to the study guide. Okay, we can go in here and see that wisdom is a Sophia and it's a skill. It's not it's not more knowledge and more information. Wisdom is a skill uh cleverness skill according to Sophia >> Sopia, right? And so the call for us as followers of Jesus is not to bury our heads and pretend there's not a problem happening. The call according to scripture is this calls for wisdom. Let the person who has insight calculate the number of the beast, right? Uh discern the signs of the times. So, if we go to the original Greek, you see that this is this wisdom is a Sophia. It's a skill. It's not just more information. It's a skill. It's a knowledge, right? And then we have the etmology of the word here. And then we could see all the time wisdom, knowledge, finite, finite wisdom is a trait. We can see all the times that wisdom is used in Matthew uh 11:19. The son of man came eating and drinking and they say here is a glutton and the drunkard front tax collectors, but wisdom is perceived right by her deeds. Okay? And you see all the times this word is used in the original language. Another one of the cool features in here is the insights tool. So, if I hit the insights tool and I have a verse selected, it'll actually pull up different commentaries for me to see on what this is talking about. Right? So, if I go here and I can scroll down to the verse 18 right along the parallel, it's showing me uh what what this is, right? And I could change the different study assistants that I have and uh and look at the different comments are. So like the Nelson study Bible and it's giving us a understanding and a commentary on what's actually happening in this passage of scripture. It's another cool tool I use almost every day. Do my I have a free um devotional plan on there as well taking you through the Bible in two years Monday through Friday. So one of the best reading plans I've ever done is one I've designed. Uh because often if you're doing the Bible in a year, you just kind of get overloaded with with reading. And and here's the the beautiful part is like as we read and then exercise what we've learned, we we work out what God has worked in. Um there in lies the way we should be living our lives. Not just getting more information, not another sermon, not another word, but to actually apply what we're living by going to the scriptures daily because the scriptures are going to remind you who you are, who's you are, what you're called to do, how to live in this life, and the wisdom that you're supposed to be exhibiting.
