WordPress is just extending its death ![rw-book-cover](https://pbs.twimg.com/profile_images/2030433142771785729/0oaVQAXs.jpg) WordPress is just extending its death. Because: 1- Even though it's the best thing ever with Block Editor, it's still a dinosaur. 2- You can't even design navigation dropdown/mobile layouts. 3- The theme.json is too strict. You either have to define 40 spacings/sizes or 5 to make things work. 4- It's slow. And will always be naturally slow because there's a MySQL -> PHP rendering layer until you actually get a client rendering ready. 5- You can make it fast, but all it takes is a one typo in php.ini, mysql, a php file, js file or simply a plugin update for WP to fail. 6- WordPress people has to acknowledge this: Today's ecosystem doesn't have time for debugging what's wrong. Everything just need to work. 7- People design websites w AI, mobile ready without them knowing because AI takes care of that too. And you can't even design a 2 column layout that aligns well in mobile with WP. 8- WP page builders are even worse. Adding additional bloat to fix WP, making the whole thing even more impossible to maintain. 9- AI can now build your own WYSIWYG CMS in days if you know what you're doing. In a year or so, we'll see WP Block Editor clones working 15x faster and better than WP, all cases(mobile/AI/interactivity) ready. 10- If you disagree, lets meet again a year from now, here., WordPress is just extending its death, Onur Oztaskiran, 01kmddemat6z3m7w25e1q6vfc5.
