## ๐ Main Content
Mike Winger has released what may be his most controversial video yet, titled "The Skeletons in Bethel's Closet Are Now Going to Speak." The video presents serious allegations against Shawn Boltz, a prominent figure in the charismatic prophetic movement closely associated with Bethel Church. The allegations include both fraud (data mining for "prophetic words") and sexual misconduct involving multiple victims over more than a decade.
The most damaging aspect is evidence that Bethel leadership, including Bill Johnson and Chris Valotton, knew about these allegations for years but failed to take adequate action. Instead of warning their congregation, they continued to platform and endorse Boltz, with Bill Johnson even writing a foreword to his book in 2023.
Cultish explains this connects to broader issues in charismatic culture, including "revival culture," excessive hierarchy, and prioritizing movement success over individual protection. The video faces privacy complaints, suggesting attempts to suppress the information.

## ๐ฃ๏ธ Paraphrase
- Mike Winger released explosive documentation showing Bethel Church leadership knew about serious allegations against Shawn Boltz for years but failed to protect their congregation
- The evidence suggests both fraudulent "prophetic" practices using social media data mining and sexual misconduct allegations from multiple victims over more than a decade
- Bethel's response appears to be damage control using vague language rather than transparent accountability, while privacy complaints attempt to suppress the evidence
## ๐ฐ Newsletter
**Major Accountability Crisis Rocks Charismatic Movement**
The charismatic church world is reeling from explosive allegations detailed by Mike Winger regarding Bethel Church's handling of serious complaints against prominent "prophet" Shawn Boltz. Multiple victims have come forward with allegations spanning fraud and sexual misconduct, with evidence suggesting Bethel leadership knew for years but failed to act.
This crisis highlights critical questions about accountability structures in modern church leadership. When megachurch platforms become more important than individual protection, entire movements suffer credibility damage.
**Key Learning**: Transparent accountability systems and swift action on credible allegations are essential for maintaining church integrity and protecting vulnerable members.

### โ
Logical Validity
#### Strong reasoning
- Deductive strength: If multiple witnesses report similar patterns, credibility increases
- Inductive strength: Pattern of institutional cover-up suggests systematic failure
- Causal reasoning: Social media timeline correlates with prophetic accuracy claims
- Analogical strength: Comparison to other institutional abuse scandals
#### Fallacies
- Appeal to authority: Questioning whether "respected international leaders" standard is appropriate
- Ad hominem potential: Focus remains on actions rather than character attacks
#### Tone of voice
- Overall tone: Concerned but measured, advocating for victims while maintaining Christian charity
### ๐ก๏ธ DARVO Analysis
- Deny: Bethel's statement minimizes timeline and severity of allegations
- Attack: Privacy complaints attempt to suppress evidence rather than address content
- Reverse victim/offender: Portraying critics as divisive rather than protective
- Emotional cues: Appeal to church unity over individual protection
## ๐ฏ Conclusion
This crisis represents a watershed moment for accountability in charismatic Christianity. The evidence suggests a pattern of institutional protection over individual safety that demands immediate reform. Churches must prioritize transparent reporting systems and victim advocacy over reputation management. The charismatic movement's credibility depends on leaders' willingness to address these systemic failures honestly and comprehensively.

[00:00] Mike Winger goes nuclear on Bethl Church<br>[00:04] and it's breaking at the time of this<br>[00:06] recording. Uh the video may even be<br>[00:09] taken down. I'm going to attempt to<br>[00:11] explain that to you guys in a second.<br>[00:12] But if you guys have not seen this<br>[00:15] video, uh it is wild and it is something<br>[00:18] uh that he's been speaking out about for<br>[00:20] a while. I've been speaking out about<br>[00:21] for a while. And you guys know, like I<br>[00:23] don't like to talk negatively about<br>[00:25] local churches because I think the local<br>[00:26] church is the bride of Christ and it is<br>[00:28] how God is using his people in the<br>[00:30] world, but when bad local churches or or<br>[00:34] let's just say churches that behave in<br>[00:36] ways that are not the most adequate uh<br>[00:39] for protecting people uh misbehave, I<br>[00:42] think it is crucial that we we we call<br>[00:45] out our own if there's no systems in<br>[00:46] place. And so this video is called The<br>[00:48] Skeletons in Bethl's Closet Are Now<br>[00:51] Going to Speak. Great, great title for<br>[00:53] Mike Winger. And and for the record, I<br>[00:55] have personally reached out to one of<br>[00:58] the lead pastors at Bethl to let them<br>[01:00] know that I was going to be making a<br>[01:02] video about this. I offered to speak to<br>[01:03] them privately. I encouraged them to<br>[01:05] speak to Michael Winger privately uh<br>[01:07] because I have people that are near and<br>[01:09] dear to me uh that have attended Bethl,<br>[01:11] have gone to the school of ministry, and<br>[01:13] are currently at Bethl. And so this is<br>[01:14] something that I I don't want to speak<br>[01:16] about flippantly, but uh this video came<br>[01:19] out and it is devastating. And again,<br>[01:22] this just he just put this up. He says,<br>[01:25] "This video may end up taken down. I<br>[01:27] just received a claim that I have<br>[01:28] violated privacy for the section from<br>[01:32] 319 to 333, which we're going to get<br>[01:34] there in a second to see what exactly<br>[01:35] that section is. But let me do my best<br>[01:38] to try and and and and recap what's<br>[01:40] going on. We'll play some of it. The<br>[01:42] long story short, Bethl is one of the<br>[01:44] biggest uh megaurches out there and one<br>[01:48] of the biggest in the mega uh church<br>[01:50] charismatic world. Now, I'm a<br>[01:52] charismatic and I don't particularly<br>[01:54] have a problem with megaurches. A mega<br>[01:56] church is just 2,000 or more. What I do<br>[01:58] have a problem with is when bad theology<br>[02:02] or or theology that is in congruent with<br>[02:03] scripture often times goes overlooked<br>[02:05] towards uh bringing harm to people. And<br>[02:08] this explores the story of Shawn BS. And<br>[02:12] Shawn BS is someone that's extremely<br>[02:14] popular in this circuit or was extremely<br>[02:17] popular in the circuit. Uh this is<br>[02:18] someone who uh had a massive platform.<br>[02:22] This was someone that was uh constantly<br>[02:24] endorsed by Bethl, brought up on stage<br>[02:25] by Bethl, celebrated by Bethl. And the<br>[02:28] first set of allegations which we had<br>[02:30] heard about uh was uh allegations of<br>[02:33] data mining. Because what Sean would do<br>[02:34] is he'd go on stage and he would recite<br>[02:38] different uh details about someone and<br>[02:41] then those details would be used to give<br>[02:42] them a quoteunquote prophetic word,<br>[02:45] right? Um, what came out in this video<br>[02:48] is numerous victims coming forth to Mike<br>[02:52] Winger, which by the way, props to uh,<br>[02:55] Bible Thinker Ministries because they<br>[02:57] actually went above and beyond and paid<br>[02:58] for these folks staff counseling and<br>[03:00] therapy and get treatment because many<br>[03:02] of them are still dealing with some<br>[03:03] really gnarly symptoms of PTSD. Numerous<br>[03:06] uh, victims alleging that uh, Sean<br>[03:09] Bolts, you know, essay them, exposed<br>[03:12] himself in them. the the these are<br>[03:14] allegations, but there are enough<br>[03:15] witnesses here that I would say it would<br>[03:17] appear that they are credible<br>[03:18] allegations. Okay. So, let me uh just<br>[03:21] kind of show you guys what was happening<br>[03:23] in in uh the video and then we we'll go<br>[03:25] from there.<br>[03:26] >> So, I interviewed three eyewitnesses<br>[03:28] from Sean's uh ministry, his former<br>[03:30] employees. Three three eyewitnesses. I'm<br>[03:32] going to tell their stories and specific<br>[03:34] detail and this is going to be gross and<br>[03:35] it's going to be inappropriate for kids.<br>[03:37] All three of them reported very<br>[03:39] significant things. instances of Sean's<br>[03:41] uh nudity in unwanted forced nudity in<br>[03:44] in various scenarios and his<br>[03:46] self-pleasuring I'll call it um in front<br>[03:48] of people who were not welcoming it. I<br>[03:52] want to say that if we're looking at the<br>[03:54] legal definitions of this this could be<br>[03:58] depending on the state and the statute<br>[03:59] of limitations in certain situations<br>[04:01] considered essay right or at the very<br>[04:04] least essay adjacent. Now, um, tomorrow<br>[04:08] I'm going to react to Bethl's response<br>[04:12] to Mike Winger, which is crazy. Uh, but<br>[04:15] I wanted to first highlight some of<br>[04:17] this. Okay, so let me let me jump back<br>[04:19] here and show you guys like the stuff<br>[04:20] that he was kind of known for was this<br>[04:23] this this uh vague prophecy stuff that<br>[04:26] Bethl<br>[04:28] uh championed and they thought they<br>[04:29] thought it was legit.<br>[04:30] >> Is there I saw a friend of mine, her<br>[04:31] name's Kelly, and I saw her standing on<br>[04:33] a road. Does that mean something like<br>[04:34] it's maybe a last name? Kelly, is that<br>[04:36] you? Kelly Rhodess. God knew you'd be<br>[04:38] here. I didn't, but God did. That's<br>[04:40] awesome. Hi, Kelly Rhodess. I feel like<br>[04:42] Kelly, you're like one of those people,<br>[04:43] those hidden figures. There's something<br>[04:44] so special about you, but you've been<br>[04:45] hidden in it. You're about to be<br>[04:46] revealed. Like, I feel like your dues is<br>[04:48] about to be paid for how you've<br>[04:49] supported and helped so many people and<br>[04:50] how you've been a good daughter to<br>[04:52] Doris. So, he's he's really going to<br>[04:54] focus on the mom. He knows more<br>[04:55] information about the mom than he does<br>[04:56] about Kelly. So, he knows her name. He<br>[04:58] knows her birthday. This I feel bad for<br>[05:00] the lady here. I consider her my sister<br>[05:02] in Christ being manipulated by this guy.<br>[05:05] It's infuriating. I admit I as I see<br>[05:08] this, as I watch it, I'm I'm angry at<br>[05:10] Shawn BS personally. Um very angry at<br>[05:12] him. I'm trying to<br>[05:13] >> and and for the record, people have<br>[05:15] pointed out that there have been other<br>[05:17] quoteunquote discernment ministries that<br>[05:19] have uh uh addressed some of this stuff.<br>[05:23] Let me just point out that that that<br>[05:25] what makes this video so different is<br>[05:28] that Mike repeatedly affirms the people<br>[05:31] of Bethl and even people who hold to<br>[05:34] these theologies as brothers and sisters<br>[05:37] in Christ. That is extremely important<br>[05:40] because oftent times when there are<br>[05:43] these sorts of takedown videos and I'm<br>[05:45] not talking about Shambo specifically.<br>[05:48] They are<br>[05:50] very hasty generalizations of all<br>[05:52] charismatics. Now the important thing<br>[05:54] about that to note is that I'm a<br>[05:56] charismatic. Mike Winger is a<br>[05:58] charismatic. Remnant radio is a<br>[05:59] charismatic. Minor Profits podcast A<br>[06:02] CHARISMATIC. WE'RE ALL CHARISMATICS. We<br>[06:04] all believe that the gifts are for<br>[06:05] today. We are continuationist.<br>[06:07] However, all of us have consistently<br>[06:09] drawn hard lines in the sand and said<br>[06:12] that what is happening at Bethl with the<br>[06:14] way the quote unquote prophetic is used<br>[06:16] and their definitions of these things<br>[06:18] and and not just that it's not just well<br>[06:20] we have some theological disagreements<br>[06:22] about tongues or we have some<br>[06:23] theological disagreements about what the<br>[06:25] definition of modern day prophecy is and<br>[06:26] how many times a prophet can get it<br>[06:28] wrong which we do. It's then the lack of<br>[06:31] systems in place for one for when uh you<br>[06:35] know solid allegations come out against<br>[06:38] the leader. And it's not one allegation.<br>[06:41] It's not two allegations. We're talking<br>[06:42] about dozens of folks that have came<br>[06:44] forth. And as well, I know people<br>[06:47] personally that have worked for Shawn<br>[06:49] that have privately been sharing this<br>[06:51] stuff with me and we have not talked<br>[06:52] about it until Mike has compiled all of<br>[06:55] this. Right. And so that is the<br>[06:57] devastating part about this. And again,<br>[06:59] when we're talking about this, it's<br>[07:00] important that those of us that do uh<br>[07:02] believe for the in the gifts of the<br>[07:03] spirit and that God can move in<br>[07:05] supernatural ways that we do call out<br>[07:06] our own. This is this is extremely<br>[07:08] important to this broader conversation.<br>[07:10] So, this is how initi we initially I<br>[07:13] thought it was this bad and then all of<br>[07:15] a sudden the murmurings of stuff way<br>[07:17] worse started coming and then Mike did<br>[07:18] this amazing job of putting this all<br>[07:20] together<br>[07:20] >> to not sin in my anger. I think the<br>[07:21] anger is appropriate, but I'm angry also<br>[07:23] those around him. Again, this is at the<br>[07:24] more love more power event 2017. and<br>[07:25] Sean had already been exposed. Um, at<br>[07:27] least the chance to expose him was there<br>[07:29] because Jason Smmedley had tried to blow<br>[07:31] the whistle and instead he was attacked<br>[07:32] by Paul Kaine, the fake prophet pervert<br>[07:35] who was predatory towards young people<br>[07:37] uh, young men who Mike delivered to him.<br>[07:39] It's the craziest stuff in the world.<br>[07:40] This these<br>[07:41] >> Yeah. This overlap of Bethl IHOP. Uh<br>[07:45] there was another video Mike just did<br>[07:47] interviewing the um son of a marketplace<br>[07:53] prophet that came out and and said the<br>[07:55] same exact things about his dad. Not<br>[07:58] only data mining and using information.<br>[08:01] They call it quoteunquote hamburger<br>[08:02] helper. Uh you know a little bit of<br>[08:04] hamburger helper and and this is like<br>[08:06] multiple folks saying this sort of<br>[08:08] stuff. but also that he was taking<br>[08:11] advantage of women in the church, right?<br>[08:15] And so this video here is about Bob<br>[08:17] Hartley and it's again connected to<br>[08:19] Bethl, IHOP, Morning Star. Now again,<br>[08:22] it's important to note that those of us<br>[08:24] that believe in the spirit generally<br>[08:26] have some lines drawn with regards to<br>[08:28] how those ministries function with these<br>[08:31] things unchecked little accountability<br>[08:34] as well as hard lines drawn with the<br>[08:36] lack of systems in place to protect<br>[08:38] people when a whistleblower comes<br>[08:40] forward. Okay? Uh and and and this is an<br>[08:43] important distinction. Okay. So, let me<br>[08:45] jump back into this. As Mike explains<br>[08:47] the initial allegations that came forth<br>[08:49] >> things, he was he still had a place to<br>[08:51] even attack like in the movement. He<br>[08:52] still had some kind of influence to even<br>[08:53] be able to attack somebody is crazy. I<br>[08:55] blame the leaders, the current leaders<br>[08:56] in the charismatic church for the last<br>[08:58] few generations, the ones in particular<br>[08:59] that I'm naming. Not all of them.<br>[09:01] Absolutely not all of them. But I'll<br>[09:02] tell you what, if there's good leaders<br>[09:03] there, show yourselves to be good by<br>[09:05] calling out the ones that you know<br>[09:06] >> you need to. Now, listen in to the most<br>[09:08] revealing moment probably of all of the<br>[09:10] Jean Bull's videos that I can show you<br>[09:12] has to do with Doris Rhodess<br>[09:15] and uh and how how she's like your best<br>[09:18] friend and and and uh I feel like God's<br>[09:20] just saying that um everything that she<br>[09:22] prayed for and is prayed for is is going<br>[09:24] to still come for the family. And I feel<br>[09:26] like the Lord's saying you're going to<br>[09:27] start to see the manifestation of what<br>[09:28] you prayed for. You're going to start to<br>[09:30] see the reality. [applause] That's, you<br>[09:32] know, another issue that I have, I think<br>[09:35] Mike points this out in this video, is<br>[09:36] that all these prophecies are only good<br>[09:38] news. As if there's never warnings in<br>[09:42] scripture. As if I listen, I've gotten<br>[09:45] uh prophetic words. And believe it or<br>[09:47] not, sometimes they're warnings. Like<br>[09:49] sometimes they're like, "Hey, the enemy<br>[09:51] might try and attack you in this way.<br>[09:53] Hey, make sure you have defenses up in<br>[09:55] this way." So the fact that they're only<br>[09:56] like, "This thing you've been working<br>[09:58] for and praying for, God's going to<br>[10:00] finally deliver these seas." It's always<br>[10:03] coming back to something new and<br>[10:04] something bigger and something greater<br>[10:06] coming for people. Uh there's I've<br>[10:08] there's never any warning or caution<br>[10:10] with these words es in in the Old<br>[10:12] Testament a lot of it is generally not<br>[10:14] not not all of it but a good chunk of it<br>[10:16] is generally the prophets warning about<br>[10:18] stuff. It's her birthday. Um is there is<br>[10:21] there I saw Psalm 105 over your family<br>[10:23] and read that later on but did she or<br>[10:25] you ever live on a 105 like slaughter<br>[10:27] house or 105 something or does that make<br>[10:29] sense? For some reason, I saw the word<br>[10:30] slaughter house, but it wasn't bad. Um,<br>[10:34] >> he just tried to call out her address.<br>[10:35] He got it wrong and now he's trying to<br>[10:37] recover.<br>[10:38] >> Everything else felt like it was, you<br>[10:39] know, connected to God. But I just just,<br>[10:41] you know, maybe maybe research that a<br>[10:42] little bit if it's if if I miss part,<br>[10:44] it's not a big deal. [laughter]<br>[10:46] >> I just want to remind you guys, it was<br>[10:47] Sean BS's idea for us to research that a<br>[10:49] little bit. And research it we did.<br>[10:51] Actually, it was Matthew Hartkey who<br>[10:53] researched this. And I don't know if<br>[10:54] anybody before him did or not. He's the<br>[10:55] first person I know of who researched<br>[10:56] this and posted it online. and he showed<br>[10:58] that there is actually a Doris Rhodess<br>[11:00] who lives on 105 slaughterhouse who<br>[11:02] lives in the same area as the other<br>[11:05] Doris Rose in the same area as this this<br>[11:06] event and everything. Um or or where her<br>[11:08] Facebook says she lives. It's just a<br>[11:10] different Doris Rose. There's just more<br>[11:11] than one Doris Rose in the region who is<br>[11:13] similar and you know older and all this<br>[11:14] kind of stuff. 105 Slaughterhouse.<br>[11:19] Now, it would be one thing if this was a<br>[11:21] one-off, but this is constantly<br>[11:24] uh connected to not just him, but again,<br>[11:27] the Bob Hartley's and other people that<br>[11:29] have acknowledged this. I uh reached out<br>[11:32] to a buddy of mine whose mom used to<br>[11:34] work in these circles, and he said,<br>[11:35] "Yeah, they they they used to get<br>[11:36] information piped in before Facebook.<br>[11:39] They would get information and uh relay<br>[11:42] them to the quoteunquote prophet at<br>[11:44] these crusades, right? And it and it<br>[11:46] really did a number on him till this<br>[11:47] day." uh that he knew that this stuff<br>[11:50] was just just flat out fake. With<br>[11:52] Facebook, I believe Mike explains that<br>[11:54] in 2013 there was a big shift with<br>[11:58] regards to um the way the information<br>[12:02] was available on Facebook. And that's<br>[12:04] right around the time this dude's<br>[12:06] ministry started exploding.<br>[12:07] >> That to me is an incredible smoking gun.<br>[12:09] There is no way on earth that this guy<br>[12:11] randomly got from the Lord a real<br>[12:13] address of a real Doris Rhodess that was<br>[12:15] the wrong Doris Rhodess.<br>[12:21] Yeah. Okay. Now, let's let's get back to<br>[12:24] uh the three of Sean's formers<br>[12:27] employees.<br>[12:28] >> There they they assure me there are at<br>[12:29] least 12 victims that they're aware of.<br>[12:32] 12 that they are aware of from people<br>[12:34] who all were under Sean's influence,<br>[12:36] under his authority in some sense who he<br>[12:38] did this kind of stuff to. And their<br>[12:40] testimony span over a decade, well over<br>[12:42] a 10-year period of time, these three<br>[12:43] witnesses can attest to. And so this<br>[12:45] means that we're talking about um stuff<br>[12:47] that was happening before 2005 and it<br>[12:48] was happening all the way into the late<br>[12:49] 201s and by all reasonable expectation<br>[12:52] is still happening today. I would I<br>[12:54] would anticipate.<br>[12:54] >> Now again according to AI yes exposing<br>[12:57] oneself in public known as indecent<br>[12:59] exposure is a form of a so crime often<br>[13:04] classified under SV because it's<br>[13:07] intended to shock alarm or gratify the<br>[13:10] perpetrator even if no physical contact<br>[13:12] occurs. While not always SA in the sense<br>[13:16] of direct physical P, it's a serious S<br>[13:21] crime with severe legal penalties. Okay,<br>[13:24] so this is what the AI definition is.<br>[13:27] I'm no legal expert. This is all<br>[13:29] alleged. But let's get back to Mike's<br>[13:31] explanation because here he he he<br>[13:32] explains, in my opinion, the worst part<br>[13:34] about this is that Bethl knew. Now,<br>[13:36] again, in tomorrow's video, I'm going to<br>[13:37] go over Bethl's response to this uh and<br>[13:40] give you guys some of my thoughts and<br>[13:41] how I think it uh doesn't align with<br>[13:44] scripture or or just basic logic. Okay?<br>[13:46] So, they assure me there are at least 12<br>[13:48] victims that they're aware of. 12 that<br>[13:50] they are aware of from people who all<br>[13:53] were under Sean's influence, under his<br>[13:54] authority in some sense, who he did this<br>[13:56] kind of stuff to. And their testimonies<br>[13:58] span over a decade, well over a 10-year<br>[14:00] period of time, these three witnesses<br>[14:01] can attest to. And so this means that<br>[14:03] we're talking about um stuff that was<br>[14:05] happening before 2005 and it was<br>[14:06] happening all the way into the late 201s<br>[14:08] and by all reasonable expectation is<br>[14:10] still happening today. I would I would<br>[14:11] anticipate there's no reason to think<br>[14:12] otherwise because<br>[14:13] >> hopefully not hopefully hopefully it's<br>[14:15] not happening today. But I understand<br>[14:18] how someone could reasonably expect that<br>[14:19] to still be happening.<br>[14:20] >> He's lying and deceiving and and<br>[14:22] denying. So why would you think that<br>[14:23] something has suddenly changed and<br>[14:25] improved? Bill Johnson and Bethl<br>[14:27] leadership knew about this for nearly 5<br>[14:29] years at least. This is the worst part<br>[14:33] and this is the part that I have pointed<br>[14:35] out to my friends at Bethl is hey it's<br>[14:39] one thing if something like this<br>[14:40] happens. It's one thing if something<br>[14:42] catastrophic happens at your church.<br>[14:45] It's another thing if the pastors knew<br>[14:48] and did not properly act and then when<br>[14:51] repeatedly confronted with it refused to<br>[14:54] properly act. That's the frustrating<br>[14:58] part<br>[14:58] >> that they knew about these things.<br>[14:59] Multiple witnesses. Now, they mentioned<br>[15:00] in their letter, one witness, it was<br>[15:02] they knew about more than one actually.<br>[15:03] Um, we'll go through that letter later.<br>[15:05] So, they knew now what these guys<br>[15:07] describe, what the three men I spoke<br>[15:09] with describe is sexually doineering<br>[15:10] behavior. I would call it grooming. I<br>[15:12] think it qualifies and deviency. That is<br>[15:14] a person who is disqualified from<br>[15:16] ministry certainly is not a prophet. And<br>[15:17] it it's sick and dark.<br>[15:19] >> Okay. So, in this video, and you guys<br>[15:20] could go read all the particulars, uh<br>[15:23] there's multiple receipts provided that<br>[15:26] they were confronted with this.<br>[15:27] specifically Chris Valentin was<br>[15:29] confronted with this and that he uh says<br>[15:32] and seemingly is documented with<br>[15:34] confronting Shawn with this. Um Shawn<br>[15:36] denied it and then apparently this was<br>[15:39] dropped. The they they they left it<br>[15:41] alone. Now, the issue with this is not<br>[15:43] only was it left alone, but then Bill<br>[15:45] Johnson endorses and writes a forward,<br>[15:47] the other pastor of Bethl, writes the<br>[15:50] forward to um<br>[15:53] Sean's book and does a press interview<br>[15:56] with him on TBN. Okay. Again, years<br>[16:00] after this stuff had already came out,<br>[16:02] >> thought that this was one of the most<br>[16:03] exciting books that you had read. Why<br>[16:05] was that?<br>[16:06] >> Um, well, the book by itself is<br>[16:07] incredible. Knowing the life that backs<br>[16:08] it up adds a power to it because it's so<br>[16:11] it's so practical. It's it's what you<br>[16:13] dream of. It's like if if you could see<br>[16:16] if you could have a perfect relationship<br>[16:17] with the Lord and see its impact on<br>[16:19] humanity, that's what it would look<br>[16:21] like.<br>[16:21] >> I mean, that's a huge statement for him<br>[16:23] to not just endorse it to write the<br>[16:26] forward and then to make that statement.<br>[16:29] If you could have a perfect relationship<br>[16:30] with the Lord, that's what that looks<br>[16:32] like. and to say this about this dude's<br>[16:36] life, knowing that there were multiple<br>[16:39] witnesses that came forward, knowing<br>[16:42] that there were allegations of data<br>[16:43] mining. This is this is 2023, so this<br>[16:46] isn't years and years ago. Most of this<br>[16:48] stuff happened in the teens. This stuff<br>[16:50] was brought to Bethl's attention.<br>[16:52] Chris Valatin uh went and confronted<br>[16:55] Sean about this and then Bill still did<br>[16:58] this press junking with with him which<br>[17:00] in my opinion at at the least and again<br>[17:03] it it's it's hard for me to say this<br>[17:05] sort of stuff as such an advocate for<br>[17:06] the local church as Mike Ringer is as<br>[17:08] well this shows a huge lapse in<br>[17:12] discernment and wisdom with how the<br>[17:15] Bethl leadership is navigating these<br>[17:17] issues. Let's get into this privacy<br>[17:19] claim that was uh filed here. And uh<br>[17:24] this was sent by Stacy Campbell warning<br>[17:28] multiple folks affiliated with Bethl and<br>[17:31] this prophetic movement about Shawn BS.<br>[17:34] And Mike Winger, this just came out is<br>[17:37] saying that this is the reason why there<br>[17:40] is a private violated a privacy<br>[17:42] complaint in this which is pretty wild.<br>[17:46] Uh, clearly I'm making this video right<br>[17:48] now. So hopefully I don't get hit with<br>[17:50] the same privacy complaint, but this is<br>[17:52] now being uh filed on on the YouTube<br>[17:56] side, so I don't even know how you could<br>[17:57] do this. Okay, we've had copyright uh<br>[18:01] complaints that we've had to deal with.<br>[18:03] We've had I I've uh caught a community<br>[18:05] guideline strike back in the day that I<br>[18:07] had to deal with. I've never seen a<br>[18:09] privacy complaint. Okay, so this is what<br>[18:12] is filed here. And it's weird because<br>[18:14] this was sent to him by u this lady<br>[18:17] Stacy Campbell.<br>[18:19] >> Dangerous because he doesn't tell the<br>[18:21] truth.<br>[18:22] >> So Bose is utterly dangerous because he<br>[18:24] doesn't tell the truth.<br>[18:25] >> So<br>[18:27] this is from Chris Valatin<br>[18:30] who I know because an issue came up from<br>[18:33] one of Shawn Boltz's<br>[18:36] from Shawn Boltz<br>[18:38] that was very alarming<br>[18:41] >> and finally he couldn't take it. So he<br>[18:42] told Patricia King, who told Chay, and<br>[18:46] who told Chris Valatin.<br>[18:49] >> So these are kind of some of the the the<br>[18:50] faces of this Bethl prophetic movement,<br>[18:52] if you will. Uh uh Sheay is a pastor out<br>[18:56] in um in uh in I want to say in the LA<br>[19:00] area. You guys remember the whole<br>[19:02] Gandalf stuff and uh we're going to hit<br>[19:05] hit the thing and denounce racism that<br>[19:08] went mega viral. was actually one of my<br>[19:09] first YouTube videos back in 2020 that<br>[19:12] took off. So this is Bill with Johnson.<br>[19:13] This is Chase. So this is this is that<br>[19:15] crowd<br>[19:15] >> for this event and she saw us doing a<br>[19:17] prophetic act that was going to be very<br>[19:19] very historic.<br>[19:21] >> One of the movies that has really<br>[19:23] touched my heart is Lord of the Rings.<br>[19:25] So I encourage you if you haven't done<br>[19:26] this in the proper order, you must put<br>[19:29] oil in your door and then go in front<br>[19:32] and repeat this act with us. And Gandalf<br>[19:35] stands in his authority in front of the<br>[19:38] demon and says it. The first time he<br>[19:40] hits it and it doesn't happen. The<br>[19:42] second<br>[19:43] >> talking about Lord of the Rings and<br>[19:44] Gandalf<br>[19:44] >> TIME GANDALF DOES IT AGAIN AND STILL THE<br>[19:46] DEMON IS NOT OBEYING. And at the THIRD<br>[19:49] TIME GANDALF PUTS BOTH OF HIS hands on<br>[19:51] the staff AND HE SAID I said<br>[19:56] and he hits it.<br>[19:59] And that authority is what we are<br>[20:01] talking about that can only be released<br>[20:03] by an apostolic decree.<br>[20:06] >> We as a lot of these apostolic decrees<br>[20:08] only special people with special powers<br>[20:10] in the kingdom can do these sort of<br>[20:11] things. And so this is them decreeing<br>[20:14] that the end of racism was coming in<br>[20:16] 2020. Now you got to ask yourself the<br>[20:18] question has is racism still here? I<br>[20:22] mean I just debated Joe Webbon on<br>[20:24] interracial<br>[20:25] marriage last week. Okay. uh the Nick<br>[20:29] Fuentes is is more popular than ever<br>[20:31] before. The woke right is alive and well<br>[20:34] and this stuff is starting to spread to<br>[20:36] Christians. So, you know, you see these<br>[20:38] types of things and these decrees from<br>[20:39] these apostolic authorities and prophets<br>[20:41] and so on and so forth. And yet, uh many<br>[20:44] of these things just don't come to pass.<br>[20:46] >> Decree and declare that racism will end.<br>[20:51] It's over in the eklesia from this night<br>[20:54] forward in Jesus mighty name. the step<br>[20:56] up and bang it.<br>[21:04] >> I I would really love this for this to<br>[21:06] be true, but it's not. Tragically, it's<br>[21:08] not true. Um, and so anyway, that's who<br>[21:11] Chay is in in the context of this<br>[21:13] conversation. So, this lady is going<br>[21:15] around warning all these people about<br>[21:16] Shawn. They had all this information.<br>[21:18] They refused to do anything with it with<br>[21:20] regards to publicly warning their people<br>[21:23] >> and<br>[21:26] Uh<br>[21:28] I and Chris Ballatin because Bethl was<br>[21:32] very involved with John Boltz because<br>[21:34] there everybody is believing for this<br>[21:35] greater works than Jesus has done type<br>[21:39] of prophetic that is in the Bible and<br>[21:41] pulling out these things. And<br>[21:42] >> this is what I talk about revival<br>[21:43] culture. Um some I could use a more<br>[21:45] technical term and call this the latter<br>[21:46] reign movement or the belief that there<br>[21:47] is going to be this incredible um<br>[21:49] spiritual transformation. You guys have<br>[21:50] to understand this context to get the<br>[21:52] full meaning of what you just heard.<br>[21:53] There's going to be this amazing<br>[21:54] Pentecost 2.0. That's what Brian Simmons<br>[21:56] calls it. Pentecost 2.0. We're going to<br>[21:57] do greater works than Jesus. We're going<br>[21:58] to do greater works than even the<br>[21:59] apostles. It'll be what the church was<br>[22:01] always meant to be. This is what Beth's<br>[22:02] always marching towards. So, when you<br>[22:04] have this need and you've been preaching<br>[22:05] this to your people and you get a faker<br>[22:06] like Sean, he's extremely useful in<br>[22:09] stirring up your crowd and getting<br>[22:10] people to flock to your church. They're<br>[22:12] going to move to your fellowship because<br>[22:12] this is the hot spot where it's<br>[22:13] happening.<br>[22:15] So, that sets the stage for why he was<br>[22:17] so important. um why they were so<br>[22:19] hopeful about Shawn, why they were so<br>[22:21] ready to receive and promote him because<br>[22:22] they have an unbiblical expectation<br>[22:24] prophetically about the future of the<br>[22:25] Christian church that leaves them open<br>[22:27] and they teach this to their people. And<br>[22:28] I think Mike would agree. I I think it's<br>[22:30] an overrealized esquetology. They're<br>[22:34] they're they're attempting to pull a lot<br>[22:36] of stuff with regards to what's going to<br>[22:38] happen in the end days when Jesus comes<br>[22:41] back and restores all things. and<br>[22:42] they're trying to pull that into the<br>[22:44] present, not understanding categorically<br>[22:46] this is about a new heaven and a new<br>[22:48] earth, right, in the future. So yeah,<br>[22:51] and then and then so yeah, the pragmatic<br>[22:54] side of this is like, well, Sean is<br>[22:55] useful, therefore we should not come<br>[22:58] down hard on him uh and protect the<br>[23:02] movement over protecting the people.<br>[23:03] That's that's what I think the logic is.<br>[23:05] That's my opinion in this.<br>[23:07] >> At least I'm more open to frauds,<br>[23:08] spiritual frauds. I hope that that makes<br>[23:10] sense. I do believe that that's very<br>[23:11] important to understand. All right,<br>[23:12] let's let's go back to the recording.<br>[23:13] The bottom line so far is everybody<br>[23:15] knew. Everybody knew. Patricia King,<br>[23:17] that recording I told you about, guess<br>[23:18] what? It was real. A separate witness<br>[23:20] came to me and gave me this completely<br>[23:22] independently where they're admitting<br>[23:23] it. Patricia King knew Jayon knew. Chris<br>[23:24] Valton knew. Guess what? This was not<br>[23:26] secret. Well, it was secret to us, not<br>[23:28] to the elites. We're in that era where I<br>[23:30] think it's going to start, but there's<br>[23:31] always a burnt earth prior to<br>[23:34] >> and so<br>[23:36] uh<br>[23:38] um<br>[23:39] so on Monday,<br>[23:41] >> she's looking through her phone, I<br>[23:42] believe, here looking for specific<br>[23:42] messages so she could read them out loud<br>[23:44] between her and Chris. August 22nd, I<br>[23:46] reached out to Chris because I know so<br>[23:48] Chris so Shawn Boltz is who traveled<br>[23:51] with Shawn Boltz<br>[23:53] um told these gross stories of<br>[23:58] sexual immorality<br>[24:00] of Shawn Bolts<br>[24:02] and that when he traveled with Shawn<br>[24:04] Bolts,<br>[24:06] Shawn Bolts would<br>[24:08] >> Yeah, you're going to hear it uh very<br>[24:09] clearly here. I'm not going to censor<br>[24:11] out what she's about to say. It's not<br>[24:12] what you're going to hear from Stacy<br>[24:13] Campbell. She's alleging these things<br>[24:15] are true. And I think that when you<br>[24:16] combine this together with all the other<br>[24:17] evidence we've seen, it really raises<br>[24:18] the credibility of all of it. All of it<br>[24:20] being true, right? There's what you<br>[24:22] don't hear from any of the leaders or<br>[24:23] the text messages or the conversations.<br>[24:24] Is anybody saying that Sean's actually<br>[24:26] innocent. No, what you see is them<br>[24:28] responding as though they believed it<br>[24:29] was real.<br>[24:30] >> Yeah. And so, let me show you guys the<br>[24:32] response from Bethl. Uh, and then again<br>[24:35] tomorrow I'm going to look at the actual<br>[24:38] um response<br>[24:41] that Chris Valatin preached from a<br>[24:43] sermon this past weekend. It was an hour<br>[24:46] long sermon and I was very um yeah, I<br>[24:49] was I was very very bummed out. Tomorrow<br>[24:51] I'm going to make that video. Okay, so<br>[24:52] this is and and they're going at Mike<br>[24:54] Winger and they're just getting some<br>[24:55] stuff wrong like just flat out wrong<br>[24:57] about Mike Winger uh in that video. Uh<br>[25:00] and I bet you they would then, you know,<br>[25:02] move the goal post and say, "Well, we're<br>[25:03] not just talking about Mike." But we'll<br>[25:04] get there tomorrow. Okay. So, this is<br>[25:06] the statement they put out on February<br>[25:08] 3rd, 2025 as this stuff was starting to<br>[25:10] be brought to the surface.<br>[25:11] >> Know all of these things. So now when I<br>[25:13] read this statement, you will understand<br>[25:14] why it was not very good. Okay, this was<br>[25:16] based Bethl's statement on Shan BS to<br>[25:17] alumni. They only gave the statement out<br>[25:19] to alumni. It was not sent to the world.<br>[25:20] It was just sent to people who had<br>[25:21] attended their school. February 3rd<br>[25:23] statement. Dear alumni, we know this<br>[25:26] feels very late for some of you. Sorry<br>[25:27] this is taking so long. We're aware that<br>[25:28] a conversation is happening regarding<br>[25:30] Shawn BS and our confrontations with him<br>[25:32] that took place more than five years<br>[25:33] ago, right? because minor profits showed<br>[25:34] some of the evidence I've shown. They<br>[25:35] didn't have all of it, but they showed<br>[25:36] some of it.<br>[25:37] >> We have delayed and<br>[25:38] >> and and in this video, it goes into the<br>[25:41] dag on confrontation folks have had with<br>[25:43] Chris Valentin. Remember, Chris Valson's<br>[25:45] one of the pastors there. He's their<br>[25:46] quoteunquote in-house prophet. Uh and so<br>[25:49] that's that's why they're finally having<br>[25:50] to respond to this<br>[25:51] >> to reflect our recollection accurately<br>[25:52] as the issues are important and complex.<br>[25:55] Right. Shambles had ministered with us<br>[25:57] many times for many years and had a<br>[25:59] great impact on our house. If it was<br>[26:01] fake, it wasn't great. M we deeply<br>[26:03] valued and trusted him and appreciated<br>[26:05] his prophetic gift. Many of us have<br>[26:06] received important accurate prophecies<br>[26:08] and words of knowledge from him prior to<br>[26:09] social media being so pervasive that we<br>[26:11] had great confidence in. Bill says that<br>[26:14] he would replay prophecies from Shawn on<br>[26:16] his cell phone. And I have video of<br>[26:18] Shawn doing his grift on Bill Johnson.<br>[26:19] I'll I'll share that later. This video<br>[26:20] is going to be so long. In 2019, some<br>[26:23] significant concerns came to us from<br>[26:25] respected international leaders<br>[26:26] regarding irregularities in Shawn's word<br>[26:28] of knowledge gift.<br>[26:29] >> This is s This is such PR nonsense.<br>[26:32] irregularities.<br>[26:35] >> 2019, you guys knew in 2015 and 2016 and<br>[26:38] 2017, and you're simply not not<br>[26:39] acknowledging it. Why? Oh, it wasn't a<br>[26:41] respected international leader. It was<br>[26:42] just normal folks trying to raise the<br>[26:44] alarm and they don't they don't count, I<br>[26:45] guess. Who knows what the reason is?<br>[26:47] >> The the the hyper hierarchy, I think, is<br>[26:50] going to be a huge detriment to<br>[26:51] charismatic circles. Like, the hyper<br>[26:53] hierarchy has to stop. It's not good.<br>[26:56] It's not helpful. Uh I understand<br>[26:58] hierarchy. I understand that there's<br>[27:00] leaders uh that are equip that are here<br>[27:02] to equip the saints for the work of<br>[27:03] ministry. Um but I think this hyper<br>[27:06] hierarchy of apostles and prophets are<br>[27:09] the ones that lead the church and<br>[27:10] everybody else is just lay um I it<br>[27:13] really harms churches in my opinion when<br>[27:16] you create this sort of stuff.<br>[27:17] >> Yes. But it but they knew before that<br>[27:19] they knew for all I know they knew in<br>[27:20] 2008 in Sean's word of knowledge gift<br>[27:22] that caused them to wonder if he may<br>[27:24] have been using social media to generate<br>[27:25] them. We believe that these concerns and<br>[27:27] the evidence to support them were<br>[27:28] gathered and shared in good faith and<br>[27:29] out of concern for the global church.<br>[27:31] Who cares how they were gathered? What<br>[27:32] if they were gathered by like evil<br>[27:33] atheists who just hate you guys? The<br>[27:35] question is whether they're true or not.<br>[27:36] That's the question. Yeah. This idea is<br>[27:38] is we believe that these were gathered<br>[27:42] to support them were gathered and she<br>[27:44] shared in good faith. Yes. Yes. And even<br>[27:47] if they weren't, even if they weren't,<br>[27:49] even if they were gathered by someone<br>[27:51] who deconstructed to Mike's point, um<br>[27:54] you still have to deal with them.<br>[27:55] that the good faith thing is like let's<br>[27:57] stop analyzing all the witnesses. Maybe<br>[27:58] maybe they've got ulterior motives.<br>[28:00] >> Okay, we should know that, but that<br>[28:01] doesn't mean that what they've said<br>[28:02] isn't true. Their presentation of over a<br>[28:03] dozen words amongst the hundreds he's<br>[28:05] given was a small sample size,<br>[28:08] but regardless was validly concerning<br>[28:10] and needed to be addressed. For some of<br>[28:12] our team, for some of our team, the<br>[28:14] evidence felt conclusive, but for<br>[28:15] others, it was not. We did not have a<br>[28:17] consensus, but we were very concerned<br>[28:18] and sought to clarify from him who<br>[28:21] didn't think it was true. Because I<br>[28:23] understand hypothetically that Danny<br>[28:25] Silk in the confrontation looked at<br>[28:26] Shawn and said, "You're a liar." In that<br>[28:29] very conversation, Chris says, "I don't<br>[28:31] trust him. He's a deceiver. I won't let<br>[28:32] him minister. He's not welcome at<br>[28:33] Bethl." But here we have for some of our<br>[28:36] team, this is what the public does not<br>[28:37] get the truth. The public gets the<br>[28:39] massaged PR read by a lawyer.<br>[28:41] >> Yeah. I you know, if I if I this is<br>[28:44] completely my opinion. If I had to throw<br>[28:46] a wild guess at it, I would bet that<br>[28:48] Chris has an issue with him, especially<br>[28:51] the way he preached about it on Sunday,<br>[28:53] which again, I'm going to go over that<br>[28:54] tomorrow. And that<br>[28:58] Bill, who popped up in the press that we<br>[29:01] looked at earlier, didn't have an issue.<br>[29:02] And so I I bet you there's a deeper<br>[29:04] divide between Chris and and and Bill<br>[29:07] with regards to this. Uh, and they don't<br>[29:10] want to publicly disagree on that. That<br>[29:12] would be my humble opinion. I don't I<br>[29:14] don't know for a fact if that's true,<br>[29:16] but that would be my humble opinion for<br>[29:18] some of our team. That's that's what<br>[29:19] that means.<br>[29:20] >> Lawyer first message for some of our<br>[29:21] team. No consensus. Two of our leaders<br>[29:24] met with Shawn on two separate occasions<br>[29:26] about this. Chris flew down from his<br>[29:27] meeting with Shawn at Bill's Bill<br>[29:29] Johnson's request. Our leaders also met<br>[29:31] with Shawn's board and shared the<br>[29:32] evidence and our concerns. Actually,<br>[29:34] according to Chris, your leaders said,<br>[29:35] "You guys should pull Shawn out of<br>[29:36] ministry. He's guilty. I don't know why<br>[29:38] you guys aren't doing it." That that's<br>[29:39] that's what Chris said to one of the<br>[29:40] victims. Was that true? Each time Shawn<br>[29:42] absolutely denied using any social media<br>[29:44] in his words of knowledge or prophecies,<br>[29:46] Sean still maintains he never used<br>[29:47] social media in any words. And<br>[29:48] truthfully, unless<br>[29:49] >> and and and just for the record, those<br>[29:51] of you guys that are like worried, I I<br>[29:53] actually sent Shawn a DM about this on<br>[29:55] Instagram. I uh me and Sean once upon a<br>[29:58] time were following each other. I<br>[29:59] unfollowed him since then. Uh and I<br>[30:02] actually confronted him with this stuff.<br>[30:03] Hey man, you need to lean into this. You<br>[30:04] need to address. And he sent me this<br>[30:05] statement he put out and he's just<br>[30:07] denying all of this till this day. So I<br>[30:10] don't I don't know what what to do with<br>[30:12] that. But just because someone denies<br>[30:14] something and there's multiple people<br>[30:15] that have came forth, I think you have<br>[30:16] to understand how you come to reasonable<br>[30:20] conclusions of truth with regards to<br>[30:22] these types of situations.<br>[30:24] >> Some something changes. Only he and the<br>[30:26] Lord really know what took place.<br>[30:27] >> See, this is this is how atheists argue.<br>[30:30] This is how atheists argue. Atheists say<br>[30:33] stuff like this where, hey, unless I can<br>[30:36] for certain know that God exists. I I'm<br>[30:39] just a non-combative non-believer.<br>[30:43] Why can't God just show up to me and<br>[30:44] just tell me right now that for a fact<br>[30:46] that he exists? If I if he doesn't,<br>[30:49] well, I just lack the belief that he<br>[30:50] exists, then I'm just a non-combative<br>[30:52] non-believer. But what they miss is that<br>[30:54] they're actually making an argument that<br>[30:55] God doesn't exist. So this logic falls<br>[30:59] apart, right? And truthfully, unless<br>[31:01] something changes, only he and the Lord<br>[31:02] really knows what took place. Reasonable<br>[31:05] minds can conclude what took place.<br>[31:07] Reasonable minds don't need absolute<br>[31:09] certainty and confession from the person<br>[31:12] involved to conclude if this was the<br>[31:14] case. That means that no one under our<br>[31:17] judicial system would ever be found<br>[31:19] guilty. That's why it's beyond a<br>[31:21] reasonable doubt. Is there a reasonable<br>[31:24] doubt argument that he is not guilty?<br>[31:28] Well, this isn't gonna likely play out<br>[31:30] in the court of law, but I think<br>[31:31] reasonable minds can conclude that. Man,<br>[31:34] it sure does seem like there's a<br>[31:35] mountain of evidence and just him his<br>[31:38] word here. That's not what you said in<br>[31:40] private.<br>[31:42] This is deceptive, is it not? Am I not<br>[31:45] right in believing that this was this is<br>[31:46] an intentional deception to the body of<br>[31:49] Christ from Bethl Church regarding<br>[31:51] prophecy, regarding their leadership,<br>[31:53] regarding how they've handled situations<br>[31:54] behind the scenes?<br>[31:56] cover up culture. We ended up in a<br>[31:59] stalemate without a satisfactory<br>[32:00] resolution of our concerns, without<br>[32:02] definitive proof, repentance, and or<br>[32:03] team consensus. We made no public<br>[32:05] statement because we weren't sure. I<br>[32:07] thought that Chris said he warned all<br>[32:09] the leaders that that he told all the<br>[32:10] people who asked him about Shawn's<br>[32:11] antics and that Sean wouldn't repent and<br>[32:13] it was shameful. This is going to get<br>[32:15] worse. Let's keep reading. It just<br>[32:16] actually gets worse. The leaders who<br>[32:17] previously investigated and gathered the<br>[32:19] evidence were of course free to do what<br>[32:20] they thought best going forward. Is that<br>[32:21] even true? Really, were they free? I I<br>[32:24] think that they would have known. Here's<br>[32:25] my conjecture.<br>[32:26] >> Yeah. I I think if they were free to<br>[32:27] move forward, they they should have been<br>[32:29] free to warn everybody about this. And I<br>[32:32] think that's what the consensus is is.<br>[32:34] And the folks that are concerned, the uh<br>[32:36] the the minor prophets, it's the remnant<br>[32:38] radio, the Mike Wingers, myself, why did<br>[32:40] you not warn people about this? Because<br>[32:42] people uprooted their lives. People got<br>[32:45] married to people based on these words.<br>[32:47] people gave up their life savings to go<br>[32:49] launch some movie venture and uh are are<br>[32:53] dealing with massive fallout from all<br>[32:56] that and these people were not warned<br>[32:57] while you warned some of these elite<br>[32:59] leaders.<br>[33:00] >> Sure. I admit this is conjecture. I<br>[33:01] think they would have known if we<br>[33:02] publicly call out Sean, Bill Johnson is<br>[33:04] not going to be happy and you do not<br>[33:05] want an angry bill at you. He will<br>[33:06] passive aggressive you and you will<br>[33:08] disappear from your effective your<br>[33:10] effective ministry will just we'll just<br>[33:11] be shrunk. Um that that is what my<br>[33:14] conjecture is. I do think it's it's<br>[33:16] likely. Around the same time, one of<br>[33:18] Sean's employees made allegations<br>[33:19] concerning inappropriate behavior and<br>[33:21] unacceptable work environment.<br>[33:22] Inappropriate behavior and an<br>[33:24] unacceptable work environment.<br>[33:25] >> And and it wasn't just one. There's<br>[33:27] multiple people that have made these<br>[33:28] allegations. Multiple people that all<br>[33:31] have the same story.<br>[33:32] >> Does that Does that sound like what he<br>[33:33] was alleging?<br>[33:35] That is so softened. And it is not just<br>[33:37] one of Sean's employees. There are<br>[33:38] multiple. There are a number of them.<br>[33:40] And they could have had many, many of<br>[33:41] them to interview and discuss with if<br>[33:43] they had bothered even trying. But they<br>[33:44] didn't. They didn't. Though Shawn was<br>[33:46] not and is not under our authority, one<br>[33:48] of our leaders found another impacted<br>[33:49] former team member went to Shawn and<br>[33:50] confronted him on those issues over<br>[33:52] several difficult conversations and<br>[33:53] admonished him that this behavior was<br>[33:54] completely unacceptable and that he<br>[33:56] should take responsibility. He indicated<br>[33:58] to us that the behaviors that had taken<br>[34:00] place had stopped.<br>[34:02] Right. Right. That's going to go in the<br>[34:04] letter. Hey guys, Sean says he stopped<br>[34:07] the vague<br>[34:07] >> that that almost sounds like an<br>[34:09] admission here<br>[34:10] >> behaviors of in unacceptable work<br>[34:12] environment and inappropriate behavior.<br>[34:14] Now, in the initial release of this<br>[34:16] letter, this letter Bethl had, he's they<br>[34:17] sent it over to to some of the guys,<br>[34:19] some of Shawn's former employees, and<br>[34:22] they saw this and they were really<br>[34:23] bothered in the vague vague language<br>[34:24] that they used to discuss what Shambles<br>[34:26] did with them. And so, they were like,<br>[34:28] you need to call this sexual harassment.<br>[34:30] You can't just say it was unacceptable<br>[34:31] work environment or inappropriate<br>[34:32] behavior. You need to use the phrase<br>[34:33] sexual harassment. So, here was Bethl's<br>[34:35] next draft and the one that went public.<br>[34:36] It said, "Though we are not experts,<br>[34:38] these behaviors seemed to fit the<br>[34:40] descriptions of sexual harassment and a<br>[34:41] hostile work environment as commonly<br>[34:43] taught in HR training and had potential<br>[34:45] legal ramifications. It's it's a<br>[34:47] technicality here. It seems to appear<br>[34:49] possibly could be<br>[34:52] might start to really get mad and crash<br>[34:54] out a little bit. [laughter]<br>[34:57] We recommend they take action and<br>[34:59] seeking a remedy through the justice<br>[35:01] system." So people are coming forth with<br>[35:03] what seems to be credible s harassment<br>[35:08] and we recommend they take action<br>[35:10] seeking a remedy through the justice<br>[35:13] system. Yes, I think they should do that<br>[35:15] too.<br>[35:16] I also think that you guys should have<br>[35:18] warned your people about this and not<br>[35:20] covered this up and not let people<br>[35:22] continue pouring hundreds of thousands<br>[35:25] of dollars into projects because Shawn<br>[35:27] told them of a prophetic word and not<br>[35:28] let people marry and stay in marriages<br>[35:31] that were abusive because Shawn told<br>[35:32] them a prophetic word and then blame the<br>[35:34] people because they didn't test the word<br>[35:36] al amongst other people. So, someone has<br>[35:38] an issue with this recording coming out.<br>[35:42] Uh the recording was submitted by Stacy.<br>[35:44] I don't know if where was recorded. I<br>[35:45] don't know if it was recorded in a um<br>[35:48] what is it the two-state consent state<br>[35:50] or however that works, right? Certain<br>[35:52] states you can record someone without<br>[35:53] them knowing. Other states you can. Um<br>[35:55] but the recording just simply shows that<br>[35:58] they were warned about this that there<br>[35:59] was substantial reasons to be careful.<br>[36:03] They distanced themselves privately from<br>[36:06] Shawn yet publicly except Bill who who<br>[36:09] seemingly kind of sort of sent Chris<br>[36:11] Valatin but didn't and then went right<br>[36:13] back to uh engaging with with him,<br>[36:15] right? Um this entire thing is is super<br>[36:18] tragic again because it impacts real<br>[36:20] people. And I think it's huge for those<br>[36:23] of us who are followers of Jesus to hold<br>[36:25] our own accountable, especially people<br>[36:28] that we're celebrating and championing,<br>[36:30] especially people that we may put on a<br>[36:32] platform. Right? This is if if if I have<br>[36:35] someone on and once upon a time I<br>[36:37] endorse them, I have to make sure that<br>[36:38] if they while out, I go the other<br>[36:40] extreme of not just endorsing them or or<br>[36:43] or seemingly endorsing them because a<br>[36:45] lot of times I'm just having<br>[36:46] conversations with people. Um, but that<br>[36:48] I'm going to then correct the areas I<br>[36:50] disagree with them on. And again, I just<br>[36:52] had the opportunity to exhibit that in<br>[36:54] my conversation with Joe Webb. I had him<br>[36:55] on in 2013. We had a good conversation<br>[36:57] about postmil post mill. He since came<br>[37:00] out with some bizarre race realist views<br>[37:02] that I just think are incoherent and<br>[37:03] inongruent with scripture and I went and<br>[37:05] debated them and confronted him about<br>[37:07] those things. Right? I think all of this<br>[37:09] has to play out logically with the type<br>[37:12] of people that we are going to celebrate<br>[37:14] and champion. And so I'm glad that Mike<br>[37:16] is highlighting this. Uh he doesn't take<br>[37:18] joy in doing this. I don't take joy in<br>[37:22] uh doing this, but but it needs to be<br>[37:24] done. I think if you're a charismatic<br>[37:27] and you're just consistently silent on<br>[37:28] these sorts of things, this is how these<br>[37:31] things are allowed to uh grow and and<br>[37:34] take root in many churches where there's<br>[37:37] these uh extreme hierarchal where the<br>[37:40] special elitist people who are apostles<br>[37:42] and prophets and everyone else, they're<br>[37:44] not entitled to know and understand<br>[37:46] everything that's going on. And so it<br>[37:48] just perpetuates and then good people<br>[37:50] get hurt in the process because you're<br>[37:52] letting folks free on your congregation<br>[37:55] uh that are often in sin or at the very<br>[37:58] least in error and self-deceived about<br>[38:00] their own prophetic gifts that they are<br>[38:03] then um making life decisions on. And so<br>[38:06] this this is extremely uh tragic. And<br>[38:09] again tomorrow I'm going to jump into<br>[38:11] Bethl's response. This past Sunday,<br>[38:14] Chris Vson preached an entire message<br>[38:15] about basically this and it was really<br>[38:17] hard to listen through. So, if you want<br>[38:19] to see my thoughts on that, I don't do<br>[38:20] sermon reviews often, but I'm going to<br>[38:22] be engaging with that. And you know, one<br>[38:24] of the saddest parts about conversations<br>[38:26] like this is that Mike Winger will get<br>[38:29] dismissed for just being a hater or<br>[38:32] being a heresy hunter or so on and so<br>[38:34] forth as if this is all he does, right?<br>[38:38] And this is extremely frustrating to me<br>[38:40] because this isn't all he does. Uh Mike<br>[38:42] Winger is known for putting out an<br>[38:44] 11-hour video on women in ministry and<br>[38:47] the tension uh of the egalitarian versus<br>[38:51] uh complimentarian versus patriarchal<br>[38:53] view of women in scripture. 11-hour<br>[38:56] video. I've never seen an 11-hour video<br>[38:59] going this deep on any topic on YouTube.<br>[39:02] That's the kind of stuff he's known for.<br>[39:03] Um and in a minute, I'm going to show<br>[39:05] you some other stuff that he's working<br>[39:06] on or or or bringing attention to that<br>[39:08] we've been talking about here in a<br>[39:09] minute. Before we go there, I got to let<br>[39:11] you guys know um Mike will be with us at<br>[39:14] the Bless God Summit along myself, uh<br>[39:17] Gavin Orland, Wes Huff, uh and just a<br>[39:20] stellar lineup. Michael Nolles is doing<br>[39:22] an armchair discussion on uh the<br>[39:25] difference between Catholicism and<br>[39:26] Protestantism with Gavin Ortland. Ninjas<br>[39:28] and butterflies are going to be there.<br>[39:29] Um this is going to be a special special<br>[39:31] event. It's our second annual Bless God<br>[39:33] Summit. Dr. Shawn Mcdow will be there.<br>[39:35] God Logic will be debating Jacob Hansen.<br>[39:37] And so if you're anywhere near Southern<br>[39:39] California, I really recommend you get<br>[39:42] yourself here to the Bless God Summit.<br>[39:44] This is a 3-day in-person event and it<br>[39:47] is a premium event. It's $300 for<br>[39:49] tickets. However, because of our amazing<br>[39:52] sponsors like Moody Bible Institute,<br>[39:54] like the Human Coalition, we actually<br>[39:57] have opportunities for scholarships.<br>[40:00] Last year, we offered over a hundred<br>[40:02] scholarship opportunities. This year,<br>[40:03] because of our sponsors, we're doing<br>[40:05] we're going to try to go for more than<br>[40:06] that. So, if you can get yourself to<br>[40:08] Southern California because of our<br>[40:10] sponsors, you probably can get your<br>[40:12] ticket comped um if you're in a<br>[40:14] financial hardship. So, all you got to<br>[40:15] do is scroll down and look at this want<br>[40:16] to be a sponsor button and right here it<br>[40:19] says scholarship application. Fill out a<br>[40:21] scholarship application and if you're in<br>[40:23] Southern California, near Southern<br>[40:24] California, or you can even just go to<br>[40:25] blesscodsummit.com and hit scholarship.<br>[40:28] We want you guys in the room with us. A<br>[40:30] lot of you guys watch regularly and I'm<br>[40:32] so appreciative. I love a lot of you<br>[40:33] guys leave comments and are in the chats<br>[40:35] with us. I'm so appreciative. But<br>[40:37] there's nothing like being in the room<br>[40:39] for an event like this and it doesn't<br>[40:41] cost you anything for a ticket. Just get<br>[40:43] yourself to Southern California. Again,<br>[40:45] if you're already in the region,<br>[40:47] definitely apply for one of these<br>[40:48] scholarships and uh I can't wait to be<br>[40:50] with you guys. So, blesscodsummit.com<br>[40:52] for more information on that. Now, one<br>[40:55] of the things that Mike Winger has done<br>[40:57] a great job as well in terms of bringing<br>[40:59] awareness to is the situation in<br>[41:00] Nigeria, which<br>[41:03] when we're talking about disagreements<br>[41:05] in uh the world, when we're talking<br>[41:07] about the tensions that are facing, when<br>[41:09] we're talking about even this<br>[41:11] conversation on the far right regarding<br>[41:13] white Christian nationalism and race, I<br>[41:15] think what it does is it undermines the<br>[41:18] importance of Christians standing for<br>[41:22] and with other Christians And what I<br>[41:24] often see happen is when those<br>[41:26] Christians don't look like you, they're<br>[41:27] often dismissed and minimized and it's<br>[41:29] not as big of a deal and you're an<br>[41:31] alarmist and you're a this and you're a<br>[41:32] that. But the reality is the the the the<br>[41:36] followers of Jesus in Nigeria are our<br>[41:38] brothers and sisters in the Lord. And it<br>[41:40] is important that we do what we can to<br>[41:43] raise the alarm and bring awareness to<br>[41:45] what's happening there. And it<br>[41:47] apparently even worked all the way up to<br>[41:49] the White House where there's a planned<br>[41:51] uh massive slaughter that was supposed<br>[41:53] to happen and it got mitigated because<br>[41:56] of Trump stepping in and intervening.<br>[41:58] Okay, I want to make sure I bring this<br>[42:00] to your guys attention. Mike Winger is<br>[42:01] talking about this um and we uh uh are<br>[42:05] going to look at some stuff that's<br>[42:06] happening right now in Nigeria.<br>[42:07] >> This just happened yesterday. According<br>[42:09] to truthnigeria.com, fani militia<br>[42:11] attacked three different Christian<br>[42:13] church services, kidnapped 160<br>[42:15] believers, and carried them away to what<br>[42:17] the website calls torture camps. It's<br>[42:19] still happening. It's still going on.<br>[42:21] >> Okay. So, we dug a little bit deeper<br>[42:23] into this and uh it is absolutely tragic<br>[42:28] of what's happening. It says more<br>[42:29] devastating images of Nigerian uh of<br>[42:33] Nigeria's Christians have yet another<br>[42:35] mass burial of their families<br>[42:36] slaughtered by Islamic terrorists. Okay,<br>[42:39] where's the UN? Where is legacy media<br>[42:41] and politicians? Where are the<br>[42:43] protesters? Of course, there aren't any,<br>[42:45] right? Is it because these people look<br>[42:47] different than you? uh or is it because<br>[42:49] they don't follow the exact<br>[42:52] representation of someone that's quote<br>[42:54] unquote oppressed and who they're being<br>[42:56] oppressed by when they're being<br>[42:57] oppressed by uh u radical Muslims uh and<br>[43:02] that that look like them does not not<br>[43:04] have the same effect as what's happening<br>[43:05] in other parts of the world that<br>[43:06] everyone all of a sudden has a bleeding<br>[43:08] heart for without understanding any of<br>[43:10] those idiosyncrasies. And so there's<br>[43:12] mass uh burials happening right now in<br>[43:15] Nigeria and uh the the global stage is<br>[43:19] silent about it. This notion of America<br>[43:22] first, which in my opinion really is<br>[43:23] just America only is silent about it. I<br>[43:26] I haven't seen a whole lot from the Nick<br>[43:29] Fuentes's, the Tucker Carlson's, the<br>[43:32] Candace Owenses about this happening in<br>[43:36] Nigeria. And again, these are our<br>[43:38] brothers and sisters in Christ, even if<br>[43:41] they're in another continent, even if<br>[43:43] they don't look like you. And I think<br>[43:44] it's huge that we bring awareness to<br>[43:47] what's happening. Okay, this is a<br>[43:49] conversation what a pastor<br>[43:52] uh as he breaks down what happened in<br>[43:55] Nigeria. And oddly enough, this is being<br>[43:56] shared by Tommy Robinson. Like Tommy<br>[43:58] Robinson is talking about this. And I<br>[44:00] don't see many Christian leaders talking<br>[44:02] about this, right? And I don't see many<br>[44:03] uh quotequote right-wing influencers<br>[44:06] talking about this.<br>[44:07] >> So I am Reverend Yakob Mutang. I am a<br>[44:10] pastor for the Church of Christ in<br>[44:12] Nations. But this is my village. This is<br>[44:15] Mayanga. Mayanga is in Bokos local<br>[44:17] government plateau state of Nigeria. Uh<br>[44:20] what really happened here is not only in<br>[44:22] this village that were affected by this<br>[44:24] crisis. We are affected by more than 11<br>[44:28] villages which may happens to be one.<br>[44:31] And in these villages it is the same<br>[44:34] method of attack that was conducted is<br>[44:37] the the naming of people slaughtering<br>[44:39] them and burning of their houses and<br>[44:42] their footsteps and properties. So by<br>[44:45] now by the record we have already<br>[44:47] collected we have over 150 people that<br>[44:49] are in one day that is on the 24th of<br>[44:53] December. That is<br>[44:55] >> 150 people killed in one day. The<br>[44:59] selective outrage of of these<br>[45:01] conversations is just astonishing. The<br>[45:04] fact that so many people are silent<br>[45:05] about this or they're silent about I<br>[45:08] mean they're saying as many as 20,000<br>[45:09] protesters have been killed in a couple<br>[45:11] weeks in Iran and there silence about<br>[45:13] this is utterly disgusting to me.<br>[45:16] >> The Christmas was just not a Christmas<br>[45:18] to us like to celebrate. It was a<br>[45:20] morning Christmas because of what<br>[45:22] happened to us.<br>[45:23] >> As you could see, I'm standing here.<br>[45:25] This is my house in my village and I<br>[45:28] lost everything that was in the house<br>[45:30] but food stuff clothing and whatever. It<br>[45:32] was a furnish house but it is burned and<br>[45:35] even the church is that is by my side<br>[45:37] was burnt and the pastorium is burnt.<br>[45:39] Everything about us here in this village<br>[45:40] is confused as you could see that<br>[45:42] everything is destroyed. But we thank<br>[45:44] God that some of us are alive and at the<br>[45:47] cost of this like me now I lost seven of<br>[45:49] my brothers<br>[45:50] >> at the cost of this crisis that<br>[45:51] happened.<br>[45:52] >> Seven of his brothers. I I I wonder if<br>[45:54] he means his brothers in Christ or his<br>[45:55] biological brothers. I don't think it<br>[45:56] really makes a difference. This is<br>[45:58] absolutely horrifying and horrible and<br>[46:02] we have to bring awareness to this and I<br>[46:03] and I would hope that there would be<br>[46:04] awareness of this. I would also hope<br>[46:06] that whoever's involved in Nigeria<br>[46:08] government perhaps would allow these<br>[46:09] people to arm themselves to defend<br>[46:10] themselves. Yes, I do think it's<br>[46:12] permissible and ideal for Christians to<br>[46:15] arm themselves and defend themselves in<br>[46:17] a situation like this. Absolutely. Uh,<br>[46:20] this is utterly horrible and I'm<br>[46:22] disgusted that I don't see more quote<br>[46:24] unquote Christian influencers talking<br>[46:26] about this. And by quoteunquote<br>[46:27] Christian, I don't mean people I'm<br>[46:28] friendly with or I've collaborated with.<br>[46:30] I'm talking about the people that are<br>[46:31] online who have bleeding hearts for<br>[46:34] what's happening uh with the Israel war<br>[46:37] uh don't have anything to say about<br>[46:38] this. I find that disgusting.<br>[46:41] >> Thank you.<br>[46:42] >> Yeah, man. Prayers up for the folks in<br>[46:44] Nigeria. Uh, I'm going to keep bringing<br>[46:45] this to your guys' attention because I<br>[46:47] just think it's it's disgusting and it's<br>[46:48] sad that no one has any real compassion.<br>[46:53] By no one I don't mean literally no one.<br>[46:55] I mean in terms of the stuff that that<br>[46:56] that people seem to be upset about. Uh I<br>[46:59] I I just see consistent double<br>[47:01] standards. I see consistent caping for<br>[47:04] uh specific group of people regardless<br>[47:07] on if there's people and civilians being<br>[47:10] used as human shields and then when<br>[47:11] there's actual civilians who are<br>[47:13] Christians. uh and Nigerian. No one is<br>[47:16] saying anything about this. I see<br>[47:17] consistent uh trusting of the numbers<br>[47:20] coming out from uh the Hamas Al Jazzer<br>[47:25] uh you know media. And then when there's<br>[47:28] Iranian numbers coming out and saying<br>[47:30] there's as many 20,000 protesters that<br>[47:33] were terminated by the Iranian regime,<br>[47:36] there's silence. And uh I I I I just<br>[47:40] think that's gross. I think listen this<br>[47:42] idea of he and and watch how wild the<br>[47:44] Overton window has shifted on the right<br>[47:46] as well like the left has gone off the<br>[47:48] rails but don't think that this isn't<br>[47:49] happening on the right and oftent times<br>[47:51] Christians tend to be more aligned with<br>[47:53] uh you know conservative values if you<br>[47:55] will quote unquote but the the the idea<br>[47:57] that the Overton window went from make<br>[47:59] America great again which some people<br>[48:01] rightfully said well who was it great<br>[48:03] for and when was it great and what are<br>[48:04] we talking about that is that weird okay<br>[48:06] Ronald Reagan actually used that term so<br>[48:08] it went from make America great in uh to<br>[48:10] America first. Okay. Uh to now seemingly<br>[48:15] America only and we don't want to<br>[48:17] intervene with anything with anyone for<br>[48:19] any reason even if there's innocent<br>[48:22] Christians being killed. This is how far<br>[48:24] stuff is going. And and then the race<br>[48:27] component is often added on to it right<br>[48:29] on on the on the far right end of the<br>[48:31] spectrum. And so when you see Christians<br>[48:33] pushing back against this, when you see<br>[48:34] Christians saying, "Hey, I'm not right<br>[48:36] or left. I'm kingdom." Right? Um, I I I<br>[48:40] think I think those are fair positions<br>[48:42] to hold. I think it's fair to say I<br>[48:44] don't like the hypocrisy that I'm seeing<br>[48:46] on on the far right. It's it's sad and<br>[48:48] it's gross. So, hey, props to the<br>[48:51] president for intervening on Christmas.<br>[48:53] I hope he continues intervening uh on<br>[48:55] this. I don't agree with Trump on a lot<br>[48:57] of things, but I agree with him on this<br>[48:59] situation. So, anyway, if this is<br>[49:01] helpful to you guys, make sure you smash<br>[49:02] that like button. Make sure you're<br>[49:03] following us over uh on YouTube and all<br>[49:07] the platforms, Instagram, all that sort<br>[49:09] of stuff. We<br>[49:16] also got our leadership planner on sale.<br>[49:18] Uh and uh I'm going on tour this spring.<br>[49:20] I'd love to see some of you guys in<br>[49:22] person. This is happening uh at some of<br>[49:24] our biggest cities where you guys watch<br>[49:25] from.

**[00:00]** Mike Winger goes nuclear on Bethel Church and it's breaking at the time of this recording. The video may even be taken down. I'm going to attempt to explain that to you guys in a second, but if you guys have not seen this video, it is wild and it is something that he's been speaking out about for a while. I've been speaking out about for a while and you guys know like I don't like to talk negatively about local churches cuz I think the local church is the bride of Christ and it is how God is using his people in the world, but when
**[00:31]** bad local churches or or let's just say churches that behave in ways that are not the most adequate for protecting people misbehave. I think it is crucial that we we we call out our own if there's no systems in place. And so this video is called the skeletons in Bethel's closet are now going to speak. Great great title for Mike Winger. And and for the record, I have personally reached out to one of the lead pastors at Bethel to let them know that I was going to be making
**[01:02]** a video about this. I offered to speak to them privately. I encouraged them to speak to Mike Winger privately because I have people that are near and dear to me that have attended Bethel, have gone to the school of ministry and are currently at Bethel. And so this is something that I I don't want to speak about flippantly, but this video came out and it is devastating. And again, this just he just put this up. He says, "This video may end up taken down. I just received a claim that I violated privacy for the section from 3:19 to 3:33 which
**[01:33]** we're going to get there in a second to see what exactly that section is. But let me do my best to try and and and and and recap what's going on. We'll play some of it. The long story short, Bethel is one of the biggest mega churches out there and one of the biggest in the mega church charismatic world. Now, I'm a charismatic and I don't particularly have a problem with mega churches. A mega church is just 2,000 or more. What I do have a problem with is when bad theology or or theology that is incongruent with scripture often times
**[02:04]** goes overlooked towards bringing harm to people. And this explores the story of Shawn Bolz. And Shawn Bolz is someone that's extremely popular in this circuit or was extremely popular in the circuit. This is someone who had a massive platform. This was someone that was constantly endorsed by Bethel, brought up on stage by Bethel, celebrated by Bethel. And the first set of allegations which we had heard about was allegations of data mining because what Shawn would do is he'd go on stage
**[02:35]** and he would recite different details about someone and then those details would be used to give them a quote unquote prophetic word, right? Um What came out in this video is numerous victims coming forth to Mike Winger. Which by the way, props to Bible Thinker Ministries because they actually went above and beyond and paid for these folks to have counseling and therapy and get treatment because many of them are still dealing with some really gnarly symptoms of PTSD. Numerous victims
**[03:06]** alleging that Shawn Bolz, you know, essayed them, exposed himself in them. The The These are allegations, but there are enough witnesses here that I would say it would appear that they are credible allegations. Okay, so let me just kind of show you guys what was happening in in the video and then we'll we'll go from there. So I interviewed interviewed three eyewitnesses from Shawn's ministry, his former employees, three. Three eyewitnesses. I'm going to tell their stories in specific detail and this is going to be gross and it's going to be inappropriate for kids. All three
**[03:37]** of them reported very significant things, instances of Shawn's nudity, in unwanted forced nudity in in various scenarios, and his self-pleasuring, I'll call it, in front of people who were not welcoming it. I want to say that if we're looking at the legal definitions of this, this could be depending on the state and the statute of limitations in certain situations considered essay, right? Or at the very least essay adjacent. Now, um
**[04:08]** tomorrow I'm going to react to Bethel's response to Mike Winger, which is crazy, but I wanted to first highlight some of this. Okay, so let me let me jump back here and show you guys like the stuff that he was kind of known for was this this this vague prophecy stuff that Bethel championed and they thought they they thought it was legit. Is there I saw a friend of mine her name is Kelly and I saw her standing on a road. Does that mean something like it's maybe a last name Kelly Road? Is that you? Kelly Rhodes? God knew you'd be here. I didn't, but
**[04:39]** God did. That's awesome. Hi Kelly Rhodes. I feel like Kelly, you're like one of those people, those hidden figures. There's something so special about you, but you've been hidden in it. You're about to be revealed. Like I feel like your dues about to be paid for. How you've supported and helped so many people and how you've been a good daughter to Doris. So he's he's really going to focus on the mom. He knows more information about the mom than he does about Kelly. So he knows her name, he knows her birthday. This I feel bad for the lady here. I consider her my sister in Christ being manipulated by this guy. It's infuriating. I admit I as I see this as I watch it I'm I'm angry at
**[05:10]** Shawn Bolz personally. Very angry at him. I'm trying to And and for the record, people have pointed out that there have been other quote unquote discernment ministries that have addressed some of this stuff. Let me just point out that that that what makes this video so different is that Mike repeatedly affirms the people of Bethel and even people who hold to these theologies as brothers and sisters in Christ. That is extremely important. Because often times when there are these
**[05:43]** sorts of takedown videos, and I'm not talking about Shawn Bolz specifically, they are very hasty generalizations of all charismatics. Now, the important thing about that to note is that I'm a charismatic. Mike Winger is a charismatic. Remnant Radio is a charismatic. Minor Prophets podcast is a charismatic. We're all charismatics. We all believe that the gifts are for today. We are continuationists. However, all of us have consistently drawn hard lines in the sand and said that what is happening at Bethel with
**[06:13]** the way the quote unquote prophetic is used and their definitions of these things. And and not just that, it's not just well, we have some theological disagreements about tongues or we have some theological disagreements about what the definition of modern day prophecy is and how many times a prophet can get it wrong, which we do. It's then the lack of systems in place for one for when you know, solid allegations come out against the leader. And it's not one allegation, it's not two allegations. We're talking about dozens of folks that
**[06:44]** have came forth. And as well, I know people personally that have worked for Shawn that have privately been sharing this stuff with me and we have not talked about it until Mike has compiled all of this, right? And so that is the devastating part about this. And again, when we're talking about this, it's important that those of us that do believe for the in the gifts of the spirit and that God can move in supernatural ways, that we do call out our own. This is this is extremely important to this broader conversation. So this is how initially we initially I thought it was this bad and then all of
**[07:15]** a sudden the murmurings of stuff way worse started coming and then Mike did this amazing job of putting this all together. to not sin in my anger. I think the anger is appropriate. But I'm angry also those around him. Again, this is at the More Love More Power event 2017. Shawn had already been exposed. At least the chance to expose him was there because Jason Smedley had tried to blow the whistle and instead he was attacked by Paul Cain, the fake prophet pervert, who was predatory towards young people, young men, to Mike Winger delivered to him. It's the craziest stuff in the world. This is Yeah, this overlap of Bethel, IHOP. There was
**[07:45]** another video Mike just did interviewing the son of a marketplace prophet that came out and and said the same exact things about his dad not only data mining and using information. They call it quote unquote hamburger helper. You know, a little bit of hamburger helper. And and this is like multiple folks saying this sort of stuff. But also that he was taking advantage of women in the church, right? And so this
**[08:16]** video here is about Bob Hartley and it's getting connected to Bethel, IHOP, Morningstar. Now again, it's important to note that those of us that believe in the spirit generally have some lines drawn with regards to how those ministries function with these things, unchecked, little accountability, as well as hard lines drawn with the lack of systems in place to protect people when a whistleblower comes forward, okay? And and and this is an important distinction. Okay, so let me jump back into this as Mike explains the initial
**[08:48]** allegations that came forth. things. He was He still had a place to even attack. Like in the movement he still had some kind of influence to even be able to attack somebody is crazy. I blame the leaders, the current leaders in the charismatic church for the last few generations, the ones in particular that I'm naming. Not all of them. Absolutely not all of them. But I'll tell you what, if there's good leaders there, show yourselves to be good by calling out the ones that you know. You need to. Now listen in to the most revealing moment probably of all of the Shawn Bolz videos that I can show you. Has to do with Doris Rhodes. And I and how how she's like your best friend and and and I I feel like God
**[09:20]** just saying that everything that she prayed for and has prayed for is is going to still come for the family. And I feel like the Lord's saying, "You're going to start to see the manifestation of what you prayed for. You're going to start to see the reality." >> [applause] >> You know, another issue that I have, I think Mike points this out in his video, is that all these prophecies are only good news. As if there's never warnings in scripture. As if Listen, I've gotten prophetic words and believe it or not, sometimes they're warnings. Like sometimes they're like, "Hey, the enemy
**[09:51]** might try and attack you in this way. Hey, make sure you have defenses up in this way." So the fact that they're only like, "This thing you've been working for and praying for, God's going to finally deliver you these things. It's always coming back to something new and something bigger and something greater coming for people. This is I've There's never any warning or caution with these words. In the Old Testament, a lot of it is generally not not all of it, but a good chunk of it is generally the prophets warning about stuff. It's her birthday. Um is there is there I saw Psalm 105
**[10:22]** over your family and read that later, but did she or you ever live on a 105 like slaughterhouse or 105 something or does that make sense? For some reason I saw the word slaughterhouse, but it wasn't bad. Um He just tried to call out her address. He got it wrong and now he's trying to recover. Everything else felt like it was, you know, connected to God. But I just just, you know, maybe maybe research that a little bit if it's if if I miss a part, it's not a big deal. >> [laughter] >> I just want to remind you guys it was Shawn Bolz's idea for us to research that a little bit and research it we did. Actually, it was Matthew Hartke who
**[10:53]** researched this and I don't know if anybody before him did or not. He's the first I know of who researched this and posted it online and he showed that there is actually a Doris Rhodes who lives on 105 slaughterhouse who lives in the same area as the other Doris Rhodes in the same area as as this this event and everything or or where her Facebook says she lives. It's just a different Doris Rhodes. There's just more than one Doris Rhodes in the region who is similar and you know, older and all this kind of stuff. 105 slaughterhouse. Now, it would be one thing if this was a one-off, but this is constantly
**[11:24]** uh connected to not just him, but again, the Bob Hartleys and other people that have acknowledged this. I uh reached out to a buddy of mine whose mom used to work in these circles and he said, "Yeah, they they they used to get information piped in before Facebook. They would get information and uh relay them to the quote-unquote prophet at these crusades, right?" And it and it really did a number on him till this day uh that he knew that this stuff was just just flat out fake. With Facebook, I believe Mike explains that in 2013,
**[11:55]** there was a big shift with regards to um the way the information was available on Facebook and that's right around the time this dude's ministry started exploding. That to me is an incredible smoking gun. There is no way on earth that this guy randomly got from the Lord a real address of a real Doris Rhodes that was the wrong Doris Rhodes. Mhm. Yeah. Okay. Now, let's let's get back to uh the three of Shawn's former
**[12:26]** employees. There they they assure me there are at least 12 victims that they're aware of. 12 that they are aware of from people who all were under Shawn's influence, under his authority in some sense, who he did this kind of stuff to and their testimony span over a decade, well over a 10-year period of time these three witnesses can attest to. And so, this means that we're talking about um stuff was happening before 2005 and it was happening all the way into the late 2010s and by all reasonable expectation is still happening today. I would I would anticipate. Now, again, according to AI, yes, exposing oneself in public known as
**[12:59]** indecent exposure is a form of a S O and a crime often classified under S V because it's intended to shock, alarm, or gratify the perpetrator even if no physical contact occurs. While not always S A in the sense of direct physical P, it's a serious S crime with severe legal penalties. Okay, so this is what the AI definition is. I'm no legal expert. This is all
**[13:29]** alleged, but let's get back to Mike's explanation because here he he he explains in my opinion, the worst part about this is that Bethel knew. Now again, in tomorrow's video, I'm going to go over Bethel's response to this uh and give you guys some of my thoughts and how I think it uh doesn't align with scripture or or just basic logic. Okay, so They assure me there are at least 12 victims that they're aware of. 12 that they are aware of from people who all were under Shawn's influence, under his authority in some sense, who he did this kind of stuff to and their testimony span over a decade,
**[13:59]** well over a 10-year period of time these three witnesses can attest to. And so, this means that we're talking about um stuff was happening before 2005 and it was happening all the way into the late 2010s and by all reasonable expectation is still happening today. I would I would anticipate. There's no reason to think otherwise because Hopefully not. Hopefully hopefully it's not happening today, but I understand how someone could reasonably expect that to still be happening. He's lying and deceiving and and and denying. So, what why would you think that something has suddenly changed and improved? Bill Johnson and Bethel leadership knew about this for nearly 5 years at least.
**[14:31]** This is the worst part and this is the part that I have pointed out to my friends at Bethel is hey, it's one thing if something like this happens. It's one thing if something catastrophic happens at your church. It's another thing if the pastors knew and did not properly act and then when repeatedly confronted with it, refuse to properly act. That's the frustrating part. >> knew about these things. Multiple witnesses. Now, they mentioned in their letter one witness. It was They knew
**[15:02]** about more than one, actually. Um we'll go through that letter later. So, they knew. Now, what these guys describe, what the three men I spoke with describe is sexually domineering behavior. I would call it grooming. I think it qualifies and deviancy, that is a person who is disqualified from ministry certainly is not a prophet and it it's sick and dark. Okay, so in this video and you guys can go read all the particulars. Uh there's multiple receipts provided that they were confronted with this. Specifically, Chris Vallotton was confronted with this and that he uh says
**[15:32]** and seemingly is documented with confronting Shawn with this. Uh Shawn denied it and then apparently this was dropped. The they they they they left it alone. Now, the issue with this is not only was it left alone, but then Bill Johnson endorses and writes a forward, the other pastor of Bethel, writes the forward to um Shawn's book and does a press interview with him on TBN. Okay? Again, years after this stuff had already came out. >> thought that this was one of the most
**[16:03]** exciting books that you had read. Why was that? Um well, the book by itself is incredible. Knowing the life that backs it up adds a a power to it because it's so it's so practical. It's it's what you dream of. It's like if if you could see if you could have a perfect relationship with the Lord and see its impact on humanity, that's what it would look like. I mean, that's a huge statement for him to not in just endorse it, to write the forward and then to make that statement. If you could have a perfect relationship with the Lord, that's what that looks like and to say
**[16:34]** this about this dude's life knowing that there were multiple witnesses that came forward, knowing that there were allegations of data mining. This is This is 2023. So, this isn't years and years ago. Most of this stuff happened in the teens. This stuff was brought to Bethel's attention. Chris Vallotton uh went and confronted Shawn about this and then Bill still did this press junket with with him, which in my opinion, at at the least and again, it it it's it's hard for me to
**[17:04]** say this sort of stuff as such an advocate for the local church as Mike Winger is as well, this shows a huge lapse in discernment and wisdom with how the Bethel leadership is navigating these issues. Let's get into this privacy claim that was uh filed here and uh this was sent by Stacey Campbell warning multiple folks affiliated with Bethel in this prophetic movement about Shawn Bolz and Mike Winger
**[17:35]** just just came out is saying that this is the reason why there is a pri- violated a privacy complaint in this, which is pretty wild. Uh clearly, I'm making this video right now, so hopefully I don't get hit with the same privacy complaint, but this is now being uh I filed on on the YouTube site. So, I don't even know how you could do this. Okay? We've had copyright uh complaints that we've had to deal with. We've had I I've caught a community guideline strike
**[18:06]** strike back in the day that I had to deal with. Never seen a privacy complaint. Okay, so this is what is filed here and it's weird because this was sent to him by uh this lady, Stacey Campbell. dangerous because he doesn't tell the truth. So, Bolz is utterly dangerous because he doesn't tell the truth. So, this is from Chris Vallotton who I know because an an issue came up from one of Shawn Bolz's from Shawn Bolz's
**[18:38]** that was very alarming. And finally, he couldn't take it, so he told Patricia King who told Che and who told Chris Vallotton. So, these are kind of some of the the the faces of this Bethel prophetic movement, if you will. Uh Che is a pastor out in um in uh in I'm going to say in the LA area. You guys remember the whole Gandalf stuff and uh we're going to hit hit the thing and denounce racism. That one went mega
**[19:08]** viral. It's actually one of my first YouTube videos back in 2020 that took off. So, this is Bill Wilson. This is Che. So, this is this is that crowd. >> event as she saw us doing a prophetic act that was going to be very very historic. One of the movies that has really touched my heart is Lord of the Rings. So, I encourage you, if you haven't done this in the proper order, you must put oil in your door and then go in front and repeat this act with us. And Gandalf stands in his authority in front of the demon and says it. The first time he
**[19:40]** hits it and it doesn't happen. The second time of Lord of the Rings and Gandalf. Time Gandalf does it again and still the demon is not obeying. And at the third time, Gandalf puts both of his hands on the staff and he said, "I said!" And he hits it. And that authority is what we're talking about that can only be released by an apostolic decree. We just There's a lot of these apostolic decrees, only special people with special powers in the kingdom can do
**[20:11]** these sort of things. And so this is them decreeing that the end of racism was coming in 2020. Now, you got to ask yourself the question, has is racism still here? I mean, I just debated Joe Webbin on interracial marriage last week, okay? Uh the Nick Fuentes is is more popular than ever before. The woke right is alive and well, and this stuff is starting to spread to Christians. So, you know, you see these types of things and these decrees from these apostolic authorities
**[20:41]** and prophets and so on and so forth. And yet, uh many of these things just don't come to pass. decree and declare that racism will end. It's over in the ecclesia from this night forward in Jesus' mighty name. The scepter I've been banging it. I would I would really love this for this to be true, but it's not, tragically. It's not true. Um and so anyway, that's who uh Che is
**[21:12]** in in the context of this conversation. So this lady is going around warning all these people about Shawn. They had all this information. They refused to do anything with it with regards to publicly warning their people. And uh I and Chris Vallotton because Bethel was a lot very involved with Shawn Bolz. Because they're everybody is believing for this greater works than Jesus has done type of prophetic that is in the Bible pulling out these things and Uh this is what I
**[21:43]** talk about revival culture. Um some of I I could use a more technical term and call this the latter rain movement or the belief that there is going to be this incredible um spiritual transformation. You guys have to understand this context to get the full meaning of what you just heard. There's going to be this amazing Pentecost 2.0. That's what Brian Simmons calls it. Pentecost 2.0. We're going to do greater works than Jesus. We're going to do greater works than even the apostles. It'll be what what the church was always meant to be. This is what Bethel's always marching towards. So, when you have this need and you've been preaching this to your people and you get a faker like Shawn, he's extremely useful in stirring up your crowd and getting people to flock to your church. They're going to move to your fellowship because this is the hotspot where it's happening.
**[22:15]** So that sets the stage for why he was so important, um why they were so hopeful about Shawn, and why they were so ready to receive and promote him because they have an unbiblical expectation prophetically about the future of the Christian church that leaves them open and they teach this to their people. >> And and I think Mike would agree. I I think it's an over-realized eschatology. They're They're They're attempting to pull a lot of stuff with regards to what's going to happen in the end days when Jesus comes back and restores all things, and they're trying to pull that into the present, not understanding categorically this is
**[22:46]** about a new heaven and a new earth, right? In the future. So, yeah, and then and then so yeah, the the the the the pragmatic side of this is like, "Well, Shawn is useful. Therefore, we should not uh come down hard on him uh and protect the movement over protecting the people." That's That's what I think the logic is. That's my opinion in this. At least I'm more open to frauds, spiritual frauds. I I hope that that makes sense. I do believe that that's very important to understand. All right, let's let's go back to the recording. The bottom line so far is everybody knew. Everybody knew. But you see, King, that
**[23:17]** recording I told you about, guess what? It was real. A separate witness came to me and gave me this completely independently where they're admitting it. King knew, Che knew, Chris Vallotton knew. Guess what? This was not secret. Well, it was secret to us, not to the elites. We're in that era where I think it's going to start, but there's always a birth prior to. And so uh um So on Monday off She's looking through her phone, I believe, here looking for specific messages so she could read them out loud between her and Chris. August 22nd, I reached out to Chris because I
**[23:47]** know So Chris uh so Shawn Bolz who traveled with Shawn Bolz um told these gross stories of sexual immorality of Shawn Bolz. And that when he traveled with Shawn Bolz Shawn Bolz would Yeah, you're going to hear it uh very clearly here. I'm not going to censor out what she's about to say. So now what you're going to hear from Stacy Campbell, she's alleging these things are true. And I think that when you combine this together with all the other evidence we've seen, it really raises
**[24:18]** the credibility of all of it, all of it being true. Right? There's what you don't hear from any of the leaders or the text messages or the conversations is anybody saying that Shawn's actually innocent. No, what you see is them responding as though they believed it was real. Yeah, and so let me show you guys the response from Bethel. Uh and then again, tomorrow I'm going to look at the actual um response that Chris Vallotton preached from a sermon this past weekend. It was an hour-long sermon, and I was very um
**[24:49]** Yeah, I was I was very very bummed out. Tomorrow I'm going to make that video. Okay, so this is and and they're going at Mike Winger, and they're just getting some stuff wrong, like just flat out wrong about Mike Winger uh in that video. Uh and I bet you they would then, you know, move the goalposts and say, "Well, we're not just talking about Mike." But we'll get there tomorrow. Okay, so this is the statement they put out on February 3rd, 2025 as this stuff was starting to be brought to the surface. know all of these things. So now when I read this statement, you will understand why it was not very good. Okay, this is Beth- Bethel's statement on Shawn Bolz to alumni. They only gave this statement out to alumni. It was not
**[25:19]** sent to the world. It was just sent to people who had attended their school. February 3rd statement. Dear alumni, we know this feels very late for some of you. Sorry this is taking so long. We are aware that a conversation is happening regarding Shawn Bolz and our confrontations with him that took place more than 5 years ago. Right, because Minor Prophets showed some of the evidence I've shown. They didn't have all of it, but they showed some of it. We have delayed in an And and and in this video, it goes into the dag on confrontation folks have had with Chris Vallotton. Remember Chris Vallotton's one of the pastors there. He's their quote-unquote in-house prophet. Uh and so that's that's why they're finally
**[25:50]** having to respond to this. to reflect our recollection accurately as the issues are important and complex. Right. Shawn Bolz had ministered with us many times for many years and had a great impact on our house. If it was fake, it wasn't great. Mhm. We deeply valued and trusted him and appreciated his prophetic gift. Many of us have received important, accurate prophecies and words of knowledge from him prior to social media being so pervasive that we had great confidence in. Bill says that he would replay prophecies from Shawn on his cell phone. And I have video of Shawn doing his grift on Bill Johnson. I'll I'll share that later. This video's going to be so
**[26:21]** long. In 2019, some significant concerns came to us from a respected international leaders regarding irregularities in Shawn's word of knowledge gift. This is so This is such PR nonsense. Irregularities? 2019? You guys knew in 2015 and 2016 and 2017, and you're simply not not acknowledging it. Why? Oh, it wasn't a respected international leader. It was just normal folks trying to raise the alarm and they don't they don't count, I guess. Who knows what the reason is. The the hyper-hierarchy, I think, is going to be a huge detriment
**[26:51]** to charismatic circles. Like the hyper-hierarchy has to stop. It's not good. It's not helpful. Uh I understand hierarchy. I understand that there's leaders uh that are equipped that are here to equip the saints for the work of ministry. Um but I think this high- hyper-hierarchy of apostles and prophets uh are the ones that will lead the church and everybody else is just lay. Um it it it it really harms churches, in my opinion, when you create this sort of stuff. Yes, but but they knew before that. They knew For all I know, they knew in 2008. In Shawn's
**[27:21]** word of knowledge gift, that caused them to wonder if he may have been using social media to generate them. We believe that these concerns and the evidence to support them were gathered and shared in good faith and out of concern for the global church. Who cares how they were gathered? What if they were gathered by like evil atheists who just hate you guys? The The question is whether they're true or not. That's the question. Yeah, this idea that is is is we believe that these gathered to support them were gathered and shared in good faith. Yes. Yes. And even if they weren't, even if they weren't, even if they were gathered by someone who deconstructed, to Mike's point, um
**[27:53]** you still have to deal with them. The the good faith thing is like, let's stop analyzing all the witnesses. Maybe they Maybe they've got ulterior motives. Okay, we should know that, but that doesn't mean that what they said isn't true. Their presentation of over a dozen words amongst the hundreds he's given was a small sample size, but regardless, was validly concerning and needed to be addressed. For some of our team for some of our team, the evidence felt conclusive, but for others it was not. We did not have a consensus, but we were very concerned and sought to clarify from him. Who didn't think it was true? Cuz I understand, hypothetically, that Danny
**[28:25]** Silk in the confrontation looked at Shawn and said, "You're a liar." In that very conversation. Chris says, "I don't trust him. He's a deceiver. I won't let him minister. He's not welcome at Bethel." But here we have for some of our team, this is what the public does not get the truth. The public gets the massaged PR read by a lawyer. Yeah, I you know, if I if I This is uh completely my opinion. If I have to throw a wild guess at it, I would bet that Chris has an issue with him, especially the way he preached about it on Sunday, which again, I'm going to go over that tomorrow,
**[28:55]** and that Bill, who popped up in the press that we looked at earlier, didn't have an issue. And so I I bet you there's a deeper divide between Chris and and and Bill with regards to this uh and they don't want to publicly disagree on that. That would be my humble opinion. I don't I don't know for a fact that that's true, but that would be my humble opinion. For some of our team, that's that's what that means. Well, your first message. For some of our team. No consensus. Two of our leaders met with Shawn on two separate occasions
**[29:25]** about this. Chris flew down from his meeting with Shawn at Bill's Bill Johnson's request. Our leaders also met with Shawn's board and shared the evidence and our concerns. Actually, according to Chris, your leaders said, "You guys should pull Shawn out of ministry. He's guilty. I don't know why you guys aren't doing it." That That's That's what Chris said to one of the victims. Was that true? Each time Shawn absolutely denied using any social media in his words of knowledge or prophecies. Shawn still maintains he never used social media in any words and truthfully unless something And and and just for the record, those of you guys that are like Sean worries about I I actually sent Sean a DM about this on Instagram. I me and Sean once upon a
**[29:58]** time were following each other. I unfollowed him since then and I actually confronted him with this stuff. Hey man, you need to lean into this. You need to adjust and he sent me the statement he put out and he's just denying all of this till this day. So, I don't I don't know what what to do with that but just because someone denies something and there's multiple people that have came forth, I think you have to understand how you come to reasonable conclusions of truth with regards to these types of situations. Some something changes. Only he and the Lord really know what took place. See, this is this is how atheists
**[30:29]** argue. This is how atheists argue. Atheists say stuff like this where hey unless I can for certain know that God exists, I'm just a non-combative non-believer. Why can't God just show up to me and just tell me right now that for a fact that he exists? If I if he doesn't, well, I just lack the belief that he exists and I'm just a non-combative non-believer. But what they miss is that they're actually making an argument that God doesn't exist. So, this logic falls apart, right? And
**[31:00]** truthfully unless something changes, only he and the Lord really knows what took place. Reasonable minds can conclude what took place. Reasonable minds don't need absolute certainty and confession from the person involved to conclude if this was the case, that means that no one under our judicial system would ever be found guilty. That's why it's beyond a reasonable doubt. Is there a reasonable doubt argument that he is not guilty? Well, this isn't going to likely play out in the court of law but I think
**[31:31]** reasonable minds can conclude that man, it sure does seem like there's a mountain of evidence and just him and his word here. That's not what you said in private. This is deceptive, is it not? Am I not right in believing that this was this is an intentional deception from Bethel Church regarding prophecy, regarding their leadership, regarding how they've handled situations behind the scenes? Cover-up culture. We ended up in a stalemate without a satisfactory resolution of our concerns.
**[32:01]** Without definitive proof, repentance and or team consensus, we made no public statement because we weren't sure. I thought that Chris said he warned all the leaders that that he told all the people who asked him about Sean's antics and that Sean wouldn't repent and it was shameful. It it just gets going to get worse. Let's Let's keep reading. It actually gets worse. The leaders who previously investigated and gathered the evidence were of course free to do what they thought best going forward. Is that even true? Really, were they free? I think that they would have known. Here's my conjecture. Yeah, I I think if they were free to move forward, they should have been free to warn everybody about this. And I think that's what the
**[32:32]** consensus is is and the folks that are concerned, the the the minor prophets, the remnant radio, the Mike Wingers, myself, why did you not warn people about this? Because people uprooted their lives. People got married to people based on these words. People gave up their life savings to go launch some movie venture and are are dealing with massive fallout from all that and these people were not warned while you warned some of these elite leaders. Sure, I admit this is conjecture. I think they would have known, if we publicly call out Sean,
**[33:03]** Bill Johnson is not going to be happy and you do not want an angry Bill at you. He will passive-aggressive you and you will disappear from your effective your effective ministry. We'll just We'll just be shrunk. Um that that is what my conjecture is. I do think it's it's likely. Around the same time, one of Sean's employees made allegations concerning inappropriate behavior and unacceptable work environment. Inappropriate behavior and an unacceptable work environment. And and it wasn't just one. There's multiple people that have made these allegations. Multiple people that all have the same story. Does that Does that sound like what he was alleging?
**[33:35]** That is so softened. And it is not just one of Sean's employees. There are multiple. There are a number of them and they could have had many many of them to interview and discuss with if they had bothered even trying but they didn't they didn't. Though Sean was not and is not under our authority, one of our leaders found another impacted former team member, went to Sean and confronted him on those issues over several difficult conversations and admonished him that this behavior was completely unacceptable and that he should take responsibility. He indicated to us that the behaviors that had taken place had stopped. Right. Right, that's going to go in the letter. Hey guys, Sean says he stopped.
**[34:07]** The vague That That almost sounds like an admission here. behaviors of in unacceptable work environment and inappropriate behavior. Now, in the initial release of this letter, this letter Bethel has he's they sent it over to to some of the guys some of Sean's former employees and they saw this and they were really bothered in the vague vague language that they used to discuss what Sean Bolls did with them. And so, they were like, you need to call this sexual harassment. You can't just say it was unacceptable work environment or inappropriate behavior. You need to use the phrase sexual harassment. So, here was Bethel's next draft and the one that went public. It said, though we are not experts, these
**[34:38]** behaviors seemed to fit the descriptions of sexual harassment and a hostile work environment as commonly taught in HR training and have potential legal ramifications. It's It's a technicality here. It It seems to appear possibly could be might start to get really get mad and crash out a little bit. >> [laughter] >> We recommend they take action and seeking a remedy through the justice system. So, people are coming forth with what seems to be credible S harassment and we recommend they take
**[35:10]** action seeking a remedy through the justice system. Yes, I think they should do that too. I also think that you guys should have warned your people about this and not covered this up and not let people continue pouring hundreds of thousands of dollars into projects because Sean told them of a prophetic word and not let people marry and stay in marriages that were abusive because Sean told them a prophetic word and then blame the people because they didn't test the word among amongst other people. So, someone has an issue with this recording coming out. Uh the
**[35:42]** recording was submitted by Stacy. I don't know if where it was recorded. I don't know if it was recorded in a um what is it? The two-state consent state or however that works like certain states you can record someone without them knowing, other states you can. Um but the recording just simply shows that they were warned about this, that there was substantial reasons to be careful. They distanced themselves privately from Sean yet publicly, except Bill who who seemingly kind of sort of sent Chris Vallotton but didn't and then went right
**[36:13]** back to uh engaging with with him, right? Um this entire thing is is super tragic again because it impacts real people. And I think it's huge for those of us who are followers of Jesus to hold our own accountable, especially people that we're celebrating and championing, especially people that we may put on a platform, right? This is if if I have someone on and once upon a time I endorsed them, I have to make sure that if they wild out, I go the other extreme of not just endorsing them
**[36:43]** or or or seemingly endorsing them because a lot of times I'm just having conversations with people. Um but that I'm going to then correct the areas I disagree with them on and again, I just had the opportunity to exhibit that in my conversation with Joe Webb. I had him on in 2013. We had a good conversation about post-millennial post-mill. He since came out with some bizarre race realist views that I just think are incoherent and incongruent with scripture and I went and debated them and confronted him about those things, right? I think all of this has to play out logically with the type of people that we are going to celebrate and
**[37:14]** champion and so I'm glad that Mike is highlighting this. Uh he doesn't take joy in doing this. I don't take joy in uh doing this but but it needs to be done. I think if you're a charismatic and you're just consistently silent on these sorts of things, this is how these things are allowed to grow and and take root in many churches where there's these extreme hierarchical where the special elitist people who are apostles and prophets and everyone else, they're not
**[37:44]** entitled to know and understand everything that's going on and so it just perpetuates and then good people get hurt in the process because you're letting folks free on your congregation that are often in sin or at the very least in error and self-deceived about their own prophetic gifts that they are then um making life decisions on. And so, this this is extremely tragic and again, tomorrow I'm going to jump into Bethel's response. This past Sunday, Chris Vallotton preached an entire message
**[38:15]** about basically this and it was really hard to listen through. So, if you want to see my thoughts on that, I don't do sermon reviews often but I'm going to be engaging with that. And you know, one of the saddest parts about conversations like this is that Mike Winger will get dismissed for just being a hater or being a heresy hunter or so on and so forth as if this is all he does, right? And this is extremely frustrating to me because this isn't all he does. Mike Winger is known for putting out an 11-hour video on women in ministry and
**[38:47]** the tension of the egalitarian versus complementary versus patriarchal view of women in scripture. 11-hour video. I've never seen an 11-hour video going this deep on any topic on YouTube. That's the kind of stuff he's known for. Um and in a minute I'm going to show you some other stuff that he's working on or or or bringing attention to that we've been talking about here in a minute but before we go there, I got to let you guys know um Mike will be with us at the Blessed Cause Summit along myself, uh Gavin
**[39:17]** Ortlund, Wes Huff uh and just a stellar lineup. Michael Knowles is doing armchair discussion on uh the difference between Catholicism and Protestantism with Gavin Ortlund. Ninja Sex Party will be there. Um this is going to be a special special event. It's our second annual Blessed Cause Summit. Dr. Shawn McDowell will be there. God Logic will be debating Jacob Hansen. And so, if you're anywhere near Southern California, I really recommend you get yourself here to the Blessed God Summit. This is a three-day in-person event.
**[39:47]** And it is a premium event. It's $300 for tickets. However, because of our amazing sponsors like Moody Bible Institute, like the Human Coalition, we actually have opportunities for scholarships. Last year, we offered over 100 scholarship opportunities. This year, because of our sponsors, we're doing We're going to try to go for more than that. So, if you can get yourself to Southern California, because of our sponsors, you probably can get your ticket comped if you're in a financial hardship. Again, if you're already in the region, definitely apply for one of these scholarships. And uh I can't wait to be
**[40:50]** with you guys. So, blessedgodsummit.com for more information on that. Now, one of the things that Mike Winger has done a great job as well in terms of bringing awareness to is the situation in Nigeria, which when we're talking about disagreements in the world, when we're talking about the tensions that are facing, when we're talking about even this conversation on the far right regarding white Christian nationalism and race, I think what it does is it undermines the importance of Christian standing
**[41:22]** for and with other Christians. And what I often see happen is when those Christians don't look like you, they're often dismissed and minimized and it's not as big of a deal and you're an alarmist and you're a this and you're a that. But, the reality is the the the the followers of Jesus in Nigeria are our brothers and sisters in the Lord. And it is important that we do what we can to raise the alarm and bring awareness to what's happening there. And it apparently even worked all the way up to the White House where there's a planned massive slaughter that was supposed to
**[41:53]** happen and it got mitigated because of Trump stepping in and intervening. Okay. I want to make sure I bring this to you guys' attention. Mike Winger is talking about this. Um and we are going to look at some stuff that's happening right now in Nigeria. This just happened yesterday. According to truthnigeria.com, Fulani militia attacked three different Christian church services, kidnapped 160 believers, and carried them away to what the website calls torture camps. It's still happening. It's still going on. Okay. And so, we dug a little bit deeper into this.
**[42:25]** And it is absolutely tragic of what's happening. It says, "More devastating images of Nigerian of Nigeria's Christians have yet another mass burial of their family slaughtered by Islamic terrorists. Okay. Where's the UN? Where is legacy media and politicians? Where are the protesters? Of course, there aren't any, right? Is it because these people look different than you? Or is it because they don't follow the exact representation of someone that's quote unquote oppressed and who they're
**[42:56]** being oppressed by? When they're being oppressed by radical Muslims and that that look like them does not not have the same effect as what's happening in other parts of the world that everyone all of a sudden has a bleeding heart for without understanding any of those idiosyncrasies. And so, there's mass burials happening right now in Nigeria. And the the global stage is silent about it. This notion of America first, which in my opinion really is America only, is silent about it. I I haven't seen a
**[43:27]** whole lot from the Nick Fuenteses, the Tucker Carlsons, the Candace Owens's about this happening in Nigeria. And again, these are our brothers and sisters in Christ. Even if they're in another continent, even if they don't look like you. And I think it's huge that we bring awareness to what's happening. Okay? This is a conversation with a pastor as he breaks down what happened in Nigeria. And oddly enough, this is being shared by Tommy Robinson. I'm like,
**[43:58]** Tommy Robinson is talking about this. And I don't see many Christian leaders talking about this, right? I don't see many quote unquote right-wing influencers talking about this. So, I am Reverend Yakubu Mutang. I am a pastor with the Church of Christ in Nations. Uh but, this is my village. This is Maengar. Maengar is in Bokkos Local Government, Plateau State of Nigeria. Uh what really happened here is not only in this village that were affected by this crisis. We're affected by more than 11 villages,
**[44:29]** which Maengar happens to be one. And in these villages, it is the same method of attack that was conducted. Is the maiming of people, slaughtering them, and burning of their houses and their food stuffs and properties. So, by now, by the record we have already collected, we have over 150 people that died in one day. That is on the 24th of December. That is 150 people killed in one day. This selective
**[44:59]** outrage of of these conversations is just astonishing. The fact that so many people are silent about this, or they're silent about I mean, they're saying as many as 20,000 protesters have been killed in a couple weeks in Iran. And this silence about this is utterly disgusting to me. Is the Christmas was just not a Christmas to us like to celebrate. It was a mourning Christmas because of what happened to us. As you could see, I'm standing here. This is my house in my village, and I lost everything
**[45:29]** that was in the house, both food stuff, clothing, and whatever. It was a furnished house, but it is burnt. And even the church that is by my side was burnt, and the pastorium is burnt. Everything about us here in this village is confused. As you could see that everything is destroyed. But, we thank God that some of us are alive. And at the cause of this, like me now, I lost seven of my brothers at the cause of this crisis that happened. Seven of his brothers. I I I wonder if he means his brothers in Christ or his biological brothers. I don't think it really makes a difference. This is absolutely
**[45:59]** horrifying and horrible. And we have to bring awareness to this. And I and I would hope that there would be awarenesses. I would also hope that whoever's involved in Nigeria government perhaps would allow these people to arm themselves, to defend themselves. Yes, I do think it's permissible and ideal for Christians to arm themselves and defend themselves in a situation like this. Absolutely. This is utterly horrible, and I'm disgusted that I don't see more quote unquote Christian influencers talking about this. And by quote unquote Christian, I don't mean people I'm friendly with or I've collaborated with. I'm talking about the
**[46:30]** people that are online who have bleeding hearts for what's happening with the Israel war don't have anything to say about this. I find that disgusting. Thank you. Yeah. Man, prayers up for the folks in Nigeria. I'm going to keep bringing this to you guys' attention because I just think it's it's disgusting and it's sad that no one has any real compassion. I know when I don't mean literally no one. I mean, in terms of the stuff that that that people seem to be upset about. I I I just see consistent double
**[47:01]** standards. I see consistent caping for a specific group of people regardless on if there's people and civilians being used as human shields. And then when there's actual civilians who are Christians and Nigerian, no one is saying anything about this. I see consistent trusting of the numbers coming out from the Hamas Al Jazeera you know, media. And then when there's Iranian numbers coming out and saying there's as many 20,000 protesters that
**[47:33]** were terminated by the Iranian regime, there's silence. And I I I I just I just think that's gross. I think listen, this idea of and watch how wild the Overton window has shifted on the tend to be more aligned with you know, conservative values, if you will, quote unquote. But, the idea that the Overton window went from make America great again, which some people rightfully
**[48:04]** said, "Well, who was it great for and when was it great?" And what are we talking about that? Is that weird? Okay, Ronald Reagan and to America first, okay? To now seemingly America only. And we don't want to intervene with anything with anyone for any reason, even if there's innocent Christians being killed. This is how far stuff is going. And and and the race component is often added on to it, right? On on the on the far right end of the spectrum. And so, when you see Christians pushing back against this, when you see Christians
**[48:35]** saying, "Hey, I'm not right or left. I'm kingdom, right?" I I I I think I think those are fair positions to hold. I think it's fair to say, "I don't like the hypocrisy that I'm seeing on on the far right. It's it's sad and it's gross." So, hey, props to the president for intervening on Christmas. I hope he continues intervening on this. I don't agree with Trump on a lot of things, but I agree with him on this situation. Well, so anyway, if this is helpful to you guys, make sure you smash that like button. Make sure you're following us over
